A three bedroom Villa apartment situated only a 5 minute walk to Mellieha main street where you can find restaurants, coffee shops and also a 20 minutes to the beach (only 5 mins with the car) . The owners live on the top floor but the pool and BBQ are is only for used by the guests so its a private pool.

Jo and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The villa was clean and comfortable with an amazing pool. The pool/patio area had shade in the afternoon. Well stocked supermarket in walking distance, and frequent and cheap buses to all parts of the island from nearby. Some excellent restaurants in the vicinity. We especially enjoyed eating at Mithra at the top of the road.

This place was amazing, the owners were lovely and it was extremely clean, the views alone were worth the stay. The property is large however you have the end bit which is more than enough space for 6 people if required, you have the pool to yourself as well which is a missive plus. The owners put a bottle of water in the fridge some bread, butter, ham and cheese with tea and coffee on the side, this was such a nice gesture and was so needed as we could then just relax rather than trying to find the nearest shop, although the Spar is literally down the road. The only thing that wasn’t stated was that you pay extra for the air conditioning, the owner has 10 cards which she puts on the metre you pay this upfront with her by cash, however if you havnt spent the euros by the time you leave you get the money back, also remember there’s a tourist tax now in Malta it’s 1.50 per person per night kids are exempt We would 100% stay here again

We struggled to het booked in this place and once there we could aee why it is so popular. Beautiful villa and spotless pool area. The view across to the bay is stunning. The owners were so friendly and helpful. We couldnt have asked for more. Thank you

What a view!!!

This is a lovely property, within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, transportation, etc. The hosts are wonderful people and are very accommodating. The view from the patio is stunning!! We look forward to visiting this property again.

Fabulous villa and pool

The villa was much bigger than expected. The pool and views are the best we have experienced. The owners are lovely people and although they live upstairs they are not there often and it doesn't feel like you are sharing a property. The whole holiday was great.

Lovely area and pool with a view is fantastic

To be honest its the pool that sells this property. Great for all kids and adults ( water was little cold for late October) but fantastic views and good location - short walk from all the restaurants and shops. Rooms are big, and as expected from the photos. Main bathroom was nice with a decent shower! Check in and out was easy and the owners were helpful and pleasant. Property was clean and overall a smooth and easy stay

Amazing private pool

Property is exactly as pictured, in a quiet street with beautiful views from the terrace. We spent a lot of time around the brilliant pool area. Our toddlers especially loved splashing around in the shallow children’s part, and picking grapes and lemons from the surrounding trees. We met the owners who were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Everything you can possibly need. There are no negatives to this villa. The owners are very friendly and available if required. The professional host arranged for a taxi from the airport with Steve. All good. Recommended and hopefully we'll return soon.

Grandparents...

As grandparents we wanted to spend time with our grandchildren in a safe environment and this was perfect. Our grandchildren are 18 months and 6yrs so the child's pool was vital and a complete success. There were keys to all the gates so security to ensure the children didn't get into trouble was no issue.The villa itself is spacious, well equipped, well maintained and super clean ( I've stayed in a number of villas so know the difference) above all Josie and her husband (owners) were lovely, so genuine, great with the children and helpful to the end absolutely no hesitation in recommending this villa.Be aware the pool area is overlooked by other properties so not completely private but for grandparents wanting to spend some quality time with their family spot on.

Extremely clean and owners were very welcoming

This apartment was extremely clean inside and out, the setting was beautiful with a lovely view over the bay. The owners were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They cleaned and maintained the outside pool area throughout our holiday without imposing on our privacy. The apartment was very spacious and homely, the children couldn't get enough of the pool and we were more than happy to relax on the sunbeds whilst they did. The area was lovely, lots of hills and steps but that just means beautiful views. The bus service was very reliable, they were frequent and went all over the island. Lots of shops and restaurants locally and the beach was within easy walking distance (downhill and near enough for 3 year old legs but we all welcomed the short bus journey back). I would highly recommend this villa and area for any familiy or couple looking to explore Malta. Thank you Josephene and Joe for a memorable holiday.

Rustig en mooi uitzicht

Het appartement is ruim, net en met een mooi terras en zwembad. Fijn om buiten te eten. Het is gelegen in een rustige buurt op ca 10 min wandelen van het centrum met winkels en restaurants. Wij genoten vooral van de rust en het mooie uitzicht. De inrichting vonden we wel heel basic: bed- en bedlinnen verouderd, geen strandlakens. De keukeninrichting is beperkt en verouderd: geen koffieapparaat, geen vaatwasser,geen waterkoker, geen dienblad om buiten te dekken…Als we airco wilden gebruiken moesten we bijbetalen. Gezien de eigenaar niet aanwezig was tijdens ons verblijf, had een duidelijke handleiding met werking van warm water en wasmachine wel nuttig geweest.

Lovely view

We had a lovely stay in this location. It is worth noting that the owners live upstairs and have a balcony that looks over the pool. While they were incredibly friendly and helpful, when they had their own guests over there was little privacy at the pool and made us feel very self conscious when we wanted to sit out in the sun. We struggled with enough hot water before working out how to turn it on and caused some concern when we inadvertently left lights on because we didn't know they were controlled in our apartment. A detailed introduction would have been more help. The gas oven needs attention- the auto ignition isn't working which we knew, but the seal is coming away on the inside which made me anxious to use it.

Relax and enjoy the view!

This villa exceeded what we were expecting. Beautiful views, peaceful location and still near to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Bus stop at top of road to all areas, however taxis very reliable. The owners were very helpful. Spent most of the time in the pool in the day and bbq at night. You will not regret booking here, and we would love to return again one day.

Thoroughly recommended!

We would definitely stay here again, the villa was exceptionally clean and had everything you needed for a relaxing holiday in Malta, close to shops and bars. There is now a new local supermarket which was amazing, providing everything; the delicatessen, fresh meats and cakes are a must. The owners of the villa couldn’t have been more helpful to us, particularly looking after us when my husband sustained a serious injury during our stay, not in the villa, I hasten to add. They gave us our privacy at all times but were on call whenever needed. No complaints from us and we would love to return. The Ambler family x 4
