Beautiful little house at the foot of the mountain, with unbeatable panoramic views. The villa belongs to Moscari, a charming little village in the interior of the island.

The house is located on a large totally private plot of 21,000 m2. Upon entering the farm you can breathe tranquility and feel a great contact with nature.

The house is small but well distributed. There are 75 m2 distributed in large living-dining room, with satellite TV and Wifi; fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms with large windows and fantastic views and two full bathrooms, one of them en-suite.

There are 3 air conditioners, one in each bedroom and one in the living -dining room. There's also a safe.

But surely the strong point is the outside area. There's a fantastic porch with wide open views of the mountains of the Tramuntana mountains. The "infinity" pool measures 8 per 5 meters and is surrounded by a large lawn. There are fruit trees.

At about 80 meters from the house and the garden, the owner has some animals: sheep, rabbits, a turkey and some chickens. Our smallest guests love to accompany the owner to feed them.

Moscari, is a small town of no more than 400 inhabitants. It is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, between Selva and Campanet. The "Moscariencs", as those who live there are called, are simple and hospitable people. The beauty of its surroundings offers countless plans, excursions and walks.

This house is ideal to enjoy the summer of Mallorca, but also to know its less warm season, to discover the richness of its mountain, both on foot and by bicycle. ET / 2789

Fantastic hideaway

This villa is isolated so it's quiet but not so much that there isn't enough to do locally. It's well contacted, 10 minutes by car to anything you need. The owner is wonderful, helpful and funny! We had an amazing time here.

This is the third time we have been here

This is the third time we have been here. Beautiful, peaceful location which is amazing. The owner Pepe comes to feed the chickens and turkeys and is a wonderful person whom we have grown to love very much. Especially our 9 year old!

Private house in a stunningly beautiful location

Private house in a stunningly beautiful location. The house itself was spacious and comfortable. We checked in late at night and appreciated that the stove had been lit as it was cold. Lovely bowl of fruit. Bed was comfortable and there was lots of spare bedding. Enjoyed spending time relaxing between the three outdoor areas - the outside space is what sets this home apart. Pepe came to visit and ensure all was well. He is one of life’s genuinely good people and a character.

Amazing finca! The views are spectacular and the surroundings are quiet. The garden is larger than expected. The inside of the cottage is also very nice and we were welcomed with fresh flowers and plants.

We definitely would return!

What an incredible find tucked away between little Binibona and Moscari. We loved walking to one of the nearby towns daily and enjoying one of the three lounge areas during the day. The sunsets over the mountains were incredible. Very quick and flexible host responses. We definitely would return!

We had a great time at Pepes Finca

We had a great time at Pepes Finca. The house is really wonderfully located, away from the hustle and bustle and with great views of the mountains. The house offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation: lots of space in the house, 2 shaded terraces, 1 pool and a very nice host. Pepe welcomed us with fruit and cold cidre. There were also some drinks in the fridge. We will definitely come again!

Great place with stunning views from terrace and the infinity pool. Very peaceful and we enjoyed evenings watching the stars. Located in small village that has a bar and a couple of restaurants. Supermarkets are 10 min by car. Easy access to coast- approx 30 min drive and only 40 min from airport. Pepe was a super host- always attentive but not intrusive and happy to help. If you want a beautiful peaceful location this is the place to visit.

Outstanding Villa

Because of Covid we have had to postpone for 2 years and finally got away this year. I can’t thank Mariana and her team for their continual support and understanding over the last 2 years. The villa is outstanding. Very quiet, 2 lovely patio areas for relaxing and a lovely pool to cool down in. Can’t recommend enough. Pepe the owner is a very friendly guy and comes over to water the garden and feed the chickens who have a habit of wondering around the grounds which is quite entertaining.

A wonderful four weeks holiday.

What impressed me most was the lovely garden and the Tramuntana mountains in the background. The finca was very clean and the nice gestures like a bowl of fruits in the kitchen and Roses in every room was a nice way to welcome guests. The owner was very friendly although we had a language barrier. There were only two pots and in an unusable condition so that we had to buy new ones but were refunded by the owner. We bought big glasses, small knives to peel .vegetables and a spatula. But we hope that next year we are able to rent finca Lila again.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem Haus. Alles war zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hat uns sogar frisches Gemüse gebracht. Auch haben wir uns sehr über die Getränke im Kühlschrank gefreut. Wir werden das Haus im nächsten Jahr wieder besuchen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

The villa is in the most beautiful tranquil setting.

We stayed for a week whilst attending the wedding of a family friend. The villa is in the most beautiful tranquil setting. The views even better than the pictures suggest. It is quite remote so the hire car was a must. However it is possible to walkcycle around the area. The villa was very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and Pepe and his wife were very welcoming and helpful. It was exceptionally hot when we were there so the air-con and the beautiful pool were just what we needed. Would recommend if you like a rural peaceful setting with lovely views and don’t mind traveling to get to the coast which is only about 30 minutes away and roads are good so easy to access. Hope to return when it’s cooler as my husband and wants to do some cycling in the area!

Rundum Wohlfühlpaket in der Natur

Von der Organisation der Ankunft bis zum Checkout war einfach alles wunderbar. Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund rundum wohlgefühlt und auch die Zeit mit dem Vermieter Pepe sehr genossen. Eine Seele von Mensch. Wir wurden liebevoll mit Obst und Blumen empfangen, das Grundstück und das Haus sind einfach traumhaft mit wundervollen Blick ins Tramuntana Gebirge. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und danken für einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Da fällt uns nichts ein :)
