Welcome to the beautiful beaches on Okaloosa Island! You will get no better view of the beautiful gulf and emerald green waters than from our 5th floor balcony! The sunsets are breathtaking also! Recently added a new HVAC with whole home air purification. This reduces bacteria, viruses, odors, mold allergens, and dust. We offer a very spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. The master bedroom features a king size bed, wall-mounted 52 in. flat screen TV and DVD player, access to deck and fabulous views of the ocean! The master bath has two vanities, walk in shower, and jetted tub. There is also a large walk in closet. The second bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV with DVD and access to hall bath. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top. It also has a flat screen TV and DVD player. The hall bath has a full size tub with shower. The living room has two full size couches(one is a sleeper) with floor to ceiling glass doors that allow you to enjoy gorgeous views of the emerald green water of the gulf. It has a 55 inch flat screen TV with DVD. The dining room has a table that seats six and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has new state of the art stainless appliances with a large pantry. It is fully equipped to cook and enjoy all meals if you don't want to dine out at one of the fabulous area restaurants. There is also a full size front load washer and dryer in the unit. The large deck has 4 high top chairs that allow you to view the beautiful water and sunsets with a beverage of your choice! Our unit has all that you need to experience a wonderful, relaxing vacation! WE OFFER 2 BEACH SETUPS DAILY THRU THE BEACH SERVICE FROM MARCH 1 thru OCTOBER 31. THIS INCLUDES 2 UMBRELLAS AND 4 BEACH CHAIRS.

This was one of the best condos we have stayed at in Fort Walton! Loved the cleanliness, closeness to the elevators, beach and swimming pool. We MAY just book again next year! And the hosts were equally as accommodating!

Our favorite place to stay

This was our third time staying at the Water’s Edge property. We love the location and the amenities offered, especially the pool. Kitty’s communication was wonderful throughout the booking process throughout our stay. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying in Ft Walton. The condo was perfect for us. It was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Summer Family Vacation

The condo and view were beautiful! It was our family vacation for our family of 5, and we had room to spread out and relax. The furniture is very comfortable and updated from the photos. The balcony is the perfect spot for looking for dolphins and listening to the waves. The setting is beautiful, and the beach chair/umbrella service included feels like a luxury! The ocean is so clear!

Beautiful Emerald Coast

Our stay at Water’s Edge was amazing! Checking in/out went seamlessly, Kitty was very attentive to our time here and awesome to work with! The condo was clean, very comfortable and kitchen well stocked to make us feel at home! Views from the balcony became our favorite place to enjoy the sunsets as it dipped into the gulf…daily walks on the beach looking for treasures and the waves crashing are memorable moments! Escaping WI weather and soaking up the sun on the Emerald Coast is what we needed to recharge our souls…We look forward to returning ♥️

AMAZING

This is the second time we have stayed at Kitty and Marks condo! It is absolutely amazing. They take great care of the property and are very easy to deal with. The condo always has everything we need and is always very clean. I also love how spacious it is! The view from the balcony is breath taking! We will be booking this condo again soon for next year! The Best Condo by far!!!

Everything from the start of the booking was awesome! Kitty was very helpful and easy to work with. The Condo and location were perfect. The condo has everything that you could need and the space was great. Our family had the Best time and we have already booked for next June. We have been vacationing in this area for over 9 years and THIS IS THE BEST CONDO! The Beach chairs were perfect since I am required to stay out of the sun. A very good plus to the stay. The pools were very nice and the grandkids spent several hours in them! The condo was well designed and tons of sitting spaces.We also loved the pantry area! We can’t wait to return! Thank you Kitty🤗👍

We bought this condo in preconstruction in 2004. We are Mark and Kitty Hatcher from Knoxville, TN and we own this property along with Dan and Nancy Kyle from Cleveland, Ohio. We all take pride in owning this condo and want to make sure that it is comfortable, clean and inviting for all that stay! Our families have made life-long memories while enjoying this condo. We hope to offer the same for our guests!

We had traveled to Destin for several years and wanted to invest in property because the beach area is so beautiful! It is the best beach in Florida with the most amazing water. The area has all it needs for a wonderful family vacation!
