Charming well-appointed, sunny apartment is a perfect pad for your visit to London. Top floor of a Victorian house between Primrose Hill and Hampstead. 5 minutes walk to Chalk Farm tube station, just 15 minutes to West End, theatres and sightseeing.

Large living room has patio doors to roof terrace with views over London, well-equipped kitchen, library annex with sofabed, and one bedroom with double bed. Large newly renovated bathroom with spacious shower, make up vanity unit with lighting and mirrors plus boosted water pressure.
New kitchen with microwave, oven, induction hob, espresso coffee machine and washer/dryer.
Air conditioning in living room and bedroom - Yes, London does need it in the summer!
Quiet street but lively neighbourhood nearby with cafes, shops, cinema, pharmacy, and pubs. Famous Ottolenghi restaurant/deli, Olivers Fish and Chips, old English pubs - The Washington round the corner and many more in Hampstead village.
Great walks/runs nearby on Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath or along Regent's Canal to Camden Lock or Granary Square in KingsCross.

We loved this place! Located in a great area within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and transportation links. Property has excellent facilities and a fantastic view of rooftop London. Host and property manager were highly responsive. Be aware that flat is up 3 flights of stairs.

Perfect nest to return to every day - it has literally everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. We have never stayed in such a well equipped beautiful flat. We canā€™t wait to return and spend more evenings enjoying the view from the lovely terrace!

Great view

This apt is in a great neighborhood with easy access to the tube. Also close to Hempstead heath and primrose park. We have stayed twice and love it. The owner is great and leaves lots of suggestions for restaurants Very quiet

Family break

We had a really perfect stay. The location was everything I wanted, and the property manager was so helpful in the lead up to our visit. The flat was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and worked very well for one adult and a teenage and pre-teenage boy (they found the couch very comfortable for sleeping). Balcony is terrific for early morning coffee and evening relaxation! The AC units very nice for summer, and having a washer / dryer on the premises was also grand for traveling with kids.

Fabulous place

I stayed here for quick access to my daughter who is staying in Camden Town, just under a mile away. The apartment/flat was safe, quiet and had everything I needed. It was a great location for the Underground, walking distance to the zoo, and there were close by coffee shops and restaurants. I would stay here again.

This was a wonderful flat and we really enjoyed our stay. The communication was easy and we were able to have a great time. The location and flat are incredible. Itā€™s a lot of stairs to get up to the flat but the view is well worth it!

Want To Go Back!

We stayed in this beautiful flat in a wonderful neighborhood for close to three weeks. Itā€™s near to the Regent's Park, Primrose Hill high street, Chalk Farm Tube Station and England's Lane. The reception room sliding glass doors offer a fabulous view of the entire London skyline, and the terrace provides a great spot to relax. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether itā€™s for a few days or a few weeks, as we did. Tricia, our host, was fantastic and provided a comprehensive list of instructions for everything in the flat and great recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and other local spots. We look forward to booking here again in the future.

Room with a View

We loved our stay at this beautiful, quiet flat. The home was clean and contained all modern conveniences. The view of the city from the balcony gave us a wonderful place to unwind with a glass of wine and talk about our day. The flat was close to the Chalk Farm tube stop and an easy walk to Camden market. The host left many recommendations for local restaurants and services. We had a fabulous stay and definitely would book again.

Belsize Park flat

This is a lovely flat that is very well set up with no clutter. It was great to have a good kitchen with stainless pots and wooden spoons. There is wonderful light in the flat, but heavy black out shades in the bedroom. I also very much appreciated having a full size desk in the windowed office. It's a short walk away to both Primrose Hill/Regents Park and Hampstead Heath. For warmer months, the balcony is a plus. I would totally stay here again!

Perfect property for our stay

Everything about this property was fabulous! Every question we had was answered promptly. The view was amazing and the location quiet. The flat is a few blocks from 2 different subway stations which made it super convenient. Tanya sent us a thorough packet of information about the property and surrounding stores, markets, and things to do. When we return to London, we would definitely stay here again. It was perfect for our family (two adults and two teenagers).

