Turquoise Place rentals are Orange Beach, Alabama's most luxurious beachfront condos with accommodations like no other! The private gas grills on each individual balcony truly set Turquoise Place apart from all other properties! Turquoise Place 404D is a beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and over 2400 square feet. This condo was the model unit and is located on the amenity level. Being located on the same level as the Lazy River, indoor pool, and Gym provides the convenience of not having to use the elevators to access certain amenities. There is a King size bed in each bedroom and a Twin fold out that can be placed in any of the rooms, providing a sleeping capacity of 6 to 8. At Turquoise Place, you have full access to all amenities, including an outdoor Lazy River, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools, 2 Huge indoor pools/hot tubs with spacious steam rooms and dry saunas, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. If you want to stay on the beach in the lap of luxury, this is it!

* To avoid the daily interruption and hassle of a third party cleaning the hot tubs, this owner decided to remove the hot tub so there is not one on the balcony.

Fall Fling

Super nice condo located in Turquoise Place. Would recommend that you reserve for a stay. Very pleased. My only issue is that the hot tub on the balcony was not is use and that could have been disclosed as it was drained. Other than that I have no issues with this property.

Spacious and Convenient

This was my first visit to the Turquoise and we loved it. We had a toddler with us, so we really enjoyed staying on the 4th floor which was convenient to the lazy river and indoor pool. The condo was spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. I could tell that the condo used to be a model unit as it was lavishly decorated. My only suggestion would be that some of the furnishings were a little worn and could use some updating. My children said the beds in the guest bedroom weren’t too comfortable but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit and plan to visit again!

Renter beware

Unit 404D was a horrible unit. Every piece of furniture was stained. The carpet was dirty and the master bedroom box spring was broken. We had to sleep in one of the smaller bedrooms. Actually I slept in my clothes because I was afraid of gettin something. How could this unit rate 4.8 on VRBO? This was a horrible misrepresentation by VRBO.

Spring Break 2023 at Turquoise Place

Our Spring Break is one for the books! Our condo was beautiful and so spacious! We were extremely disappointed that all the hot tubs were closed, but yet we weren't offered even a small refund. We loved being on the 4th floor and so close to the pool and playground, however, we heard EVERY SINGLE time weights were dropped in the weight room. The weight room needs to have specific hours and be closed during the night. Overall, we were extremely happy....these were just a couple things worth mentioning!

Initial reaction was very positive. However further examination furniture was wore with torn piping seat cushions to uncomfortable due to age.. Mold was present in both showers and on the deck. Important as on of the guests had mold Allegeries.. On Feb 13 Workers started with a very loud demolition process on a nearby unit that lasted nearly 2 days. Overall impression We liked the location very well. View is great, proximity to the beach and other amenities was very good. Management was cooperative trying to resolve shortcomings.

All for mom -

My husband, brother, SIl, and myself - took my 82 yr old mom to the beach, not only to get away from the everyday but to be able to visit with special friends she has in the Orange Beach/Cotton Bayou area. The location was perfect. The spacious area worked out nicely since she uses a walker. But, the bathrooms are just not really designed for someone with mobility issues. We made it work, but it was a struggle. That's her needs, though, not a problem of the property. The hot tub on the balcony was heaven after long days of catering to mom. Being on the amenities floor and so close to the lazy river was nice. The sounds coming from weights being dropped in the gym right next door didn't really cause a problem, and under normal circumstances and warmer weather we'd primarily be out at the beach anyway. The master quite was just vast and the large closet to just tuck everything out of the way was an added touch! The shower was amazing with perfect water pressure! The reason I didn't give the communication with the owner/management a 5 star is due to issues we had on Sat. night with the power going out around midnight. We checked, and there were other units with power, and there was power in the hallway, so we didn't know what was going on. We called the only number we had, couldn't find a number anywhere to the security station,, but all we could do was leave a message. We didn't hear back from anyone until the next morning. Luckily my husband and brother ran across a cpl of maintenance guys in the hallway. They explained that it was "routine scheduled maintenance" and shouldn't be out too much longer. They also said someone was supposed to have notified us. We were definitely not notified. Why in the world any kind of maintenance would be scheduled in the middle of the night during a guest's stay, is pretty inexplicable to me. My mother sleeps with a c-pap machine so this was a problem. Thankfully it was out for just a cpl hours. The views were amazing and mornings out on the spacious balcony delightful. The kitchen is generously equipped with a great layout, but cabinets a little too high for me. It was a lovely trip for my mom and that was the primary goal. We booked kind of last minute due to not knowing if her health would allow us to make the trip, so we are so thankful it worked out.

Great views and access to the beach

Stunning views and quick access to white, sandy beaches. A very spacious condo with plenty of rooms and amenities. The bathrooms connected to each bedroom are so helpful. The ice maker in the bar area is a very nice touch. The balcony is also a large space that made grilling and eating dinners out there so much fun! The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The location next to the gym on the fourth floor is less than ideal. On most days people were dropping weights very early in the morning. Even with a sound machine on it was still pretty annoying. The condo itself could use some minor updates as you can clearly see some wear over the years; stains, cabinets peeling etc. Overall the family enjoyed the condo, the space and access made for a relaxing week.

Beautiful!

Easy check in process and condo was beautiful! Ocean views and hot tub on balcony was perfect. Kitchen stocked well (but hated the steel pans cuz everything sticks when cooking suggest getting new pans with no stick bottoms) other than that five stars and will return! Very nice resort and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Taste of Paradise

The entire place is amazing. The weather was a bit cold in January, however the south facing deck provides heat from the sun and protection from the wind. So even when it's 40-50 degrees out the sun feels like 60-70. The only negative thing I would have to say about it was the buildings plumbing wasn't the greatest.

Everyone was very nice & helpful We went in December it was warm beautiful weather, wish we would of been told the lazy river & tiki bar was not open, no beach service!! Condo decor was beautiful and very comfortable! Enjoy the grill & jacuzzi on the balcony so convenient!

Beautiful stay in Orange Beach

We have been to Turquoise Place before so we were excited to return. The condo has everything you need for cooking and it was very comfortable for two couples and 3 young children. Our only complaint was that it sits right next to the gym and there were people working out very loudly (dropping weights maybe?) on Sunday morning. It woke us up before our kids could, which is annoying. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay!
