Come relax at “Bay to Beach” located in the gated Plantation community on St. George Island, FL! Our home is the ideal haven for a private, serene get-away, where you can enjoy the fabulous sunsets over the Apalachicola Bay from the deck, stroll to the pristine beaches of St. George Island, or get cozy by the private, screened pool.

Our lovely property offers two walkways, one to the Apalachicola Bay for fishing and one to the beautiful beaches of St. George Island. Our home has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths for a maximum occupancy of 13 guests, NO EXCEPTIONS. The main living area is located on the third floor and includes a dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, two living areas with flat screens, and a private master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom.

The second floor includes a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom. There are also two additional king bed suites, as well as a kids’ room with 5 brand new twin XL bunk beds.

*Our property is cleaned with regard to the most updated VRMA and CDC recommended procedures between guests and before your arrival.

*Travel insurance is recommended in case of natural disaster it events of nature. We do not sell or provide insurance, but you can use Travel Guard or Red Sky and ask specifically for “Travel Interruption Coverage”.

*Maximum of 2 small to medium sized DOGS only may be allowed with OWNER APPROVAL only. Pets must not exceed individual weight of 50lbs.

*Reservations must be 7 night stays during the Peak High Season months of June - July, Saturday to Saturday.

So much gorgeous scenery!

We had our yearly family vacation in your beautiful home and it was amazing! We relaxed! Fishing was fun fun and long days at the beach were great. We traveled to the great fishing town of Appalachicola for terrific seafood and great shopping! I would love to go back!

Family Vacation

It was a great location for the beach and bay. Adored the little town. The restaurants in town were great! The house was the perfect size for our family. The elevator was a bonus for my elderly in-laws. Would stay here again!!!

Excellence at the beach

From the moment we arrived, knew a good time was in store. Everything was better than described. Our weather was excellent, and the house was better. Plenty of room, and lived the big table and all the couches.

Comfortable and spacious home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful property. Plenty of parking. Short, 4 minute walk to the beach, or to the bay pier for fishing. Loved the gated Plantation community, clubhouse pool and fitness center. Only thing that could have been better was the AC struggled on the first floor. Hallway was cool where the thermostat is but the bedrooms were a little warm. To their credit, hosts were responsive on this and promised they’ll be working on correcting airflow for their next guests.

Annual family beach trip.

My wife and I have been taking a family beach trip to St. George Island since my kids were toddlers. We have stayed many places on the island but “A. B. Sea” is my family’s favorite. Clean, short walk to beach, private setting, well stocked, service is very responsive.

Family vacation

The house is beautiful... That being said, it needs some repairs. The right-hand sink is turned off because the faucet will not shut off. The kitchen faucet needs to be anchored as it turns/moves when the spigot is moved from one sink to the other. Also found caterpillars in almost all of the beds which i understand that they are really plentiful at this point of the season.

Great place to stay, host is very responsive.

Super clean, easy access to both the beach and the bay. Plenty of sleeping areas and bathrooms for two families or more. Listing has a hot tub, but it is located in the community pool area miles away. The door lock was broken on arrival, but the host was super easy to contact to gain access to the property with a spare key. I would stay here again.

Pleasant Stay

The 3rd floor was perfect for our large family to spread out but still feel together. The beds were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the short walk to the beach.

Lovely property and beautiful walk to the beach .

This is a beautiful beach and a lovely walk to it. If you rent here , you will experience an incredibly non commercial Fla. One Piggly Wiggly on the island and a few great seafood restaurants are all you need when you have the day to play on the beach and swim in the heated pool (extra to heat) if you go off season. This home is perfect for large family gatherings or gatherings with friends. There is an elevator as bedrooms are on the second and third floors, with main living quarters on the third.

The PERFECT vacation

This was hands down the BEST famy vacation location and home. Perfect location that felt like paradise! The house was cozy and clean, with every thoughtful touch from soft sheets to extra beach towels by the door. We cannot wait to return!!!

Great spot for family

Loved this house. Great beach and bay access. The pool was a hit for the kids and adults alike. House is well laid out with king beds throughout. Bunk room worked out great for kids. Elevator was very helpful for my elderly mother. Will definitely visit again!

Amazing stay!

This house was perfect for what my family and I were looking for. We wanted a location close to the beach, a pool for the kids, and enough of a kitchen and bedrooms to house everyone. In the evening watching the sunset over the bay and fishing with the kids was an amazing memory we won’t forget! It was so perfect and we can’t thank the amazing host enough!

Beach to Bay stay

Our first time to St George and St George Plantation. The house was perfect for our family consisting of our three sons and their families. Loved the quiet and slower pace compared to Watercolor where we usually stay. Literally 3 1/2 minute walk to the beach and similar walk to the bay. We loved our stay and would come again.

Perfect for our Family!

We had a really great time with all of our family, the house was the perfect size for our group of 9. We all had our own space with plenty of room to spread out! Perfect Vacation Spot!

The Bay to Beach house was the perfect vacation spot for our family! The house was clean, and we loved that they provided beach towels and a few toiletries to get us through the first night! The house had more than enough room for our family to spread out, the kitchen was fully stocked for us to be able to cook, and the pool was an amazing place to relax! The bay and the beach were just a quick walk and easily manageable with a 2 year old and a baby. We are definitely booking again for next year!

Family get together

Very nice home. Elevator didn’t work when we arrived but was repaired within two days. Kids had a blast boogie boarding in the ocean. Would go back. Allison was very attentive to any issues.

Wonderful Week!

The property was exactly as described. The pool is great, and the elevator is a blessing for moving suitcases and groceries to the third-floor living area. We had two minor issues, but the host was super responsive and helpful. The paths to the beach and the bay were great, the island is lovely. All in all, a wonderful week for a family vacation!

Very enjoyable.

This home is beautiful. Absolutely the quietest vacation I have ever been on. Just a short walk to the beach. Literally a short walk to the pier on the bay. It is an awesome place to unwind. The pool is amazing. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be. Just make sure you stop and get groceries. It is a bit of a drive to get to the Piggly Wiggly

July 2024 Bay to Beach

Our extended family of 12 (adult children, grandkids and grandparents). All enjoyed this beautiful house and island. We all agreed that this was the best house and location that we had stayed in. The equal distance to the beach and bay was wonderful. We spent most evenings on the dock in the bay enjoying the different types of wildlife! We all had a wonderful time. Also the management company was wonderful to work with. We had a few issues and they quickly replied and fixed them. Thanks again!
