This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath Turquoise Place condo is tastefully decorated with convenience, comfort, and relaxation in mind. The unit features a gourmet kitchen and each bedroom features its own private bath, with over 2,300 square feet of living space, you have plenty of room to relax. This unit features an extra large family room for large gatherings with extra seating for guest.

The master bedroom features a king sized bed with its own private bath with large shower and extra large jetted jacuzzi tub. The guest room features a king bed with private bath and large shower. The third bedroom features two queen beds and private bath with jetted bathtub. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. All rooms have large flat screen tvs and dvd players.

This unit is located on the 4th floor, on the same level as most of the amenities. It is in close proximity to the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and workout room. The complex also has a lazy river, sun deck, outdoor play area, and multiple saltwater pools to enjoy.

All on site amenities (including pools, hot tubs, balcony hot tubs, and the lazy river) are controlled and managed by the Turquoise Place HOA. White Shores Realty cannot guarantee the availability of any amenity during your reservation. The complex has four levels of parking with one reserved space for each unit. Additional parking is located in the upper levels of the parking structure. Wireless internet is complementary with your stay.

* This nonsmoking unit will sleep 10, allows 2 cars in the covered parking garage.

*No pets and no exceptions!

* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25. Strictly enforced with no refunds for those who are under 25 years old or 25 year old must be staying in unit and on reservation. The person making the reservation must stay on property for the duration of the reservation. Identification will be checked and no keys will be released to anyone under the age of 25 years old.

* Prohibited vehicles- No buses, rvs, trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. This includes in all of our overflow lots.

* Parking- After the two parking spaces that come with each unit, additional vehicles can be parked using the following options: overflow garage- $30 per night, or at the Island Church on Canal Road (approximately 3 miles from property) at no charge. Parking passes for the overflow lot must be obtained from the Key Desk upon arrival (no advance parking reservations).

* Noise and damages- There is a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints or damages on property. Quiet time is 10:00 pm.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding.

Public Notice:
Water Slide and Splash pad will close for the season Saturday, November 2nd. They will reopen March 1st.
The lazy river stops being heated as of Saturday, November 2nd. Only the indoor pools in each tower are heated through the off season. Turquoise Place will resume heating the lazy river on March 1st.
Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional
