WOW! This picturesque and private furnished two bedroom, two bath home is nestled in its own garden setting and is just a few steps away from Kamaole Beach #1-one of the most beautiful stretches of sand along the ocean in all of Maui! If riding the waves is for you- Cove Park is close by- the perfect place for those learning to "hang ten"! The guest bedroom has the option for two twin beds or one converted king size bed (upon request and approval).

This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the best of Maui. After a day at the beach with sun and fun guests enjoy the expansive, breezy and shaded lanai overlooking the lawn and garden. The well designed and equipped kitchen opens to the lanai for al fresco dining. There is also a propane barbeque grill for cooking some island favorites. Shopping and dining options within walking distance as well as a the best beaches on the south shores of Maui.

At this beachfront property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

We love this house! This was our third stay here and it has gotten better every time. The upgrades to the deck, outdoor seating and beach path were very nice. The location is amazing, close to everything. We like that this house offers the best beach on Maui, but also a bit of privacy and the feel of the tropics with all the beautiful trees, birds, and geckos (they are so cute)! The house is spacious enough that we didn't feel cramped and we basically had 2 master bedrooms. We're already planning for next year and will definitely book this house again!

The house was located central S. Kihei Rd. Fit the 6 of us well. The lanai was wonderful to sit and talk while watching the sun set. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed although all we really did was eat out every day. The 2nd room bed was comfortable. There were a ton of towels and beach chairs, even a few coolers. The outdoor shower was great to rinse off after the beach. The only negative was it was a mild challenge to get out of the driveway as it is right off S. Kihei rd

Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is excellentā€”clean space, beautiful lanai, easy parking, and a great beach view with a private path to the beach. The layout worked well for our family of six, with two bedrooms, two baths, and a full kitchen. Beach gear was provided, though a few chairs and one umbrella should be replaced.That said, for a premium holiday week, several issues stood out. The oven functioned very poorlyā€”baking took nearly twice as long and made Thanksgiving meal preparation extremely stressful. The pull-out couch was very uncomfortable, and when we tried an air mattress instead it had a leak, leaving one guest without a proper sleeping surface. The front bedroom also had a strong animal urine odor. Basic supplies were minimal (very limited toilet paper and paper towels for six people), and attempts to contact management on our final day went unanswered.Overall, this is a great location with strong potential, but some maintenance and better attention to guest comfortā€”especially for holiday staysā€”would be needed for us to stay again.

The property's two bedrooms and two bathrooms was made perfect with the large living room, dining room, kitchen, and kitchen nook table. The expansive deck with seating for twelve provides plenty of space and options for relaxing at this home. The proximity of the beach was fantastic.

We loved the huge deck and beautifully manicured yard. We also loved that it was steps away from a beautiful beach with good snorkeling and beautiful sunsets! And, the outdoor shower was most convenient! Jessica and Bryce, with the management company, were amazing to work with from the moment I first contacted them until the end of our stay!!! The house fit our family of 5 very comfortably and was well-stocked, from everything we needed in the kitchen to beach chairs and towels. If I were to offer one suggestion for a possible upgrade, it would be to replace the pullout couch with one that could accommodate 2 people (or even just one taller person) and that didnā€™t wake you up from creaking with every movement. We would definitely plan to stay here again the next time we go to Maui!

Location is great (almost ocean front) But house has a smell and does not look clean Only 3 sets of bath towels. All towels smelled because they absorb that from the house. No wine glasses.

Great spot traditional Hawaiian stay!

We loved it! Amazing location, 1 minute walk to the beach. HUGE private lanai, nice grassy area below. House had croquet set, very fun for the kids. Tons of beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, cooler, toys). New AC units were great in July! Private parking spot. One room is much bigger than the other, but everything very comfortable. Very big common area. Only issue was floor and fans were dirty/dusty, but that didnā€™t affect us at all. Would 100% stay there again.

Perfect Paradise Pad

We LOVED our stay in this sincere property. It is a rare case where the home felt MORE spacious than the listing images. Management was very responsive - replaced a bulb in hours. Well stocked kitchen utensils. But the real highlight is the short path from the backyard directly to the ocean. You have a view of the waves from the kitchen sink! Only 4/5 is for location as the house is on a main road where folks like to drive with VERY loud music throughout the day and evening. It did NOT affect our sleep however. Would stay again.

Love this location! Appreciated ice pack in freezer. Updated patio furniture would be nice. More paper products for a two week stay would have been nice. Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Outdoor shower wasnā€™t working, but used hose provided. Kitchen slider never worked correctly even after repair person came. Great customer service through Bello Reality.

Perfect!

We loved staying here, it was perfect for our family. It was so close to the beach, and we all loved hanging out on the large deck when we were at the house. There were some ants as others had mentioned but it was so minor and never a problem at all. The huge sliding glass doors made the house feel so open with so much light it was awesome. There was an outside shower area next to the house which was so nice to use when weā€™d come in from the beach. We have a large family so it can be stressful trying to get everyone cleaned off good enough so we donā€™t track sand around houses that we stay at and the outside shower eliminated that problem for us. There is not a single thing we didnā€™t love about staying there and we would definitely stay here again

As usual, we love the location which gives you close proximity to the beach and close to all the restaurants in Kihei. One major improvement that needs to be done is to add quality chairs out on the deck. Since this is Maui, a lot of time is spent outside the house on the deck and over the years, the good quality chairs have diminished and only cheap plastic Walmart chairs remain which are very uncomfortable. For charging $400 a night, The house definitely needs some upgraded comfortable chairs to make the nice deck more enjoyable and comfortable to use.

