Situated on a hill over looking the valley of San Jose in a quiet area and Only 5mins walk to the Village. the villa has 2 floors: on the ground floor there is a single room with a pull out bed and a double room, a bathroom, a very well equipped kitchen and the living area with french windows onto the terrace, pool and peaceful view of the valley. Up stairs there is a twin bedroom with its own walk-in shower room and wardrobe. Out side there are large terraces, 600m of garden and lawn, a BBQ and a chill out area. There is WIFI, and Air co in all the bedrooms and lounge, at an extra charge. There is a safe.

Beautiful villa, everything we needed. Close to San Josep, walking distance to restaurants and bars. As close to everything else as you can get. Host was very nice and helpful, close by but left us alone.

Great villa, amazing location

One of the best equipped villas we’ve stayed at. Amazing views of Sant Josep and we loved being able to walk into the town. Rebecca was a great host, on hand for anything we needed and the outside areas were lovely at any time of day.

All we could wish for

We had a more than fantastic stay. The house had everything you need. It is very clean, we even had the cleaning service halfway in the week. Location is nice, a walk to the village. Taxi and busstop nearby. We had a car for crossing the island.

Absolute perfect - cannot fault it!

We had a wonderful stay with our two young children and in-laws. The villa is beautiful and has everything you can possibly need including an amazing view to enjoy from the terrace and lovely outdoor spaces for eating and enjoying the pool. It was very short walk from the village where there’s a good supermarket and bakery and plenty restaurants and it’s only 15 minutes from the airport. Our host Rebecca was lovely and available whenever we needed advice. What more could you ask for? We absolutely loved it and hope to come back again!

A place like Paradise !

The first impression when we arrived at the house was wonderful. The tower, yellow shutters and beautifully blooming flowers. The atmosphere inside the house and in the pool area and garden was cozy for comlete relaxation. The view was great 24 hours a day. Absolutely great Experience !

Great stay in a villa

Was really impressed with Rebecca’s place, was a good size and had everything you need. Rebecca was helpful and answered queries we had. The villa is about 5mins from the local town and bars and restaurants. Taxis can be difficult but you can either flag them on the main road or get the taxi click app.

Our stay at the beautiful Torre Xanchu villa was fantastic – we only wish we had booked longer. From the moment we arrived, Rebecca made us feel so welcome and was friendly, helpful and informative throughout our stay.The villa itself is stunning, spotless and equipped with everything you could need. There are plenty of seating areas inside and outside so even as a group it never felt crowded. The pool area is perfect with sunshine all day and beautiful sunsets in the evening.The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds, lots of storage and extra blankets if needed. The bathrooms were large and well-equipped with towels, shampoo and soaps provided. The mid-week maid service was a lovely touch, with fresh towels and a general clean during our stay.The location is excellent, with shops and restaurants only a five-minute walk away. Rebecca also messaged us about a local village festival taking place during our visit, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We ate at the nearby pizzeria too, which we’d definitely recommend.We were attending a family wedding just seven minutes away by car making the villa an ideal base. While a hire car is recommended, taxis were always quick and easy to arrange.The only minor issue was that the hot water upstairs could occasionally be a little erratic but this didn’t detract from an otherwise wonderful stay.Overall, Torre Xanchu is a truly special villa – just bring yourselves and your belongings, and you’re guaranteed an amazing stay!

Beautiful Villa with amazing views and stunning location !!

Where do I start with this gorgeous villa ? If I could have given 6/5 stars I would have done. This villa was perfect for us 5 gents celebrating a 50th birthday, situated on a peaceful hillside location with everything you could need and only 5 minutes walk to the local village with lovely restaurants and bars and an excellent supermarket. The villa was spotless and cleaned midweek to a high standard with no disruption to us at all. Rebecca, the host is lovely and was very helpful and easy to contact from start to finish, so much so that on our last day when we couldn’t get a taxi to the airport she arranged for her husband and daughter to take us in their vehicles for which we were very thankful. I would highly recommend this villa and will be retuning on our next visit to the Island.

Amazing views

I spent a week at this lovely villa with friends. Rebecca was fantastic and in touch whenever we needed her. We loved the pool area with unexpected sunset views - first night sunset was a very pleasant surprise. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outdoor bbq area was very pretty. Everything was finished to a high standard and the bedrooms were very comfortable with shutters that provided full blackout and therefore very peaceful sleeping conditions. As with all properties with lovely views, there is a very short but steep walk back up from the village- less than 5 mins to the supermarket which was ideal as we didn’t have a car. There are some very good restaurants in the local village - nice to pop out for lunch or go for a nice meal in the evenings. Taxis seem to be an issue in the whole of Ibiza unless you’re in San Antonio or bossa so we did often wait 30 mins in the town for a taxi each time we wanted to go out. This would not affect me choosing this villa again as it seems to be an island wide issue. We were 6 couples; one bedroom was a lot smaller than the others but Rebecca kindly put the beds together so it was at least a double bed. The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and the upstairs bedroom has an en suite. We had a brilliant week and would definitely recommend this villa.

Nice house, village and central location to visit the island. Rebecca was very flexibel and easy to communicate with (got her mobile and the house location per app, very efficient). I miss it already

Maison et séjour fantastique !

Nous avons séjourné dans cette merveilleuse maison durant 3 semaines et avons passés des vacances merveilleuses ! La maison est juste parfaite. Parfaitement équipée, propre, idéalement située et l'accueil de Rebecca était parfait. Je passe mes vacances sur Ibiza depuis presque 20 ans et clairement c'est la maison la plus agréable dans laquelle j'ai pu séjourner. Nous reviendrons...c'est sur ! Encore merci a Rebecca pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Lovely property

We thoroughly enjoyed our new home for two weeks. Equipped with everything that is required, well maintained and a bi-weekly first class cleaning made this property an excellent choice. Being within walking distance to village, shops and restaurants are other good arguments for this property.

My English grandparents built Torre Xanchu when they retired to Ibiza at the end of the 60s. My family followed them in the 70s. My grandparent already rented the villa in the 70s.

The vila is very comfortable, in the winter it is our family home. It is only 5 minutes from San Jose village where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, chemist, a medical center, bus stop, souvenirs, post office, pilates and yoga center, butcher, baker, fishmonger, tobacconist, paper shop.......
The views from the terrace are very relaxing.
