Barefoot Bungalow is a charming Old Florida cottage style home in the popular community of Seacrest Beach Resort. 5 minute walk to the Village shops or to the Lagoon Pool!

This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Sheila was an amazing host! The house was well stocked with everything you could need (we brought a dog crate but amazing this was available). The AC worked wonderfully, even in extremely hot and humid conditions this past week. This house was convenient to everything and very quiet and comfortable - tram to beach was an added plus!

Great home in a great location

We loved staying in Barefoot Bungalow. The house is clean, nicely decorated and our favorite is the front porch. It is an easy walk or tram to the beach and shops and restaurants are so close. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Location is walking distance from everything, but you even have bikes if you need them. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful stay on 30A

This property was everything you see on vrbo and more! Perfect location between Seacrest pool and all the activities/restaurants in the Seacrest square. Updated home with fully outfitted kitchen, baths, etc. comfy beds, great to have laundry and bikes too. Tram stop just across the street to take you to the beach. Very happy with our rental and will absolutely be back!

Wonderful Experience

We had an incredible stay in this beautiful home. It is beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. Even though we visited in January, we enjoyed riding the bikes each day and sitting on the front porch. We loved our stay here and hope to return soon.

Great location...easily walkable into Rosemary. Lots of restaurants around. Extremely clean and well appointed. Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful home!

This property was perfect for our stay. The decor was beautiful and it had every amenity we needed. The bikes were a great bonus and we used these often to tour seacrest beach, Rosemary beach and alys beach. This was by far the nicest home we have stayed in on vacation! We will definitely be back!

Excellent location and beautiful house

This was perfect for my family of four. My kids each got their own bedroom, which was nice, and there was plenty of common area for us to hang out in. The house is lovely and feels very new — clean, pretty, great housekeeping.

Perfect Location

This beach bungalow is in the perfect location. It's a short walk (or shuttle ride) to the beach and also a short walk to the shopping area with coffee, restaurants, and bakeries. The bikes were a nice bonus for the trails too. The neighborhood is very quiet and the rules are strictly enforced, so everyone can enjoy their vacation.

Fantastic Spot

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location is wonderful, right between Rosemary Beach and Alys. My wife and I walked to Amavida coffee every morning of our weeklong stay. Our kids really enjoyed exploring the area on the four bikes provided with the property. The beach access is excellent and the pool is refreshing. We definitely want to come back and stay in the same house and we would highly recommend it for a family!

Birthday Getaway

Our family (adults and toddler) had an amazing time at Barefoot Bungalow for a joint 40th birthday week. The location was perfect-walking distance to shops, food, and the neighborhood pool. There was a very convenient tram ride to the beach as well! The live music near the house nightly was a fun way to end each day! Shelia was so helpful as we prepared for our trip and ensured we had everything we needed regarding the property and 3rd party rentals. We can wait to visit again!

Perfect Stay!

My wife, daughter and son-in-law came to Seacrest for vacation as well as a wedding. The week was perfect and the house was EVERYTHING as advertised. The location was ideal, the house was clean and felt so much like home. All amenities that we needed were provided. Having bikes provided with the house was a very nice bonus. Would highly recommend this property and we'll look to stay here the next time we come to town!

Awsome Place

We came to Seacrest for a family wedding at Aly’s Beach, we brought our own bikes and enjoyed riding in the neighborhood community, ate at locals restaurants, pizza and tacos. Went to markets at Rosemary Beach, rode bikes to State park close by. Beautiful area and enjoyed our house and all the accommodations, Spent morning and evenings sitting on front porch. It was rather chilly for the pool or beach but would love to come back in summer season.

Love the community

Easy access to shops, restaurants and the pool. Short walk to the beach. You can get the tram to take you to the beach or ride your bikes as well. We had fun exploring on our bikes and enjoying the other nearby beaches and towns. The house was very cute and clean. It had everything we needed. Bathrooms were updated and very nice. Loved our front porch sitting and talking to the neighbors.

Home away from Home

Love it, love it and we loved it!!! This was the best place for all 7 of us to stay.. The minute you walk into the Bungalow, you feel right at home. Everything is perfectly decorated, the Bungalow has everything you need. The walking distance to the pool and the beach is perfect. The tram will pick you up if you don’t want to walk to the beach. When we were sitting on the patio, so many said they loved this sweet house. If you are looking for a place to stay.. stay here!!! 3 bedroom.. 4 tv’s .. great kitchen .. and the area is just perfect.. we loved riding the bikes up and down 30A. Can not wait to come back ❤️ I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