Short walk to beach with soft sand, clear water, and gentle waves where you can swim as turtles swim by you. Several shops, restaurants, and kamaole 1 lifeguarded beach and park all within walking distance. This convenience means this area is very built up, but it is remarkably quiet even though house sits close to the street. Great location for short day trips around the island in all directions. Sand chairs, snorkle gear, and beach towels all available. Great covered and shaded lanai for meals and relaxing. Bello realty was incredibly easy to work with and very responsive when we had a small issue. Our only complaint was that the floors were very, very dirty, but the remainder of the home was quite clean and in good shape.

I imagine the filters the the AC unit also need to be properly cleaned. I say this because we all had congestion issues while staying at the property. The ceiling fan looks like it has not been cleaned in about a year, it was THAT bad. I can provide a picture, if necessary. I also noticed a hanging outlet, with exposed wires, off the back lanai. That could be a possible safety issue you might want to take care of.

An Amazing Property, Close to Beach!!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The description was accurate, it was easy to get to, and the beach access was right there. Some comments on other reviews and some notes from our experience: -It is close to the road and you can hear the cars. It was hot while we were there so we had fans going around the clock and that drowned out the road noise, we didn't even notice it... until... every few minutes a car with subs would go by. We didn't know people still bumped that much anymore lol. It didn't go late though, the road quieted down a bit when it was time to sleep. -There are a ton of things already at the house that you could need. We rented equipment from Maui Vacation Equipment Rentals and they coordinated with the property managers to deliver the items ahead of our arrival. We also stopped by Walmart on the way there to get items we didn't think the house would have. Come to find out, it had nearly everything. Extra fans (we like fans), beach toys for kids, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, umbrella, etc. We should have taken an inventory first because we didn't need to buy/rent all the extra stuff. -The reviews said that there were only two AC units (in the bedrooms). Perhaps there has been an upgrade since those because there were 4 units: one in each bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen. They kept the house a great temperature even though it was high 80's outside. -The back side of the property is paradise with it's own private yard and a shower to rinse off when you get back from the beach. The kids loved exploring around the yard, finding coconuts from the large palm and lizards galore, all while we could see them from the deck and kitchen. -The master bathroom could use some more privacy. There aren't curtains/blinds and though it would be really tough for someone to see in, it was uncomfortable watching the cars/people go by thinking that someone could see in. -The beach is a 30 second walk down a private path. The access was very easy, though the trail could be maintained more (large dead palm leaves that had fallen had to be moved so the kiddos could easily walk it. This was our first time renting a house in HI instead of a hotel and we will never do it any other way now. Having multiple bathrooms, outdoor shower, laundry room, privacy, etc. was such luxury compared to a hotel. Overall, the property highly exceeded our expectations and we will definitely look to rent from here again!

Gorgeous Beach House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this spacious beach house from June 17-23, 2024. We were so impressed with the home and location. The home was immaculate and spacious. Both bathrooms and the kitchen were modern and like new! Good air-conditioning. From the family room, we had full window views of the expansive lanai and backyard with full-grown plumeria trees. There were peek-a-boo views of the ocean from the kitchen, family room, and master bedroom. A small trail takes you directly to the beach, maybe 50 steps to reach the sand. The beach is at the top of "Kam 1"(Kamaole Beach Beach Park 1). You can easily walk along the 3 Kam beaches without walking on the main rode, which we did every morning! Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers were on site. This property is close to food trucks and the newly opened Cool Cat Cafe. (Delicious). It is a very short drive into Wailea from this Kihea location. The only thing that could have been better would have been newer family room couches. Couches have been well used and make noise when you sit and move positions. Otherwise, this property was "Top Notch"!I highly recommend this beautiful VRBO!

Private and comfortable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this house! It's secuded and private, but very close to the best beach and right in Kihei. We love that it has a huge deck and yard and we like the beach access right there. It has a good deal of space inside too for 2 couples or a family. It could use more comfortable chairs on the deck because we sat there a lot everyday. The deck is so comfortable, mostly shaded, and you can still hear and see the ocean. We've stayed here twice now and plan to book it again next year!

Great home, a few steps off Charley Young beach in South Kihei

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We traveled with a family of 4 (2 adults/2 teens). This was our 5th stay in Kihei. This location is one of the best areas in our opinion. Walking distance to beginners surfing, Charley Young beach (great sand/nearby lifeguard/quiet/snorkeling along the shore), and food in either direction including food trucks. The house is just off the beach (you can see the water through the trees/hear the waves) and just a few steps through the backyard path. Parking is covered and at the doorstep. King bed and 2 twins beds were comfortable. Beach chairs/umbrella/beach towels were provided. No boogie board/floats. We loved the outdoor covered deck with ample space for meals. TV inside was not in an ideal location in the corner of the room but did have cable (need directions on how to use the cable). We took our own Roku and used with free WiFi. WiFi signal was excellent. Kitchen was fully stocked with Keurig and drip coffee maker (bring your own coffee/pods). Ample paper products were provided. The air conditioning/mini splits were in each room but did not work during our stay, so would make sure it is functioning since the bedrooms get very warm in the afternoon. We were appropriately compensated for our troubles. The rental company was quick to address our needs and had good communication. The grounds/yard were well kept (weekly service). I would recommend this home over the other large condo buildings nearby.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What an amazing location! Bring your own pillow, mattress and air conditioner though! I would've been better off sleeping on the beach with a rock for a pillow than with the mattress and bedding provided! The a/c did not work on any of the 4 units in the house either so the afternoons were rough. Overall amazing property and location but the accommodations have a lot of room for improvement
