Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful thanksgiving week at Seas the Day. Our first experience with Royal Destinations after coming to the area for over 15 years. Great communication, easy entry, easy check in-check out instructions. When we had issues they were handled correctly. The positive was the location! It is perfect for visiting all that Seacrest and Rosemary have to offer. The beautiful white sands of 30A are just steps away. The house layout is comfortable for a large family as far as sleeping arrangements. The downside...the house REALLY needs some love and some touches that make it worth visiting again. It has the bare minimum of furniture. The sofa was broken so we werent able to sit and enjoy watching movies as a family comfortable. The entire length of the sofa was sunk down from being broken at some point and one of the dining chairs was also broken and sunk so it made sitting around the table for thanksgiving meal very uncomfortable for one guest. It is a shame that the owner doesn't address this. Also, the furniture in the photos (couch/chairs) isn't the furniture that is currently at the house. It also took our first two days to warm up the pool. After paying for pool heating I feel like it should have been warm when we arrived. Also, since it is already cold in Novemeber a few extra blankets at the house would be nice. I think some loving touches would really make this property special. But at bare minimum furniture that isn't broken would be great.

This home was perfect for family and friends. Our boys are almost getting too big for the bunks but they loved the bunk room and having their own porch and bathroom. I loved the main master over the pool. Every morning I would sit on the porch with our doodle and she would say hi to walkers by. It was October so I may have the pool heated next time but mid day it was awesome!So many great memories - 2nd time in waters edge and gated entrances are very much preferred. Great kitchen and large table for games and dinners! thank you.

The ability to walk out the back door and down to a private beach every day was fantastic. We were there during a pretty hot period, and the pool was too warm to use until evening but that was just fine for us.The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious, and the kitchen and main living area are a great place to hang out.The location is perfectly situated between Alys Beach and Rosemary so we walked everywhere and didn't have to move the car once.My only nitpicks are that the tissue boxes were empty, the couch is pretty well worn out, and some of the floors were sandy when we arrived but I've seen much worse in a rental.

Annual family trip to the beach

We were a very short walk to the beach and the neighborhood was across the street from the town of Rosemary. The pool was great as well. We had a couple of problems but they took care of them right away. There was no lid for the carafe to make the coffeemaker work so they brought us a brand new coffeemaker. I will say though that even though it sleeps 14, the living room was small for that number of people but it was worth it because of the location of this home.

Great location so close to the beach and everything 30-A has to offer. The pool was perfect especially for the 3 children (Ages 6, 5, and 3). Great communication with the Property Manager, primarily by app and text was very nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been staying in Waterā€™s Edge for over 10 years. We love the area and have stayed at several different houses. For us we wouldnā€™t stay here again with the same group. We had 6 adults and 4 teenagers. The bedroom set up was great for us, but trying to gather together in the family room was tough. The family room had 2 small/loveseats (not as pictured) so we could comfortably seat 4 people. There are backless bar stools for 4, but super uncomfortable for hanging out watching tv for playing games. I think if the 4 teenagers were young kids it would work better.We had a few small issues come up and the management company was very responsive and took care of everything quickly.

This year, there were several issues:There was only one lounge chair and it was in disrepair.Bug issue in kitchen and bedrooms.Door alarm was not working properly.Deck was in disrepair. Nail was coming up and boards were coming up. All of these things were reported and it took several trips to resolve. Also, the cleanliness of the house was not good. Sand in all beds. It was very disappointing. At these prices, I expect more!

However, the pool lounge chairs need replacing. Two out of three lounge chairs were torn and not able to be used. Others were rusted. Great Stay at Seas The Day

We loved our stay at Seas The Day. We had 8 adults and 6 kids and we fit great. Check in and out is very easy. The house is in a great location and is very comfortable. The kitchen is large enough that multiple people can be in there preparing a meal at the same time. We would definitely go back there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Seas the Day for a girls trip. The property is located within a short walking distance to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. It is a short walk to the actual beach which is absolutely beautiful. The house itself is great for a large group, each bedroom has its own bathroom and was very clean when we arrived. The beds were all comfortable and there were ample towels for the group. The management company was very responsive - we had a big storm the day we arrived and the pool was a mess but they sent someone to clean first thing the next morning. A few things - the pool alarm bypass did not work from the outside door, so it went off every time we came in which got old (our group was all adults). The back lower deck/ pool area was kinda beat/messy so it would have been nice if that was cleaned up prior to our stay. Also, the house only comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach - given the house sleeps 14, I would have expected a few more chairs (maybe like 6?) to be available and not having to pay $68/set on top of all the other costs for this trip. All in all, still a great trip - the towns are beautiful with wonderful restaurants and bars and shopping. Highly recommend a trip to Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys Beach for your next getaway!

Fantastic place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was superb. The bunk room was great for kids. There is no door to their bedroom which was fine for us. The second floor had three bedrooms and then one on the first floor. All bedrooms had balconies. Lots of space to spread out. Pool was nice and had outdoor shower.Loved to proximity to the pool and the space outside our back door. Felt very safe in our gated neighborhood. Across the street in Seacrest, was a grocery store, shops and restaurants. A one minute walk and you are in Rosemary Beach. Perfect location!

Wonderful Waters Edge!

This is an excellent property and we loved our stay here. Easy access to all that Rosemary Beach and Seacrest has to offer by foot or bicycle makes Waters Edge a prime location. The beach is wonderful, however steps down to the beach would make it somewhat challenging for elderly visitors. The outdoor area is perfect for all ages and everyone enjoyed the pool! The house itself is well equipped with all the basic necessities and the beds and bedding were the most comfortable we've experienced over years of renting We'll definitely be back to "Seas the Day" .

Location! Location! Location!

Beautiful home and fabulous location. The home was thoughtfully laid out and the host thought of everything for families coming to stay a week at the beach. We couldnā€™t be more happy with our stay and wanted for nothing. Walking distance to the beach and other amenities. Look forward to future stays here.

Better than we could have imagined

The location is amazing and the house was perfect. From super comfy bed to beach chairs to an amazing heated pool, we had a great week together. Great family location and beautiful house. We were in awe when we walked in the door. Everything was updated. Much thought was put into making this the perfect vacation home. Thank you and ā€œSeas the Day!ā€

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was nice - great space- close to everything- very clean- well stocked- comfortable beds- quality place. Very easy beach access. That said, it is a rental and ideally would get fresh paint a little more often. Walls, baseboard, deck could all use a little more paint- however, overall condition above most places itā€™s age- many would likely pay a bit more to know it was freshly painted. We would.Big shout out to the Team at Royal Destinations. Communication / updates are an A plus! Their app is great as well. Iā€™d be hard pressed to rent from anyone else.
