Comfortable and nice house

The house and surrounding garden was much larger than shown in the photos. The owner was really nice, however she only spoke a little bit of English, Google Translate made it work. We had an issue with electricity outside, she got it sorted our immediately. In the kitchen we found lots of fresh fruit and high quality olive oil, which was very nice. The house itself was difficult to find at first, as we got mailed multiple addresses. We found it after a short time. The highway and Manacor are nearby for shopping. No neighbors meant we were for ourselves. Overall a really nice house, clean with some extras in the kitchen. Pool was also clean and the owner super friendly. Definitely recommended for families as well as friends !

Schöne Finca und freundliche herzliche Eigentümer/ Vermieter

Wir waren mit sieben Personen auf der Finca und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht und es handelt sich um ein sehr gepflegtes Objekt. Natürlich ist es im Sommer, wie zu erwarten war, warm, aber die in ausreichender Zahl zur Verfügung gestellten Ventilatoren sorgten für Abkühlung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Unkomplizierte Übergabe der Finca, die Vermieter hielten schon gekühlte Getränke und einen großen Obstkorb bei unserer Ankunft bereit. Vielen Dank dafür und absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Sehr positive Erfahrung

Sehr positive Erfahrung ?. Die Kommunikation im Vorhinein war hilfreich, individuell und schnell. Aufgrund der verwirrenden Adresse unseres Hauses, dem Umstand, dass wir über ein unbekanntes Portal namens Traumferienwohnungen gebucht haben und der leichten Grammatikfehler in der deutschen und englischen Kommunikation fühlte sich das ganze jedoch ein wenig nach einem Fake-Angebot an. Wir zahlten daher mit Käuferschutz über Paypal. Wir wurden allerdings komplett überrascht als uns bei unserer Ankunft die herzlichen Hauseigentümer persönlich empfingen, uns das wundervolle Haus und gepflegte Grundstück zeigten und sogar ein gratis Starterpaket Bier, Wasser und massig Obst für uns bereit hielten. Außerdem kamen sie sofort vorbei und reparierten das Grundstückstor, als es im Verlauf der Woche in der Hitze seinen Dienst verweigerte.

Amazing villa, as described, location as expected rural which is what we wanted.

Easy reach to most places with a car. Beautiful in everyway hosts was lovely and available for anything. The villa was so well equipt with everything you would need. The only thing it would of been nice to have had better outdoor furniture and the mattresses were hard. overall a fantastic villa and would highly recommend for families.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a villa break.

Great house in a secluded farm area with supermarkets etc only a 10 min drive away. Perfect for families. The house is huge and the garden area with pool can be locked safely at night. Bedrooms all a good size with comfortable beds. Gorgeous garden with swings and slide for the kids. Loads of space and a perfect house for a peaceful getaway with friends and family. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a villa break.

This finca is great if you are traveling with kids.

This finca is great if you are traveling with kids. The garden is big with swings and a slide for the kids. There is a hot water shower by the pool which was very nice and an outside bathroom. There were a lot of toys available for the kids to play with (inflatable pool toys, beach toys etc.). The kitchen was very well equipped and we didn't miss anything. The owners had left us some cold drinks and fruit which was a nice and welcomed gift. Overall the owners were very helpful and kind during our stay. They stopped by a couple of times to see that everything was ok and to pick up trash. The finca is beautifully located in the countryside with fields surrounding the finca. On the fields bell peppers, kale, melons and other fruit and vegetables were growing. It was a beautiful view from the finca. Large supermarkets are located in Manacor just a short car ride from the finca. We had a great stay and would love to come back.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Der Finca fehlt es an nichts. Der große Garten und Pool ermöglichen einen schönen Urlaub auch der nächstgelegene Strand relativ weit entfernt ist.
