Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for eating in. Master bedroom contains queen bed, and second bedroom contains two full size beds. Hall bath is totally remodeled with new tile and fixtures. Large living area with flat screen TV and comfy furniture. Tile floors throughout for cool Florida feel. Beautiful Florida sunroom with tropical funishings, decor, and flatscreen TV. Outdoor patio for grilling and sunbathing with privacy fenced yard; friendly to pets. Private driveway and one car attached garage.

Extremely clean rental house located in a safe area.

The trip could not have gone any better. Communication with the host was instantaneous. The house was extremely clean and stocked with anything you may need for your stay. I definitely recommend will be staying here again.

Perfect for our family

This was a perfect house for our family Christmas. Everything was exactly as described and was stocked with staples. There was a perfect amount of communication and I felt comfortable if there was anything I needed. We will absolutely stay here again.

Great and Relaxing Place

We recently enjoyed a short stay at the snowbirds’ dream in Holiday. The house was exceptionally clean and exactly as described with plenty of cookware, comfortable furnishings and a nice fenced back yard for our pup. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer and responded right away to our queries. We look forward to our next trip!

Great property. Great owners. Great location.

We were so pleased to discover the rental property was close to all the locations we wanted to visit while in Florida. Our rental was clean, nicely decorated, well stocked and felt like home. Fran and Curry, the owners of the property, were very helpful, professional and accommodating for all our questions. It was a great vacation and a special thank you to them for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Owners were wonderful!

The house was well stocked with everything needed and clean. I know the area any was able to visit all my favorite places. The Anclote bike trail is near and leads to 3 great parks with a swimming beach, playground, launch, fishing pier, dog park and nature walk with a lookout tower to the gulf! Loved it!

Awesome!

Property was beautiful, clean and quiet. Exactly as listed. Hosts were responsive and provided more in the home than we were expecting. Neighbors were friendly. Close to lots of things to do. We would definitely recommend the property and the hosts. You will be pleasantly surprised if you choose to stay here.

National Championship rental

Our family of 4 was looking for a place to stay for the ballgame weekend to provide us a little more space and a working kitchen. This is a great house, with everything you need supplied. The owners are very responsive and helpful. There is an enclosed back porch (sunroom) for drinking coffee in the morning while you catch the morning show on the TV. Towels were nice and soft. All kitchen necessities were there, and there was a grill, also. The house was very clean. We didn't bring our puppy, but it has a great fenced in backyard, too. I would highly recommend!

Home away from home

Our family was displaced because of Hurricane Irma and needed to find somewhere to temporarily live while our house was being rebuilt. The owners met us at the house the next day. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We were contacted several times during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. When the front porch light went out and grill ran out of gas they were there the next day. If we hadn't been able to go home by Christmas Eve, Curry and Fran were going to move us into another one of their properties. It was heart warming to know that there are still good people willing to help others in their time of need.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time staying here. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We especially liked the sunroom and the backyard! The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. A couple of the beaches were only 15 minutes away and Clearwater Beach was about 40 minutes away. There were restaurants and shopping very close by. The host was very attentive and quick to respond via email and even allowed us to check in a tad bit early. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!!

Not a true second bathroom

The second bathroom is in the garage and it doesn’t have air conditioning. Not fun showering and then sweating while you finish dressing.

We will stay again

Good location for Sponge Docks, shopping, restaurants. Clean and nicely appointed home. Loved the patio enclosure. Our host and hostess, Fran and Curry were friendly and genuinely concern for our comfort.

Wonderful rental in Florida.

The rental property was perfect. It was clean and cozy with everything you needed. The owners were exceptional and more then willing to help. They were very gracious and helped us out several times in a pinch with the camper! The neighbors we meant were also extremely helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

All the Amenities

The place was very neat and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the hosts provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay.... I particularly appreciated the use of their garage, in which to park my car and canoes at night!

I was so lucky to find this house available when I had a family emergency with out of town guests coming in. Fran and Curry were so nice to get the house ready for us on short notice. We found it clean, comfortable, and especially well appointed with everything my family needed to a stress free stay!

Family getaway

The property was beautiful and well kept. The owners were responsive to any questions we had. My dogs were allowed to come which was amazing! The neighborhood wasnt great to look at but it was safe. Overall great vacation with my whole family.

Don't Miss this GREAT vacation home!

We highly recommend this vacation home...it has all the comforts of home and so much more....Fran and Curry are the most amazing hosts and they are truly thoughtful and caring. Staying in one of their homes is an honor. The home has EVERYTHING and Fran and Curry are very responsible hosts - communicating on a regular basis and responding to anything (not that there was much) on a very timely basis. Don't miss this opportunity - you will not regret it!

Our stay at the Atlantis house was wonderful. It was a perfect size home and a nice yard.

We were extremely pleased to have stayed at the Atlantis home while our permanent residence was being built. It is a cute home that was more than enough room for my wife and I, along with our two dogs. The owners had a cleaning lady stop by and did a great job stopping by every other week. The sun room turned out to be my wife’s favorite room to read or watch tv. There are two bathrooms and a cute kitchen for cooking. Overall, I would recommend this place for short or even longer stays like ours (5 months). It is a great value and functional for a holiday stay too. I work from home and the internet supplied was more than adequate for me to conduct my business.

The location was excellent for us because we were just a few minutes from the Sponge Docks. The home is very charming and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are nice.

Curry and Fran Hayes have been VRBO hosts since 2014, with their first listing a four bedroom home in Tarpon Springs, listing # 685148. That home was such a success and they received many requests from couples and smaller groups who didn't need that much house! So they decided to repeat everything they had done at the larger house to give couples and small families a more economical option while still providing a charming and tastefully decorated newly renovated home within 5 minutes of their larger rental house. Fran loves personally managing these homes and makes it a point to meet and greet guests personally and is always quickly responsive to inquiries and questions. As of July 2017 they have just opened their third and fourth homse in the same area, listings # 1122450 and 1152799!

Just remodeled, new furnishings, appliances, ranch style with no steps, minutes from the beach, nature trails, bike trails, and less than an hour from Tampa and all its attractions.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This house is great for snowbirds, as it is entirely one level with no steps or stairs at all on the property. It is very close to downtown Tarpon with all it has to offer, plus three beautiful beaches, but is much more economical because it's just above the county line in Holiday FL.
