Beautiful private property

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa just outside of Glossa. Beautiful property and grounds. Pool was fantastic to relax by in the afternoons. We highly recommend!

Amazing property!

The photos don’t do this place justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous!! Perfect size for our family of 4 and nice to be away from some of the busier parts of the island. We had a wonderful vacation, thanks so much!

Perfect calm family time

We had a wonderful vacation with our two kids and a beautiful stone house and its romantic atmosphere and stunning view to the sea our favorite place to have the coffee in the morning! The host was very helpful and perfect in communication, so we had always the feeling to be well taken care of. We would definitely recommend this place to other families or others (e.g. 2 couples).

Most beautiful house on Skopelos island

Staying in this house was an absolute blessing. It must be the most beautiful house on the island, nestled in the middle of a pine forest with a stunning view. Poulcheria, the host, was incredibly helpful—always available to assist us, whether with arranging boat transfers or renting a car. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely return one day.

Wonderful holiday

Such a beautiful stone villa surrounded by lush greenery and perfect gardens one side and the sea the other. You will need a car and a 4x4 as there is a steep hill outside but we never found it a problem. Quiet and peaceful we enjoyed days lounging by the pool listening to the birds reading and days at the local beaches. Perfect place for total relaxation. We have been twice now and will no doubt go back as we loved it so much.

Lovely quiet villa

Beautiful villa in an amazing spot with outstanding views. Had all we needed. Thank you for the welcome water, olives and treats. Wonderful to be surrounded by olive groves, vineyard and lemon trees and the smell of lavender. Had a visit or two from two adorable cats, which was lovely. Our daughter loved the addition of the piano, which was a delight. Thank you

Wonderful property in the most beautiful setting

We couldn’t have wished for more - so thoughtfully and attractively appointed inside and outside. The choice of seating areas, each with its own magic, was so lovely. The gardens, terraces and pool area are beautifully planted and set out. You would never tire of any of the wonderful views from the villa. We really enjoyed the large outdoor kitchen just about every evening. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms on the lower floor were again so attractive in an understated way. Everything worked so well for us and we would definitely choose this house again. Thank you Poulcheria, and Nikki.

Beautifully finished villa in countryside

The villa is beautifully finished with large living room/ kitchen and two bedrooms. The outdoor areas are wonderful. You are not overlooked with lovely pool looking over the valley below and lots of seating areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Only (very small) negatives are the air con is only in the living room and not in the bedrooms (although there are fans), and there are lots of biting insects around with especially persistent horse flies. We bought fly swats to keep them at bay. Overall a wonderful villa, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Absolutely Stunning Villa & Location

Poulcheria & Nikos, your villa is simply outstanding. It is absolutely as described, however, being there in person takes to another level. So many beautiful areas to relax outside with stunning views of the Aegean and surrounding countryside. From intial booking and throughout our stay, communication with the hosts was incredibly responsive. Nikos was amazing, even when our departure ferry unexpectedly changed for Glossa to Skopelos town, Nikos came to our rescue by transporting luggage for 4 adults from the villa to Skopelos port. This is truly a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings, but having your own transport is essential. Thanks again and hope to return some day.

We absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous villa. Before we even got there, Poulcheria put my mind at ease by saying she would meet us at the port to help us find the villa, and she also recommended some car hire companies for me to be in touch with.There is a steep road leading down to it, but with a 4x4 it was no trouble. The villa itself was everything we could have asked for. The pool was lovely, and big enough to keep us, and our 12 and 17 year old happy.The bedrooms downstairs were lovely and cool, and the air conditioning helped overnight. We cooked and ate on the patio a couple of times and the kitchen had everything we needed.The view from the front over the sea is stunning and we enjoyed watching the sunrise there on our last day. Out the back, by the pool it is lovely to look over the mountain and the trees - the silence we experienced there was so nourishing after the hustle and bustle of UK life.The villa is spread out over a large area, which was great for us as everybody could find their own spot to escape to if they needed. Skopelos itself was great. We were glad we had a car so we could pick up supplies from the supermarket when we needed. The one down the road in Glossa was good, and the bakery over the road from it was a highlight! For bigger shops we went to one in Skopelos Town.Thanks for a lovely relaxing stay, it was just the recharge we all needed.

We stay in a lot of villas and this was by far the best, amazing views and excellent hosts. You definitely need a 4 x 4 car when staying at the villa.

Certainement l'une des plus belle maison de l'île, encore plus jolie et bien pensée en vrai que l'idée qu'on peut se faire sur les photos. Perchée en hauteur au milieu de la nature avec la vue sur la mer d'un côté et sur les pins de l'autre, tout dans cette maison mène à la détente et à la quiétude.Je ne peux que recommander cet hébergement, j'ai eu l'impression de passer ma semaine dans le décor d'une histoire et n'avait plus envie de repartir!

