Local area: Cala Vadella Beach is 5 minutes walk from the villa. Here you will find around 10 different bars and restaurants (serving a variety of different food and many offering take away service), a very small supermarket (with a little bakery and delicatessen counter) , ice cream parlour, scuba diving centre, cash point, variety of little boutique and souvenirs shops, paddle board and kayak hire and morning yoga sessions. A slightly larger supermarket can be found 1.2km in the opposite direction from the villa.

San Jose: San Jose is a small town a 5-10 minute drive away, Here you will find the nearest bank, pharmacy, doctor’s surgery and a larger supermarket.

Although a car is not necessary when staying at the villa it is recommended

• Additional Children: We can accommodate additional children with additional single beds, fold-out single mattresses, and cots for a small additional charge per person.
• Changeover Day: We offer flexibility on changeover day.
• Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is after 4 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is before 10 am on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for a charge of €175, subject to availability.
• Pool Heating: Pool heating is normally included however this depends on the price paid and the time of year, so please ask.