Great Apartment in North London

Great apartment for staying in London . Is on 4 th floor so lots of steps . No lift . We were here in heat wave so on top floor can be hot . AC in lounge and bedroom which is a life saver . Close to tube and quiet area . Host is wonderful to communicate with . Modern kitchen and bathroom . Only thoughts were a manual to help with TV Oven Wifi etc. Trawling through manuals isnā€™t easy . Wifi dropped out too a couple of times so negotiating that was difficult . Cleaning was average . Leaked rubbish liquid under kitchen bin liner from previous tenant . A wee bit tired inside . Overall a worthy stay for sure

Delightful aoartment

A wonderfully convenient and comfortable base for our 10 days in London. Amazing views of city and lights! As an older couple it was a little challenging to work out use of the latest technology of various appliances despite all instructions available, but young family fortunately helped us! Also had some difficulty communicating with manager/owner before our stay as our London-based family booked us in but we were visiting from NZ. Maybe some confusion between Stayz, and its partners in NZ and Australia. But we loved the stay - thank you very much!

Nice flat in Camden area

Nice flat in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk from the subway/tube. Plenty of linens and well stocked kitchen. It's nice and sunny and it was a treat to have the air conditioning for the warm days. There are stairs to climb; however you are rewarded with a lovely view towards downtown and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at the end of the day. Plenty of detailed documentation received ahead of our visit and Tricia responded to all our questions in a timely manner. Tesco was temporarily closed when we were there, and we shopped at the Amazon Fresh store which is right by the subway stop.

A beautiful, quiet flat in a great neighborhood

My wife and I ( plus my daughter and granddaughter were for 7 days ) have stayed in this flat twice in the past year, each time for two weeks. We now feel like this flat is our second home. We like everything about it - the appearance of the flat, the safe, pleasant neighborhood, the gorgeous views out the front windows, the convenience of a close Tube station, Chalk Farm, and the easy communication with the owner, Tricia. Thatā€™s why I gave this flat all 5s on itā€™s rating. I hope this praise doesnā€™t end up resulting in so many people renting this flat that I canā€™t go back next year.

Still a crazy good view after all these years

I had stayed here 10 years ago, and the view, albeit with a little construction this time, was still amazing. Everything others have said in complimenting the place is true; it's a quiet, safe space in a charming neighborhood - again, you do have to handle getting up and down stairs, but hey, there's your cardio work! They've updated the kitchen and the bathroom since my last visit, which is great - only knock on the living room furniture is - and you can see it pictured - not so much that it's been there at least since 2014 but it's rather, um, "low-to-the-ground". But don't let that stop you, it's earned its high scores.

A Comfortable Stay with A Great View and Location

I am a 'repeat' visitor to this property. It is set in a lovely, quiet, safe neighbourhood and has a wonderful view towards the centre of London. It is very handy to the local tube station, shops, restaurants and parks. The apartment is quiet and has far more space than a London hotel. The bed is comfortable, wifi is good and the kitchen (although small and basic) has what you need . The property catches a lovely breeze: even on the hotter London days, it quickly cooled down once it was opened up. The owners are fantastic and very responsive. A few points that might help you: there is no microwave, or laundry. The shower might be a little challenging if you very tall - I'm an average height and have absolutely no trouble. The property is not suitable for someone with accessibility issues: there are several flights of stairs up to the property and a step up into the shower/ bath unit. It is however, a fantastic place to stay in a great location. I would stay again without any hesitation.

Happiness with a View

This wonderful apartment was a perfect base for our 10-day stay in London! Belsize Park has everything you need - regardless of the length of your stay - within a 10 - 20 min walk. The flat is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and close to grocery stores, local shops, and transportation. The apartment is perfect for two people and the bonus room provides lots of space to spread out. There are more than 40 steps to get to the apartment and there is no lift. But as others have mentioned, it is worth every step once you get to the top! The view is amazing! The apartment was well stocked and the owner thoughtfully provided instructions on how to operate everything. The neighborhood is a 10 out of 10! Belsize Park/Primrose Hill/Regent's Park - all within walking distance. The neighbors were fantastic and the community was very welcoming. The Chalk Farms Tube station was about 8 minutes away (Northern Line) and two buses were less than 5 minutes from the front door. Communication from Tricia was fantastic. Tricia was an amazing host who provided us with a wonderful written summary of the neighborhood highlights and amazing dining recommendations. We cannot wait to visit again!
