Welcome to our little slice of Pine Creek heaven! Our property is perfect for the outdoor enthusiast or those looking for a little R&R. Book now to see all this nicely located property on 2.6 acres with 400+ feet of prime creek frontage has to offer. The cabin is nestled between the creek and the 60+ mile rail trail. You can swim, fish, kayak or canoe out of the front door or hop on the rail trail out of the back door to hike, bike or jog .

*2 bedroom/2 bathroom* raised cabin with recent updates including vinyl plank flooring and a 15' x 54' deck facing the creek (all living space is located on the second floor accessed by stairs)
*2.6 acres of beautiful land/lawn with fruit and nut trees and over 400ft of prime creek frontage.
*Access to the 60+ mile Rail Trail (USA today Ranked one of the Top Ten Places to Bike Ride) is right out of the back door.
*Conveniently located.... Tucked away in Ramsey Village (off of Rte 44), our cozy cabin is quiet and easy to access. It is just 3 miles South of Waterville, a quick 10 minute drive from Jersey Shore and a 30 minute drive from Williamsport.
*The 2 large bedrooms will accommodate up to 6 guests. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a set of twin bunks. A full size futon is also available in the large, separated living room. All bedding provided.
*2 living spaces.... First living space is attached to the dining space, kitchen and bedrooms. A large, separated living space on the opposite side of the cabin allows guests to sleep in the bedrooms while others are up playing games or watching tv. Full size futon located in this separated living space.
*The first full bath is the main bath for the living space of the cabin. The 2nd bathroom is located downstairs off the garage/basement and is perfect for when you are playing outside or coming in from the creek.
*Large garage for storage of all your gear while you stay - heated during the cold months.
*Cable, WiFi, outfitted kitchen, washer/dryer, charcoal grill, linens, bath towels, creek towels, dog towels, games and more!

This was our third stay in the cabin. We love the location. We brought our bikes this trip. It was nice to ride 3 miles on our bikes to get ice cream. We definitely recommend this place!! We will be back next year.

We made a last minute decision at the beginning of the week that our family needed to get away from reality before school started again for the new year. This listing was EXACTLY what we were looking for and EXACTLY what our family needed. We only live maybe 20/25 minutes from the location and it was so nice to escape reality for a few days and not have to travel far to go back. The owner's have a beautiful place stocked with anything and everything you can think of, we literally only would have had to take our own food, drinks, clothes, and a few bathroom supplies. Beautiful yard space for many activities, as well as direct and close creek access! The ONLY downfall was super low water pressure that would come and go. The only reason I even want to mention it would be for a head's up for another guest who might have thick, long hair to try and wash. Definitely will NOT affect our decision to return again!

Perfect location. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Enjoyed early morning coffee on the deck, wonderful biking on the adjacent rail trail, and relaxing tubing on the water out back. A very enjoyable stay and Dana, the host, couldn't have been more locked in to make sure that we were happy with everything.

Ramsey Retreat couldn't have been better! The house had everything we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The little village it is settled in was so peaceful and quiet. The property was perfect for fishing, fires at night, playing yard games, bird watching and relaxing on the spacious deck and screened porch. The easy access to the Rail Trail was also a huge plus! Even on the days it rained, you could enjoy the screened porch and snooze to the sounds! Thank you, Dana for offering such a wonderful place for others to enjoy! We will definitely be back!

Memorial Day Weekend 2025

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful property on a great location. Property owner was extremely responsive to any questions that I had. We were able to bike on the trail that was steps away from the house.

Fishing Trip

We stayed here to fish in the area. It's an older house that is very clean. We don't have pets, and you could not tell this was a pet-friendly rental. Again, it's very clean. Dana communicated excellently and was a helpful host through text messaging. The listing is very accurate.Nothing fancy, but we would stay here again.

4 adults enjoyed a week of relaxing/fishing /kayaking at the Ramsey Village Retreat. The location is ideal and the home is exactly as described - we plan to return.

Beautiful Location

The home was exactly as described/pictured in the listing and the location can't be beat. Pine Creek is literally steps away without having to leave the property. The hosts thought of all the little details, even things as small as having ice cube trays with ice already ready to go in the freezer. I had one question about the checkout instructions and the hosts responded to me very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again next time we are traveling to the area.

Inviting home on pine creek

This creek front home is as described, very clean, has all amenities that you would need and more! Even though the home is older, they did a great job updating the important stuff like bedding, patio furniture, and flooring There's a game room downstairs for rainy days, and lots of living space upstairs to spread out. The back yard is beautiful and the creek floating was refreshing. There were great hiking paths right ourside the door, fresh rasberries on the trail! Biking on the rail trail is great too, it is right outside the door. We went up to Ansonia and biked down from there with rentals from Pine Creek Outfitters. Dana gave us great tubing options (2 spots we walked to) and responded quickly any time i had a question. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Dana!

Great place to stay!

The property and surrounding area had everything we needed. We had two adults and three kids. Bedrooms were a good fit and the bonus living space was great to separate when needed. We loved the games (ping pong, air hockey) in the garage, fishing and kayaking in the creek, and picking up the bike trail right next to the house. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed but restaurants were close enough to get take out. Lots of state parks close by but we had everything we needed for a few days stay right there.

Guys fishing trip

Great location, great views, great property. The cabin was clean and equipped with everything you need to stay. Local store is only a couple miles up the road if you need anything else. Fishing was excellent. Saw lots of wildlife while at the house and kayaking. Great trip. Thanks Dana

Perfect Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our family weekend getaway! Cabin was clean, spacious and accommodated our family very well. We especially loved that Pine Creek was in our backyard. My dad enjoyed fishing and the kids enjoyed tubing. We went for many walks on the rail trail. Thank you Dana for all your hard work, and for sharing your cottage with us. Can’t wait to come back!

Another great time!!

This was our second time staying at Ramsey Retreat. It has everything we needed. It is so great to be able to walk outside your door for water activities and walking. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

Perfect Location

We loved our time at Ramsey Retreat. We biked both ways on the Pine Creek Rail Trail right out of the driveway. It was fun watching others cross “our” bridge. Our dog loved the yard and walking the trails or in the neighborhood. The garage was very convenient for storing bikes. We were lucky to have warm temps so we spent our time on the screened in porch and ate meals on the deck. We were very comfortable there.

Wonderful Weekend

This has been our 4th time to Ramsey Retreat. We thoroughly enjoy its location to the creek, the rail trail and all of the small amenities the house provides (games, yard activities, tubes, firewood, etc.) We'll be back!

Pine Creek is a very special place for us. I was born nearby, was raised in Louisiana and now live in Texas. When I was growing up we traveled back to PA each year to enjoy Pine Creek with family and friends. It is where some of my best memories have been made. Now, I travel there for at least a month out of each year with my own children who love it as much as we do. It is a place where our family comes together and stays connected. It is a place where our kids and their cousins can play outside and enjoy nature. It is our little slice of heaven.

This property offers so much with its large lot size, beautiful fruit trees, 400+feet of creek frontage and close proximity to the rail trail.
