All 3 bedrooms have queen beds, master suite with sliding doors to deck has private bath. Restoration Hardware vanities in both custom designed bathrooms are accented by marble and subway tile walls. Sliding doors from kitchen open to deck/patio area and overlooks solar heated saline pool encased by custom imported blue stone. Lounge chairs with multiple umbrellas set the tone for a very relaxed atmosphere. Around the pool, you have gas BBQ grill, lush green lawn, palm & fruit trees. Washer/dryer in garage, parking for multiple cars in driveway. The expansive and vast vineyard can also be appreciated from the outdoor seating area near neighboring vineyard, bocce court, hammock and outdoor picnic table. Huge separate barn is a great place to cool down and features ping pong table, arcade game, pool toys. 4 cruiser bikes available.

Close to town where you can enjoy Boon Eat & Drink, El Barrio, River Inn Grill, local taco truck, ice cream, wine and cocktails! Short distance to Upper and Lower Russian River beaches, Monte Rio, Armstrong Woods, Goat Rock Beach, Jenner, and numerous award-winning wineries on Westside Road leading to Healdsburg.
