BOOKING POLICY:
• A 50% Advance Deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Check-In begins at 4:00PM CST. If available, an early check-in may be requested for an additional fee.
• Check-Out is by 10:00AM CST. If available, a late check-out may be requested for an additional fee.
• Must Be 25 Or Older To Rent. We have a strict family only policy. No exceptions.

Sheila was an amazing host! The house was well stocked with everything you could need (we brought a dog crate but amazing this was available). The AC worked wonderfully, even in extremely hot and humid conditions this past week. This house was convenient to everything and very quiet and comfortable - tram to beach was an added plus!

Wonderful stay on 30A

This property was everything you see on vrbo and more! Perfect location between Seacrest pool and all the activities/restaurants in the Seacrest square. Updated home with fully outfitted kitchen, baths, etc. comfy beds, great to have laundry and bikes too. Tram stop just across the street to take you to the beach. Very happy with our rental and will absolutely be back!

We had an amazing stay. This location was clean and they got us in right away. All the accommodations were perfect. The beach was close the pool was great. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect Stay!

My wife, daughter and son-in-law came to Seacrest for vacation as well as a wedding. The week was perfect and the house was EVERYTHING as advertised. The location was ideal, the house was clean and felt so much like home. All amenities that we needed were provided. Having bikes provided with the house was a very nice bonus. Would highly recommend this property and we'll look to stay here the next time we come to town!

Birthday Getaway

Our family (adults and toddler) had an amazing time at Barefoot Bungalow for a joint 40th birthday week. The location was perfect-walking distance to shops, food, and the neighborhood pool. There was a very convenient tram ride to the beach as well! The live music near the house nightly was a fun way to end each day! Shelia was so helpful as we prepared for our trip and ensured we had everything we needed regarding the property and 3rd party rentals. We can wait to visit again!

Love the community

Easy access to shops, restaurants and the pool. Short walk to the beach. You can get the tram to take you to the beach or ride your bikes as well. We had fun exploring on our bikes and enjoying the other nearby beaches and towns. The house was very cute and clean. It had everything we needed. Bathrooms were updated and very nice. Loved our front porch sitting and talking to the neighbors.

Easy house to rent, thank you. Everything in house was exactly as it was described. Centrally Located to Rosemary beach and Alys beach. Bikes at the house were great. Cute neighborhood. Seacrest neighborhood beach access is to a small beach for a lot of homes. You need to get to beach early for space. We didn’t realize that all beaches were private access. We ended up driving to the inlet beach public beach access and found that to be enjoyable.

Girls Weekend

Recently visited 4/28 - 5/1 and have absolutely zero complaints! The property was exactly as described, check-in was super easy, and we were able to check-in early. The property is a perfect location to beach access and restaurants within walking distance. A couple of things to note: - Beach Rentals: we were under the impression we needed to make reservations for beach chairs/umbrellas. However, that is not the case. You absolutely can bring our own gear. If you do want to reserve chairs, Seacrest Beach is contracted to use a single vendor; La Dolce Vita. IMO they are pretty pricey. I would recommend taking a quick trip to Publix and buying a couple of chairs. - Beach Towels: this property does not include beach towels to take to the beach, so be sure to bring your own. This would be a nice touch for the owner to add. - Uber/Taxi/Cabs: Uber is SUPER unreliable here. If you don't rent a car for your trip, at the bare minimum make sure you make reservations early with a cab or car company to get to the airport for your return flight. We were sweating it for a few bit when we couldn't get an Uber. The owner should consider adding a page with car companies/cabs to the info binder. My only negative is that the light/fan in the 2nd bedroom (queen bedroom that's not the master) didn't work. Luckily there are 2 lamps in the room, but not having a fan at night was a bummer. This is obviously an easy fix. Overall, 5 stars! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Time

Our family had a great time at this property. We found it to be perfectly suited for our needs. There property was very clean and the process was very straight-forward and professional. The location was ideal, being very close to the pool and dining / retail development. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful Bungalow

This beautiful home is exactly as described and depicted by the photos. The home is very clean, well appointed with very comfortable beds, lovely bed linens and big fluffy towels. The neighborhood is very quiet and incredibly close to plenty of dining and shopping options all walkable if you wish. We are frequent VRBO renters and we would highly recommend Barefoot Bungalow.

Thanksgiving 2022

We absolutely loved our week at the Barefoot Bungalow. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of four because everyone had their own room for individual down time but the rest of the house is such an open plan that it’s so easy to be together whether cooking, eating, or hanging out in the living space. The kitchen was so well stocked with anything and everything we needed, even to pull off Thanksgiving dinner. We absolutely loved having the four bikes and enjoyed riding through the neighborhood and on the nature trails. The front porch was also a favorite spot. It’s a short but beautiful walk to the beach. The Seacrest Development is such a nice scale and the people were all very friendly. The retail amenities (like the restaurants and sundries) were both convenient and top notch. We loved the wood fire pizza place! My crew was so sad to have to leave the Bungalow at the end of our week! I would highly recommend this beautiful home.

Great house for a family

Perfect house for a small family. Quick 2 min walk to the pool an easy 5 min walk or tram ride to the beach. Also quick 2-3 min walk to restaurants and shops. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Just an FYI...there is a house being built across the street, it didn't really bother us as we were gone most of the day at the pool or the beach. Overall great house!

Charming location with great amenities

Rental was perfect for our family. Location convenient to pool with shuttles that ran constantly to the beach. Walking and bike riding in the beautiful neighborhood was perfect, with all kinds of little shops, food, and plenty to see. Rental was just as advertised and our host answered all questions we had. Highly recommend!

seacrest beach

The property is well maintained and clean. Location is great! Able to walk to pool and beach, shops and restaurants. Beach was very busy but 1 mile down the road is a public beach that was beautiful, less crowded and the same beach frontage. Loved the bikes and used everyday. 30 min drive to Destin and 15 to Panama City Beach for more activities.

Perfect Location

This beach bungalow is in the perfect location. It's a short walk (or shuttle ride) to the beach and also a short walk to the shopping area with coffee, restaurants, and bakeries. The bikes were a nice bonus for the trails too. The neighborhood is very quiet and the rules are strictly enforced, so everyone can enjoy their vacation.

Great house

Great house for my group. The house is nicely updated and they’ve made great use of space in a smaller home. We Appreciated the use of the bicycles and excellent communication with property management company for my daughters engagement celebration week. I liked the location in the neighborhood- not too far back. ...and the property managers were kind enough to allow my golden retriever service animal even though he sheds :(

Fantastic Spot

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The location is wonderful, right between Rosemary Beach and Alys. My wife and I walked to Amavida coffee every morning of our weeklong stay. Our kids really enjoyed exploring the area on the four bikes provided with the property. The beach access is excellent and the pool is refreshing. We definitely want to come back and stay in the same house and we would highly recommend it for a family!
