The largest house available in the upscale gated Sunset Beach Community. This 3 Bedroom/3 Bath home is located on the south (beach) side of 30A and is a short walk to the many restaurants, shops, and amenities at Rosemary, Seacrest Beach and Alys Beach.

Just a 90-second walk to private beach access and the exclusive heated, gulf-front pool overlooking the ocean (one of only a few on 30A) for Sunset Beach guests only. Take a dip in the pool and then down the steps to the beach!

Sunshine @ Sunset is professionally decorated with a classic coastal elegance design and one of the few reverse open floor plans in the community with the living and kitchen area on the top floor, open to views and an abundance of natural sunlight. You won't find more windows and natural sunlight in any other home in Sunset Beach!

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the home includes full kitchen, stainless appliances, granite counter tops, travertine and wood floors, flat-screen smart TVs, hi-speed wireless internet, large deck, gas grill, washer and dryer, private parking for two cars and an open floor plan throughout the top floor. New outdoor tv and daybed porch swing add another outdoor living space!

Four free bikes included for our guests to enjoy and explore as there is so much to do in addition to the amazing white sand beach and heated gulf front pool!

We absolutely love this property. It is spotless, convenient to everywhere we want to walk, and beautifully located near the beach. The hosts, Ryan and Ashley, are very attentive and kind, and we could not have asked for a better week in our favorite place to vacation. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We loved the location and the property. It was perfect for us! Upon arrival, make sure to tell the person at the gate you’re staying in number THREE. That was not clear to me in reading the check-in instructions. The AC & WiFi worked well. However, the living room TV does not: the remote lags and it won’t connect to WiFi & stay connected. So, if that is important to you (or you just wanted to see part of a football game, like us) plan on using a personal device or make other arrangements. The beach does get crowded, as expected. The beautiful water and soft, white sand were worth it though. The rental owners are very kind and responsive. We’d absolutely return again without hesitation.

Great location

Overall a great stay on 30A! There were some minor inconveniences due to the beach and community’s rules. The beach was jam packed every day due to all the 30A beach restrictions and the fact that more than 1 community accesses that small plot of sand. However, if you set up around 6am, you can get a good spot. House itself was cute though a bit dated and in need of some repairs, but overall clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay, and the location was wonderful!

Came down for a beach wedding. Owner was great. Allowed us to check in a little early - I know that’s not always an option based on occupancy but it was very helpful. Would definitely come back

Short fun stay

The condo was great and it was in a secured gated community. Very convenient to restaurants and shops and we loved the beautiful wind sand beach! Busy holiday weekend but we enjoyed our stay. Loved having access to the cruiser bikes as well.

Great Place! Great Location!

Perfect place to vacation with a family of all ages. Highly recommend! Having a young baby, it was excellent to be so close to the beach, the pool, shops, and food. Could spend a week here and never need to go further than a 15-minute walk away from home. A well-equipped kitchen and grill were very handy for evenings relaxing inside.

We stayed at this location two consecutive summers and once again, really enjoyed our stay. Ryan the property manager is great and promptly responds to any a question you may have!

What a vibe!

We had a wonderful stay! The check-in details were left in detail by the owner after we booked. We did run into a tiny hiccup getting into the property - the guard shack attendant kept asking for a unit number which I didn’t have - just tell them house #3 for future reference. My cell reception was horrible the entire trip so I couldn’t access the listing or vrbo chat to contact the owner, but after calling vrbo & speaking with Ryan we were able to get in no problem! 🙏 The house was just like the pictures, even better than what we were expecting to be honest. I’ve never been to a cleaner beach. Everything is so nice! You will need to remember a code & 2 lanyards while you’re there (gate card access for car & then pool/beach access). The beach does have a good bit of stairs & is a little restricted but you are paying for privacy & exclusive access. My suggestion is to get to the beach early and set up your chairs. Also, all of the food there is amazing! But do plan to spend a little more & bring cash if you can (discounts if you pay with cash vs card). Restaurants get busy for dinner because there aren’t that many of them. We highly recommend driving to the Old Florida Fish House (10-15 mins away) for a very unique experience! We definitely plan to come back in the future!

Relaxing and restful

This property has a number of amazing features that added up to a relaxing and restful stay. There are three bedrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs, each with its own bathroom. The upstairs is the primary living area and it’s open and airy with plenty of seating. There are also three outdoor sitting areas. The upstairs balcony was a favorite to have a coffee to start the day with the downstairs porch swing seeing lots of use later in the day. Of course, being just steps away from the pool and beach doesn’t hurt! And just a few blocks in either direction are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. Finally, the whole neighborhood is an amazing area to walk, featuring calming landscape finishes and interesting architectural elements. Ryan was also helpful and responsive while we were there. A good host always helps!

Great Stay in Rosemary Beach

Rosemary Beach is a great location and this property is in an excellent position. It is somewhat worn but to be expected for this area. Check in was not clear and fortunately I had the code to enter the house where the card keys etc were found. I would suggest the owners need to put together some sort of comprehensive book about the property (TV codes, trash can schedules, area information about best grocery stores, seafood markets, etc) I am used to referring to such a book in most of my VRBO stays. This property did not have such a book.

Wonderful!!

The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the owners were very responsive. The beach access was a 2 minute walk and all the Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops were less than a 5 minute walk. We had a great time and we will definitely be back!

We bought our home in Sunset - South of 30A because we wanted a place within walking distance to the beach and activities to spend time with friends and family and relax. We often walk or bike to Alys Beach for morning donuts and coffee with our girls, spend the day on the beach and then enjoy a cocktail or two on the green courtyards at Rosemary at dusk. We have already created so many wonderful memories in our handful of vacations down there.

Sunset Beach is an awesome place for families! Our kids love the heated gulf front pool to enjoy after a day at the beach. Our home is nestled between Alys and Rosemary and easily walkable to both and the wonderful shops, restaurants and activities. This community truly is a wonderful find!
