This stunning 4th-floor Majestic Sun 409B vacation rental condo at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL, is a one-bedroom condo and features a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjoined master bathroom. This condo is perfect for a romantic beach getaway, as you can unwind on the balcony in the evenings and watch the sunset over the horizon, or stroll down and take a relaxing walk along the pristine shores of Destin. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


The living area offers a 60" HDTV and a brand new queen-size sleeper sofa. An additional twin over twin bunk bed in the hallway is perfect for children or additional guests. This beautiful vacation rental condo can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers some of the best views on the beach.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING ā€“ Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. Really nice condo. Very clean. Very clear and easy check in/check out instructions. Suggestions to improve would be to replace the sink faucet (it would only spray water on one setting and it would spray everywhere). Would also like to have a few more utensils and a broom to sweep up the sand.

The property was in great shape very clean, we had a problem with the one toilet not wanting to flush the tank wanted to over flow, we let the office know and they fixed it that day,other then that we had a very relaxing time.

We loved the beach view from the living room and quick access to the beach, literally 1 min. The amenities were adequate, very clean rooms, indoor pools were nice for rainy days to relax. 2 beach chairs were super useful. The parking pass gives you access to common shared spaces, so the nearest parking lot gets full by evening but you can park in another parking lot which is again 2-3 mins walk to Majestic Sun B. The only thing that could be improved is the super soft mattress. We like little firm beds so it depends on individuals. Kitchen has enough utensils for 2-5 people, so if your good if you have more guests. The location is excellent as its closer to CVS, gas stations, Whale tailā€™s restaurant. I will definitely visit again with my full family next time. Thanks Glass Casa!

The view was absolutely breathtaking! We loved how easy it was to get to and from the beach everyday. The unit was modern, super clean, and homey. The chairs and umbrella were definitely appreciated to save us from paying the extra fees to rent them all week. We will definitely be back!

Overall good stay

Overall my husband and I had a great time. Our unit looked just like the photos. Easy check in/check out process and perfect location to walk right to the beach. We did have some minor inconveniences including the faucet in the kitchen sink being jammed causing water to spray everywhere every time you used it which was annoying, the toilet paper holders need to be tightened in the bathrooms - the toilet paper was constantly falling off, and the remotes for the tvā€™s didnā€™t work unless you were right up on the tv. However, all of those things wouldnā€™t keep me from renting again. Our biggest complaint was the size of the outdoor pool. This rental is part of two very large condo buildings and the outdoor pool is simply not big enough for the amount of people who have access to it. It made it challenging to just relax in the water because there were so many kids playing and jumping, and there just wasnā€™t enough space. I also wondered how often the pool got cleaned because the water was dirty and foggy each time we were there.

Great location and great place to stay

This is a lovely condo and great place to stay. There are a lot of other families around in other condos but if you donā€™t mind hearing kids then that should be no problem. Would definitely recommend to others!
