Great spot, can see the surface in the morning off the front deck. Perfect walking distance to the beach and easy acces to barrel number 86 for beach acces with a vehicle. House came with everything needed, dishware, kitchen supplies, everything. Oh do bring your own coffee grounds. Only downfall we found was that there wasnt an ice maker for the freezer so just bring a bag of ice and problem solved. Other than that the place was awesome. Will rent again in the future.

Cutest little beach house!

Perfect for a small family get away ! Front porch beach view, with a little entrance to the beach for golf carts or side by side really close !

Clean & Comfy Cabin

We had a great relaxing stay! The place felt like home and we were very comfy! Was very relaxing! Loved that we could see the water from the porch! We definitely will be back!

Crystal Beach

The house was nice but needed some appliance repair when we got there. The dishwasher didn’t work and the handle was off the freezer. I was disappointed with Crystal Beach. I didn’t realize that vehicles (pickup trucks, cars, ATVs, golf carts) were allowed to use the beach as a street. The exhaust fumes were overwhelming and loud music blaring from the vehicles. Just wasn’t the beach experience I had hoped for.

Downstairs deck perfect for cooking & entertaining and the upper deck for hanging out with family. This was probably our 4th time staying at Always Sunny and look forward to staying there in the future.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time, high marks for Cobb rental to making sure everything was clean and in order.It is probably something I overlooked but we did not realize until we totally unpacked that we needed to bring essentials like dish and bath soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Again, that was probably something we missed. Other than that, beautiful experience.

Views were also a great!! Cobb’s real estate made the process so easy and they were very reactive anytime I had a question (even prior to renting the cabin).

My wife and I, along with our adult daughters, their spouses, and our 15-month old grandchild recently rented Always Sunny for a week. There was plenty of room for hanging out and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfy couch and the tasteful decor which was beachy without being cliche or kitschy. It was a pleasure working with the professionals at Cobb Real Estate and we will definitely be booking this or another Cobb property in the future.

We love the open family area and kitchen. The porch is a great place to hang out, play with the grandbabies, and enjoy the view. We are already looking forward to next year!

Great location and affordable!

We loved the location of the house to the beach/store. Its close enough to beach to see the ocean and still affordable. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed or stay for our daughters 18th birthday celebration!

We loved our stay here! Everything was super easy from booking to checking out. We will definitely return to this beach house again! It was super clean and just big enough for the 7 adults and 3 older kids and 1 infant to stay!

The kitchen was fantastic! Lots of space and fully equipped. Nice bedrooms. The laundry room was a nice surprise. The large porch was great! The house location was perfect. We walked to the beach. And it's close to the big store. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year!
