Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: "3 Sisters on the Beach" is a fabulous 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom, open-concept home located in Watercolor's Gulf District! It offers dazzling Gulf views from the 3rd-floor balconies and is on Watercolor's desirable Park Row! The first floor features a mudroom with a full-size, stacked washer and dryer and half-bathroom. There are also 3 guest rooms on this floor. The first has a queen bed with a private bathroom. The next has 2 twin beds with a bathroom shared with the final room that includes 2 twin-size bunk beds.
The open concept living and dining room on the second floor allows for spacious entertaining for family and friends. The oversized kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare a gourmet meal, has seating for 6 at the dining table, and has premium stainless steel appliances. There is also a single sleeper sofa and primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom.
The third floor has an additional primary bedroom with a king bed, private balcony, and private bathroom. The final guest room includes a twin bed with a twin trundle and private bathroom with a shower only. Fill up your beach cooler with the ice maker before heading to the beach or stay in and grill out on the back porch with the new grill provided while listening to the sound of waves! 93 Park Row Lane is one of the best options in Watercolor if you have a larger party and want to be steps away from the beach while also being conveniently located to everything. Steps from the front door are the beach club, WaterColor merchants, Wine Bar, and dining. Enjoy the Gulf views and breeze right out the back door!

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
