Upstairs is the shared living area of the home as well as a fully accessible handi-capped bedroom and bathroom. The dock is the perfect location to launch your kayak or canoe and explore the beauty of the Apalachicola Bay and surrounding coves. 2 kayaks are available at the property for your use and enjoyment. Please note, due to marsh land a boat cannot access the dock.
The beach is a leisurely 7 minute stroll along the residential roads of the St. George Plantation.
