The house is older and seemed like no one had stayed there for a while because it was pretty dusty. However, the house was comfortable and easy to stay in. Check in and out was very easy and the host was very accommodating when we’re a couple hours late because of flight delays. The biggest issues for us were the fence that is visible along the water in one of the photos isn’t there anymore so it was more worrying with our toddler, the fire pit area was full of nails, the stairs leading up to the deck are wobbly, with a couple steps are at different heights, and people other than the host and guests have access to the property that we weren’t aware of. One of the days of our stay, a nephew was using the garage under the Vrbo house to do work on the property next door. He was friendly but some warning would have been appreciated. The pros are that property is quiet with amazing views. We saw a lot of different wildlife including dolphins, alligators, turtles, fish, ducks, Sandhill cranes, and other birds. The property is near attractions, including a splash pad, and the beach. It is close to groceries stores so we were able to do most of our cooking at the house. It was overall a pleasant stay, but I don’t think I would stay there with a toddler again.

The host was Great. The house was emaculate. Check in was easy. Not a home for people with disabilities. Otherwise I give it a "10"

On the river

Nice view of the river and wildlife. The deck is nice for getting some sun and soaking in the warmth. Very spacious place.

Retired couple

Great location house perfect for us. Loved viewing the River. Good communication with host. Would stay again but if you have trouble doing stairs this isn’t for you as it is on the second floor

Quiet Fascination

The house is tastefully furnished; especially loved the frogs in the kitchen and throughly enjoyed te electric reclining chairs. But the river behind the house was fascinating, watching the tide come in and flow out and the currents. We saw ducks, a white heron visited on the deck and one afternoon a dolphin stopped by to say HI! If you are a water sign, this is the place for peace, calm and serenity! The neighborhood was very quiest but within 10 min of shopping.

Good but issues!

Comfortable place to stay not adequately cleaned ! Lack of owner fixing a complaint or communicating when contacting him. Feel cleaning fee should be refunded after we had to spend our first day cleaning floors, windows and sinks. Also had problems with insects! Supplies were not sufficient for length of stay! Outdoor equipment not as listed bikes flat tires only two paddles for 3 boats. Dock hazardous to use falling in. We reached out to owner twice and He didn’t follow thru.

July 4th vacation

Communication was great, owner called when we were about an hour out to let us know he'd turned down the air for us & leaving the key. Someone mentioned the steps; there are stairs, but its a raised property, of course there's stairs. When we got there it was within walking distance from where we needed to be. Very quiet neighborhood but easy to get to town. Uber eats delivers (kids used a few times) Everything & I mean everything was provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, trash bags, laundry soap, towels, playpen/highchair(not that we needed those) along with extras. Canoes, bicycles, lawn chairs, crab cage We even saw dolphins from the deck. Would stay again. Highly recommend

We very much enjoyed our stay.

This home was perfect for our stay. Everything was clean and well stocked and the owner was very helpful with any questions we had. Great location and looking over the wetlands. Heat lighting at night was my favorite part. we would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Girls weekend away

The house was clean. The view from the deck was really nice. It’s close to Tarpon Springs. The neighborhood was quiet. The only complaint was that the two smaller bedroom beds were very uncomfortable. The streaming channels would freeze up or we had to input our personal information to receive certain channels. We did not want to do that. Overall it was a nice place to stay for relaxation.

Centrally Located

Loved the outdoor activity gear, available for our use! It helped make our trip enjoyable. Centrally located to some activities and attractions. We found it easy to get to the ocean, lakes and rivers.

Private location

Great place to stay

We had a great time. Perfect location. Close to beaches and local attractions. Very clean. Host went above and beyond providing extras to make our stay amazing. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking. We are already planning a trip back this summer.

You found your vacation spot. This is it.

Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE. Roman was great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. The backyard was an amazing place to unwind and watch all the wildlife. Enjoy some relaxation overlooking the water or on the back porch, either is fantastic. The house is clean, lots of room. Kayaks, bikes, fishing poles all provided to enjoy. Tarpon Springs only 12 min away. Everything like grocery and restaurants very close but the home still feels secluded a.d private. Roman's house will be one of our "go-to" places.

Peaceful setting and great property owner

The property owner always totally flexible and willing to adjust visit dates due to a scheduling conflict. The house is close to Tarpon Springs beaches and shopping. Will return again!

Peaceful February

We were looking for a clean house where we would be away from lots of people and this was it. We noticed a few little things that could be fixed but not worth mentioning to owner and did not effect our stay. We spent many hours on the deck and out by the water enjoying nature.

Good size home, with two bathrooms a plus!

Slept like a charm in this quiet neighborhood. Launching off the back dock with our kayaks was a great treat, not having to transport them around. And, everything you need is on the premises, toilet paper, spices, dish detergents and washing machine soaps! Felt safe, and enjoyed our one month stay!

Great Getaway

For the money this was a great home. The property was in a good location on the river. We caught several fish from the dock. Only about 2 miles from U.S. 19 not too far from the Sponge Docks. Owner was very hospitable and gave us a ride to the Gulf on his pontoon boat. Too many places to eat though as I gained 5 pounds in 30 days.
