Ample parking out front for three vehicles in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood just off 550, a mile and change from the entrance to Purgatory Ski resort. Only 30 minutes to downtown Durango and 20 minutes to Silverton. Lovely home, serene and super-convenient to hiking and many outdoor activities, lots of space, and comfy. This charming mountain cabin is surrounded by alluring Colorado beauty and offers a peaceful escape. You may see deer, elk, and other wildlife right out your window.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, wood burning fireplace, and satellite 55 inch Roku TV with a DVD and VCR player.

So grab your gear, hiking boots and camera, and prepare to enjoy the loveliness of Durango. However you will need four wheel drive in the winter months. There is a lake for its scenic views however it is a private lake and there is no fishing or boating allowed.

The home is Eco Friendly in that we have Solar Panels and there is a 220V outlet in the garage for EV vehicles, however you must have your own charging cord is required.
