Adventure is steps away—tide-pooling, dolphin spotting, beach walks, or coastal exploration—then return to your cozy deck or hot tub to unwind. Kitchen – Well-appointed with everything you need to make delicious meals! Sliding doors open to the deck with epic ocean views. Coffee lovers rejoice: choose from a traditional drip coffee maker, French press, or Nespresso machine.

Dining Area – Large table with stunning ocean views, perfect for shared meals and lively game nights.

Living Room – Spacious and comfortable with plush couches, large Smart TV with DirecTV, Blu-Ray player, and streaming capabilities. A wall of west-facing windows frames breathtaking ocean vistas.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 – Comfy Queen bed with ocean views and sliding doors to the deck. Drift off to sleep with the sound of the waves.
Bedroom 2 – Cozy Queen bed with ocean views. Open the windows and enjoy the soothing sound of the surf. Nature’s lullaby!

- Driveway is slightly inclined - good for 2 cars
- NO Pets
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home, outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only
- Our Neighbors are Year-round residents - Please turn off ALL outside lights at night - HOA Ordinance.
- Exterior facing camera monitoring ocean conditions mounted in living room corner - camera does not observe any renter areas
- Please be conscientious of your water usage
