Private Lower-Level Suite — Queen Bed — Separate suite with its own exterior entrance, sitting area, TV and private full bathroom — ideal for guests who appreciate additional privacy.
Bathrooms — Two full bathrooms serve the property. The main house has a full hallway bathroom, while the lower-level guest suite has its own private full bathroom.
Important: The lower-level suite is accessed via exterior stairs and is not internally connected to the main living spaces.

The yard is not enclosed

• Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)
• Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
• There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
