The home is located in a great neighborhood right off of South Street. Plenty of restaurants, clubs and bars are within a quick 3 minute walk from the house. Broad Street and the Broad Street Subway line are just 2 blocks away, making for an easy commute to many of Philly's attractions, including the sporting stadium.

The house layout is perfect for large families or groups. Enter the home into the living room which has a 55" 4K Sharp Aquos TV. TVs in the house rely on streaming services as each TV has a Roku hooked up to it so you can stream your personal apps. The first floor has an open concept looking into the kitchen. Enjoy cooking a nice meal with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Pots, pans, plates and everything you need to cook and eat are provided. Right past the kitchen is a small outside patio with a Weber grill, perfect for grilling in nice weather.

Up on the second floor is a full bathroom with 2 bedrooms. The back bedroom has a queen sized bed and a nice sized closet. The front bedroom is spacious and has a queen sized bed, closet and TV.

Walking up to the third floor and you will find the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, TV and work space area with a desk. The master bathroom is very large with a stand in shower and a jacuzzi style tub. Perfect to soak in after a long day.

The furnished basement serves as the fourth bedroom and has a queen sized bed and a queen futon. A 50" TV and video game system is available as a separate living room area. Washer and dryer with laundry supplies are available in the basement.

All guests regardless of age count towards the number of guests. Total number of guests in the house may not exceed the number of guests indicated at booking. Please note there is a fee for more than 8 guests.

No parties are permitted in the house. This includes bachelor and bachelorette parties. The house is in a family friendly neighborhood and is not a party house.
A security camera monitors and records the entrance of the house.

Please note the house rules and cancellation policy in the lease agreement. Cancellation policy in the lease agreement is the binding policy.

A few improvements would have made a big difference.

Property needs improvement. A few cheap upgrades would have made a big difference. Floor vents looked moldy. Shower head on top floor did not work. Had towels and pillows stuffed in cracks for insulation. They had turned brown and looked unsanitary. Back patio is not functional. Should not advertise as patio. Too small for any activity and sorrounded

Great Spot in Philly!

Great location. The place was very clean, spacious and we walked everywhere. Sean was quick to communicate with any questions we had. Would recommend!

Family get together

A very convenient place for my daughter with her husband and 4 kids to stay while visiting. Lots of sleeping space. And bonus - close enough to the Schuylkill for her to start her day with a 5 mile run along the river.

Great Location

We were there to see the historical sites and it was convenient to the subway which took us to the center of the old town. Also, we were given great information on parking. All the amenities in the house were appropriate and the family had a great time. It was a quiet neighborhood and served our purposes. My wife and I are getting up in years and would suggest that the rugs outside and inside the entrance door have rubber backing or some non-skid coating to make it less slippery. We were very pleased with the house.

Husbands 65th

I was looking to host my family in Philly for my husbands 65th birthday. We found this location and it was perfect. We met with Sean and he was very accomodating. I would highly recommend!!

Beware

Location is great, be careful about a few things so you do not have the horrific time we had at this rental. 1- a day before our arrival the property owner informed us of damage done by hurricane. At that time we had no choice but to still accept what ever condition we were going to get 2 when we reached these the entire front of the house had windows replaced { in the process } and scaffolding all over the front of the building . MAJOR Hazard going in and out as if the wind blew we would have debris and other things fall on us 3. All windows were not sealed and it was impossible to cool the home . Out of the 4 bedrooms 2 of them were unlivable 4 . Three of us { my wife and I } along with our 24 year old son had to sleep in the basement during our stay 5. There was /is mold in the master bathroom and since all insulation was exposed our son had an asthma attack 6. Fans in 2 of the rooms did not work and it was unbearable to live or sleep in those rooms 7.How can VRBO or anyone rent a property that does not provide basic heating , cooling , has hold , has hazard in front of the home ....................So disappointing and illegal

Friends weekend

Met some friends in Philadelphia for the weekend at the end of July. Check in was easy and Sean is always a text away with any questions. The location is great - walked downtown or a quick Uber ride. The few people in our group who drove found street parking or were able to move their car closer on Saturday morning. Rooms were clean and provided everything we needed ! Brought dinner to make on Friday night and kitchen was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home base to explore the city

Particularly if you are familiar with Philadelphia, you'll find this a great spot to stay. easy to get to all the tourist destinations (by transit or healthy walk), but in a residential neighborhood for a much more local experience.

Camp Nanny Visits Philadelphia

The property provided everything we needed for our trip enjoyment. It was nice to have 21/2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. My only complaint is that the unit could have been a little cleaner and the outside was strewn with trash. The outside would be hard to keep tidy I guess. I would rent this property again.

Great experience

There was so much space to sleep. It's nice to have room for a large group. Sean was super responsive and even arranged to have me logged out of my Netflix account when I forgot to do it. I would stay here again for sure!

We were pleasantly surprised. I cannot think of one thing that was missed. Home is very welcoming, furnished beautifully, so many nice touches including water, snacks, etc. Would recommend this to anyone.

Convenient rental great for large groups

Very easy check in and Sean was easy to work with. Property was clean and exactly like the on line photos. Best suited for a group of adults, but be prepared to climb steps, especially if you are lucky enough to stay in the top floor master. Lower level room good for teens. Well equipped kitchen with a drip coffee pot and a Keurig as well! Parking is hit or miss but once we got a spot we left our cars there and took Uber or walked to restaurants, shops and sights. Would recommend without hesitation!

Great place!

There were ten of us in town for a family wedding. Working with Sean was easy - he was friendly and accommodating. The house is within walking distance of restaurants and the sightseeing bus line. The house was clean and met all our needs. Great stay!

Large, very clean and comfortable

Lots of space. VERY clean. A few blocks from Restaurants, etc. block home is on is a slight bit shady but by no means uncomfortable. Too far to easily walk to Center City but lots of fun eateries nearby. A great place for a large family or group. Could use some hooks and towel bars in bathrooms. Would stay again

It is a great location except NO PARKING.

It is a great location, especially if you're walking. There is no on street parking on this block that can be relied upon. Either use a garage, any pay about $20 a day, or scramble around looking on other blocks. This is really not a place to use if you have a car, though. It is a nice house, with good beds. The TV's do not get, say, any Phillies games, or Sixers, etc. All minimal. The main room could be sunny if the curtains were open, but then walkers can look right in. So curtains stay closed - no sun. I note that in this area there is a minimal chance to go to a park, not much green space. There's a nearby YMCA and they were very nice there.

A good weekend away

Stayed the weekend with an extended family of 9. Great location and nice town house. Clean and very workable. Especially welcoming was Sean, the owner, who responded quickly to multiple emails before our arrival and extended himself with early checkin. Next time we're in Philly we'll stay here.

This home is spacious, bright and in a wonderful location. The home allows everyone to have their own space while providing a nice, open living room and kitchen area to all gather together. The location is great as it's a quick 3 minute walk to numerous restaurants, bars, lounges and the Broad Street line.
