Beautiful 2 story home with private pool in the gated community of Highgate Park. There is a big formal living room and dining room. The large and very bright kitchen has a huge eat in space, and island and lots of counter space. The breakfast bar divides the kitchen and family room, which has slider doors to the pool area. No rear neighbors close to the patio/pool area. The pool is South facing! There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which have an ensuite bathroom. The 2 other rooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the master bathroom has a tub, dual vanity and a large walk-in shower. The utility room is upstairs and washer and dryer convey with the property! Take a look at this lovely home located approx 15 minutes from Disney and very close to the I-4. Approximately 1 hour to both coasts

It was okay

The home was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. My kids enjoyed themselves in the pool and the games in the garage. For a stay in April I recommend heating the pool, even with the sun out it didn’t warm up, we figured the screen kind of prevented that from happening which could be a good thing in the summer heat I suppose. The home could use a deep cleaning, there was a quite a bit of visible dust on window seal that was visible from the stair, the home had an odor that indicated everything was off until a few hrs before we arrived, the carpet needs cleaning, a glass on the table in the living room.was missing, someone spray painted on the garage wall and it needs to be painted over. The pool guy came while my kids were out and we didn’t know he was coming the kids said someone’s by the pool, he let himself in at the back and didn’t even come to the front door to let us know he was there then when he left he left the leaves and things on side the pool we had to catch him before leaving and ask if there was anything we needed to know and he said don’t go in for an hr another thing that he didn’t bother to tell us. I called the number provided to ask about it/complain and was simply told that they had scheduled maintenance but I said we should’ve been notified and it didn’t seem understood.

DO NOT STAY HERE

House was absolutely filthy. Carpets were disgusting. Black in areas with stains/spills all over that were never cleaned up. Thick layer of dust on the ledge in foyer. White trim is black in some areas throughout the entire house. Didn’t feel comfortable sitting on couches. Never used the hand railing going down the stairs d/t being so dirty. Had to constantly dodge huge stains all over the carpet. Couldn’t go barefoot, had to wear shoes the entire time. Had to wash the door knobs on the master bedroom closet due to them literally being black. Walls, staircase, trim had liquid stains all over them. The whole house needs a deep clean. We also had an issue with the pool heat. This was a last minute rental and upon booking (Tue pm) I sent a message asking about pool heat as the listing doesn’t say anything about charging for pool heat. In fact, it states that there is a “heated pool” which lead us to believe that there wasn’t any extra charge for heat. We were specifically wanting a house with a pool so this was a big deal for us. They didn’t respond to our message until a day and a half later, which was the day we were checking in. Response was that there was a charge/day for pool heat with a 5 night min. We were there for only 3 nights. Had that been in the listing ahead of time we would’ve moved onto other options as I stated before we REALLY wanted a pool and would’ve paid for 3 days worth of heat, had we known.

Nice Place

Very good development, clean, safe and secure. Pool was great, house was clean and comfortable. Could use more items in the kitchen, no sheets/pans to heat up food in the oven. No Jug to make lemonade, so bought one and left it there for the next guest. Needed to go and get sponge/dish soap etc. Have stayed several times in Orlando, always seems to have something to clean dishes with before. Coffee maker was tiny! ps. No phone to make toll free/local calls. However, would stay again.

Great stay

It was wonderful. Only issue is that we did not have any outside garbage cans to use during the week and had to keep our garbage in the garage but it started to smell.
