Waterfront family home on a private road in the prestigious Target View Beach Association with beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay. The first floor consists of an eat-in fully equipped kitchen and family room with breathtaking sunset views, full bathroom, and two bedrooms - one with 2 twin beds the other with a new queen,. Second floor has full bathroom and 2 large bedrooms - 1 with 2 twin beds and master bedroom with king bed and access to new upper deck. Upper deck sits atop a screened-in porch with living/dining areas, with access from family room. Large front deck completes your choice of viewing the beautiful beach, sand bars and stunning sunsets. House is equipped for a wonderful family vacation with amenities including: Weber grill, flat screen TV, cable/internet, games/books/videos, 3 bikes, 2-person kayak, paddle board, beach chairs and toys, washer/dryer, outdoor shower. Construction of screened-in porch/upper deck, front deck and enclosed outdoor shower completed in the Spring of 2016.
Eastham is home to one of the oldest working windmills on the East Coast, and to the National Seashore Visitor Center with bike trails and walking trails that end at the ocean at Coast Guard Beach. This is a home that enables you to experience the "real" Cape Cod and create memories that will last a lifetime.

A very special family vacation

One of, if not the best, cape cod experiences in 34 years. House was set beautifully above the bay with a ground level deck perfect for our 4 year old and 2 year old grand children. Very easy walk to private beach along a path from the house. Social distancing was not even a remote concern Bedrooms and common areas were spacious. Outdoor shower facilitated a relaxed wind-down from a day on the beach. Screened in room was a bonus for family meals and viewing sunsets. Hoping we are fortunate enough to be there together again .

You can’t beat the location! We grew up coming to this beach, so it is so nice to be able to bring our kids back!

Bay retreat

We love this home! The location is perfect for leaving your cares behind. The Grandchildren want to come back every year. The owner makes things easy for you. Highly recommended!

Our favorite place!

This is the fourth year renting this house and it is our favorite place ever!! The location is absolutely perfect. My kids look forward to our Cape vacation all year long. It is a magical time and place. Our cape vacations have been a healing place from cancer and divorce. It has strengthened friendships and created life long memories. We love you 65 Bay View!!!

Perfection

We had a beautiful week at this perfect Cape house in the best location in Eastham. It was magical for our kids to be able to get to and from the bay, which is the 'front yard', in a matter of seconds. And the upper and lower decks are absolutely wonderful. We truly had everything we needed! Highly recommend.

Great stay

What a beautiful location, peaceful and relaxing. The beach is great for young kids-tide goes out about a mile and when it comes in there is ample beach space. Soft sand, great shells and sand crabs and snails to see. We even saw giant crabs and a giant horseshoe crabs while paddle boarding. The house is clean and has everything you could need! And the above deck is simply magnificent for watching the sunset at night.

Perfect house for a multi-generational family vacation

This house is great! Beautiful views, and comfortable setting. One of our parents cannot do stairs so the first floor layout was perfect for him. Our three year old son (and all of us) loved the bay - at high tide or low tide. Kettle ponds are nearby and the ocean is a short drive. 10 minites to pretty much everything you might need. Our favorite part about this house is that it is comfortable and you can really relax.

Lovely Location

We had a wonderful vacation on the bay. The location was perfect for relaxing, beach-combing, and beach sports. The bay side is perfect for children--exploration when the tide is out and wave action when it is in. It couldn't have been more relaxing. The sunsets were magnificent!

Spectacular views of the Bay! Our best vacation ever!

5 stars!! So sad to leave!! We couldn't ask for more from this Bay View Drive home for our family vacation! Dennis/ the owner was so accommodating and offered anything you could want from a vacation home! Kayaking, paddle boarding, Biking, beach chairs, beach games, and more! This 4 bedroom 2 bath home was so comfortable and perfect for our family to relax and get a way from it all ! We loved the new screened porch, perfect for playing cards at night and enjoying family meals w a large dining table, w no bugs allowed! Over the screened porch is a fabulous new deck outside the master bedroom. Gorgeous views from this private spot! A huge deck In the front of the home allows you to enjoy more outdoor living space, with lots of great furniture to relax in and take in the outstanding views! Small path from the deck leads you to the steps bringing you down to the soft sandy private beach. So easy to get to the beach and enjoy your day! Sunsets are spectacular!! Just Magnificent! The large outdoor shower was pure Heaven! Such a treat! Eastham is a wonderful town. Great shops and restaurants. Minutes away, We stopped at wellfleet flea market and the wonderful old time drive in. We went to the beautiful Coast guard Beach! Enjoyed a cape cod league baseball game in Orleans. So much to do!! But Our favorite time was enjoying 65 Bay view Drive and all it had to offer. We can't wait to go back!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! It was our best vacation ever! Cheers! Wonderful home in a beautiful area
