This Listing is for a condominium named "UNIT #701W SPLASH," which is a 7th floor, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, oceanfront, CORNER (END) UNIT at the Splash Resort in Laguna Beach / Panama City Beach, Florida.

This condo has ALL STAINLESS STEEL kitchen appliances, including a 28-cubic foot, stainless steel, Samsung French-door refrigerator with both water and ice dispensers, and TWO ice makers, a stainless steel Samsung oven and range, a stainless steel Samsung "over-the-range" microwave oven, and a stainless steel Samsung dishwasher.
Unit #701W also has a high-end, titanium, SmartBoost, Energy Star, Electrolux 4.5 cu ft. stacked clothing washer and 8.0 cu ft stacked electric dryer laundry tower.
EACH of the three bedrooms in Unit #701W has its OWN balcony (i.e., there are THREE separate balconies in this condo).

Decorative crown molding has been added to Unit #701W, both above the cabinets in the kitchen, and around all of the windows in the family room and dining room, providing a beautiful decorative touch that is typically not present in Splash Resort condos.
Because this condo is on the 7th FLOOR of the Splash Resort, A USE OF ELEVATORS CAN BE AVOIDED by guests, if desired, to access both the condo and the sky walk.
This condominium includes high-quality TILE THROUGHOUT most of it, and PURGO flooring in the lock-out room, all of which is typically far more sanitary, allergen free, durable, and easy to keep clean, and stain free, in comparison with carpeting. There is no carpeting in the condo.
The condominium is beautifully decorated with very high quality furnishings, art work, lighting and accessories, including granite counter tops throughout, several Quoizel lamps, and a new air conditioner. The condominium has cable TV and Internet, a garbage disposal, a coffee pot, a large, full kitchen with all amenities and high-quality utensils, dishware, cookware and bake ware, a full size washer and dryer, air conditioning and electric heat. Towels and linens are provided.
The owners have hired their own private cleaners to clean this condo, and ensure that the cleaners have plenty of time to clean the condo properly between each sets of guests.
For fire safety, this condo has a 5-pound 5BC multipurpose fire extinguisher professionally installed under the kitchen sink that is annually maintained by Advanced Fire Protection Services, Inc.
Very beneficially for guests, the Splash Resort has the following NUMEROUS AMENITIES, which provide lots of fun, and convenience, for guests of all ages, and for the entire family:
(1) Being adjacent with the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico;
(2) Having a large, covered, pool (heated during the off season) with a large, covered, Jacuzzi;
(3) Having a large sunbathing pool (heated during the off season) with beach benches;
(4) Having a lazy river (heated during the off season);
(5) Having an interactive children's water park with Aqua Play Pools including water slides and spray toys;
(6) Having a pool-side Riptide Bar and Grill (seasonal);

(8) Having a state-of-the art fitness facility facing the beach and ocean (with beautiful views of the beach and ocean) that includes weights, dumbbells, treadmills and bikes;
(9) Having a professional beach service with two professional beach chairs and one professional umbrella (free for this condo);
(10) Having a coffee, ice cream and doughnut shop;
(11) Having a covered parking garage connected to a Sky Bridge including beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico;
(12) Having a sky-walk entry to the main resort buildings;
(13) Being attached to an Alvin's Island beach store having numerous beach items and apparel for sale;
(14) Having high-speed Internet (free); and
(15) Having cable television (free).
A NEW ARMOIRE was installed in this condo directly across from the kitchen.
To book this condo, two adults (25 years of age or older) who would be present at the condo throughout the duration of any rental period would need to execute a standard rental agreement that is employed for all rentals of this condo, and provide copies of their drivers licenses to the owners.
No smoking is permitted in, at or around this condo, and the Splash Resort has strict mandates regarding smoking at the complex.
Snowbirds are welcome, but only by the full month (all of January, all of February, or all of January and February).

Our check-out procedures allow all guests to leave up to 8 dirty towels for our cleaning company to clean. Guests who would like to leave more dirty towels than 8 are welcome to pay an additional cleaning fee to do so. The cleaning fee that our cleaning company charges includes cleaning up to 8 dirty towels (as well as all dirty linens off of 2 king beds, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds, and fully cleaning the large 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, property). We have had the same cleaning company for 4 years to date, and it is very good. Finding good cleaning companies in Panama City Beach can be extremely challenging, as many of them are very bad, so we try to keep our cleaning company satisfied in ways that are reasonable to our guests. This condominium also has a very good dishwasher.

The Condo was very clean and beautiful! Everything was very well stocked and had even more than my previous condos I have stayed at! Plenty of dishes and pans! There were beach towels, chairs and even equipment for the beach such as buckets, shovels, boogie boats, ect. The host answered any questions quickly and let me know where supplies were such as batteries, ect. Would recommend 100% and plan on returning myself again with my family, thank you for a wonderful stay!

The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed, plus more. The owners thought of everything, from extra supplies to kids' plates for our little ones. The views from the balconies were stunning, and the artwork was beautiful. I highly recommend staying in this condo and look forward to trying out other condos from the same owners.