Ein Juwel mit 5 Sternen!Dieses Haus und die Lage sind ein Traum!Die Aussicht war fantastisch.Das Meer auf der einen Seite und Olivenhaine und Wald auf der anderen.Die meiste Zeit verbrachten wir draußen auf den Terrassen.Ein Buch lesen und wenn man den Kopf hebt,geht der Blick über die Weite des Meeres.Eine Oase für die Seele!Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zur traditionellen Bauweise und zum Detail restauriert worden.Gleichzeitig sind sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden,die man braucht.Alles ist sehr sauber und der Aussenbereich sehr gepflegt.Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.Ein GROSSES Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeberin Poulcheria.Unsere Anreise war durch äußere Umstände sehr chaotisch und nervenaufreibend.Aber Poulcheria hat sich um alles gekümmert und war unwahrscheinlich hilfsbereit!VIELEN LIEBEN DANK AN POULCHERIA UND NIKOS.Alles in Allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub.

Cet endroit est magnifique, addictif comme l’explique sa propriétaire. Les pièces sont superbes, la vue extraordinaire. L’accès WIFI est lent ce qui pousse nos enfants à profiter réellement de ce lieu.

Traumurlaub auf Skopelos

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub. Das wunderschöne Haus ist ruhig gelegen, mitten in der Natur und mit einem unfassbaren Blick aufs Meer. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten, sogar Olivenöl, Honig und Wein von der Insel standen bei unserer Ankunft bereit. Die Vermieter sind super - vielen vielen Dank für alles, Poulcheria und Nikos! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Mehr geht nicht

Die vorherigen Bewertungen haben schon alles ausführlich beschrieben, bei diesem Anwesen stimmt eigentlich alles! Wie aus dem Bilderbuch, man kann sich nicht satt sehen an den unterschiedlichen Perspektiven, echt schön. Sehr zu empfehlen für Individualisten und Leute die Privatsphäre suchen.

An amazing property in a spectacular location with fabulous owners!

Poulcheria and Nikos were the most warm, lovely, generous hosts! Poulcheria was very prompt at answering any messages both before and during our stay, she helped us with arranging car hire and was very quick to respond to any other queries we had. Nikos met us at the port and took us up to the villa, he gave us some of his delicious homemade wine and homegrown vegetables, it was lovely gesture and very much appreciated! We expected the villa to be lovely, but it far surpassed our expectations. The setting is simply stunning!!! There are beautiful views everywhere you look and plenty of lovely seating areas to relax and enjoy the vistas. The sunsets were amazing! The gardens are lovely and very well kept. It is a very private and beautiful location, you can not help but instantly relax! The villa is just exceptional, it is the perfect blend of old and new. It has been beautifully and tastefully restored but retains bags of character and a sense of history. It is well equipped and kept immaculately clean by the maids. The church is just gorgeous, we preferred it to the Mamma Mia church which you can see from the road into the villa. We did not expect the bedrooms to have air conditioning so that was an unexpected bonus, we did not have to use it all the time because the down stairs rooms were cooler, but it was appreciated on some of the very hot nights. Our children loved the colour changing lights in the pool at night and enjoyed many a late night swim. The pool is lovely and is kept beautifully clean by the pool man who visited early in the morning. Our daughter loved the piano in the lounge area, we weren't expecting it to be there and it made her holiday! Glossa is a only a short drive away and is a gorgeous, characterful, traditional town, with a lovely square to sit and have a drink in with the friendly locals. We visited the restaurant Agnanti many times, it has lovely views and superb staff and food. Skopelos town is gorgeous, with atmospheric cobbled streets and some lovely bars and restaurants. The whole island is just beautiful, with gorgeous scenery and lovely beaches with crystal clear waters. It has become a new favourite and we can't wait to return. Thank you Poulcheria and Nikos for the most amazing holiday!

A very special place

Traveling from the east coast of the United States, it took us a very long time to get to this beautiful spot. It was worth every mile (kilometer!)! We enjoyed a wonderful week of relaxation, and Poulheria and her family were incredible hosts. The property is truly magical. We would love to return some day.

Magical place

This home is like something straight out of a dream. It’s truly magical. The privacy, the setting, the flowers, the views and all the wonderful little nooks around the gardens for reading or just relaxing make it surreal.

A magical property

We loved our stay at this magical home. The views, the smells (star jasmine), the pool, the design, the attention to detail, the welcome bread, wine, and water…everything was thoughtfully and beautifully done. The driveway is intimidating to say the least but it’s worth it for the experience. This may be my favorite vacation rental ever. We did not want to leave.

Gorgeous house with gorgeous view

This house is located just a short drive from Glossa and was perfect for our group. The house is beautiful and located on a gorgeous property with amazing views. Everything was extremely clean, and the host left us a bottle of wine, bread, and bottled water. The house is a few km's from town so you are surrounded by trees and hills with beautiful grounds. The host was very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this house as a rental when on Skopelos.