Condo was spacious and had plenty of seating both in the living room and on the balcony for my large family. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully furnished with high quality cookware. The owner responded quickly to any questions I had. This unit is beautifully decorated with some gorgeous art pieces but not a lot of knick-knacks that have to be put away from little hands. Highly recommend staying here.

There were 9 of us, plenty of room for all. Check in process easy, condo was very clean. Only issue was the elevator, sometimes the wait is quite awhile but other than that everything was excellent

Thank you for your nice review, which we appreciate. As the owners of this condominium, we have no control over the elevators at the large Splash Resort, which are controlled and maintained by the resort management. Sometimes waiting for an elevator is a common issue at all of the high-rise condominium complexes in Panama City Beach. We also own 2 other similarly-sized condominiums 1/2 mile down Front Beach Road to the west that are in a "low-rise" complex (with only first floor and second floor condominiums, and no elevators), which are very desirable, but more expensive to book.

Perfect location
The rooms were spacious and each bedroom had ocean views. The multiple pool areas and splash pads were great for the children.

This Best Place We Have Ever Stayed in Panama City Beach
We were very impressed with this Condo. It very nice and was very clean. WE really enjoyed having the water park right there for the children. The parking garage connected to the condo was very helpful and very secure for safety. We loved our stay and will return soon.

We loved this condo so much. Just as pictured even better in person. My family loved everything about our stay here. We can’t wait to go back. The owners were very easy to talk to and if you needed anything they made sure you had it.

There is a large empty decorative cabinet right across from the kitchen where a lot of non-perishable food items can be stored. We do not know if this guest looked in that cabinet. There are also several closets in this very large condo. The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, corner units at the Splash Resort have magnificent ocean views (far better than in non-corner units), but the kitchens in these units, generally, do not have that many cabinets. This is why we added a large empty decorative cabinet right across from the kitchen.

Great Stay
We loved our condo and all the amenities that came with it. The 7th floor felt safe and not too high. We loved all the private balconies that everyone could enjoy. Communication was great. The comfort of the beds were nice. We loved the location!

Great place for a family.
The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed. The beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and water tubes were a plus. We did a lot of cooking while we were there and had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. This condo has been taken care of very well by the owners. The communication was fabulous.

FAMILY VACA
This condo worked out for my family and I. Very clean and roomy so everyone had their own space. It comes with a beautiful view of the ocean and perfect balcony sitting to watch the sunset. Would definitely recommend this place. Also, working with the Host was very convenient she answered to all my questions/concerns I had in a very timely manner.

Wonderful stay
We cannot rave enough about this property. We had a wonderful time and the condo was beautiful and exactly as described. Our view was amazing! The only complaint we had at all was that the building needs more elevators because the elevator wait time was sometimes long. Great place for families with children! The multiple pools and splash pads had something for every age group.

This condo is privately owned, and managed, by an intellectual property attorney and an electrical engineer who live in Johns Creek, Georgia, both graduated from Purdue University (West Lafayette, IN), and have four children, three graduated from Georgia Tech (Atlanta, GA), and one a 5th year industrial engineering student at Georgia Tech.
The attorney graduated from Marquette University Law School (Milwaukee, WI), and has been employed by Locke Lord LLP for 16 years. Prior to that, she worked for Abbott Laboratories (Waukegan, IL), G.D. Searle & Co. (Skokie, IL), and the law firm Fitch, Even, Tabin & Flannery (Chicago, IL).
The engineer is employed by Gates Corporation (headquartered in Denver, CO).
One of their children is an industrial engineer employed by the Chick-fil-A corporate headquarters (Atlanta, GA). Another child is a quality control supervisor for Tyco International (Lithia Springs, GA). A third child is a logistics specialist for Altria (Richmond, VA).
The owners, and their children, have attended North Point Community Church (Alpharetta, GA), led by senior pastor Andy Stanley, for about 12 years. Roberta and one of their daughters are members of the Guest Services team, and Roberta is a member of the Critical Response team.
The owners manage this property themselves and provide very personal service directly between the owners and their guests. They try to be available for all of their guests at all times, and keep all of their three 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, condos in Panama City Beach, Florida (one at the SPLASH Resort and two at Bonita Beach) in a top condition.

This condo is an END (CORNER) UNIT, which has MORE FLOOR-TO-CEILING WINDOWS, and MORE VIEWS OF THE OCEAN AND BEACH, in comparison with similar-sized condos that are not end units.
Because this condo is ON THE 7th FLOOR (only 4 floors above the 3rd-floor sky walk), it is possible to get to this condo, and to the parking garage, without using any elevators.
This condo has HIGH-QUALITY TILE THROUGHOUT MOST OF THE CONDO, as can be seen in most of the photos.
The owners employ their OWN PRIVATE CLEANERS to clean this condo, who are properly trained, and have a sufficient time to properly clean the condo (as they do for their other two condos in Panama City Beach).
The owners OPERATE AND MANAGE THIS CONDO THEMSELVES without the use of any rental managers. Guests will know which of the SPLASH Resort condos, which differ, that they are staying in before they arrive, and can view the contents of the particular condo on line (VRBO and Home Away). Further, the owners keep this condo properly maintained, and in a top condition, so as to avoid any inconvenience to guests as much as is possible.
