Cool Stone Cottage is a superb two storey cottage situated across from the estuary in the Devon coastal village of Instow. The cottage sleeps six people and has one king bedroom, a super king bedroom with zip and link beds and a bedroom with double bed. There are two family bathrooms. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen and dining area and a sitting room. Outside is seating on an enclosed patio area and on-road parking for one car (first come, first served basis). Walking distance to the beach and the village amenities, Cool Stone Cottage is an excellent cottage for a family holiday.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven with gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine. TV with DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. On road parking (first come, first served basis). Enclosed rear patio with seating and storage. Cot and highchair available. One well behaved pet welcome at £20 per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 5 minute walk. Beach 5 minute walk

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Town: Instow offers a tidal, sandy beach and extensive views with the sails of catamarans and windsurfers. An abundance of cafes and pub/restaurants all enjoy these glorious views. The market town of Bideford is close by along with the quaint fishing village of Appledore and the cobbled streets of Clovelly. North Devon boasts some beautiful beaches, all within easy driving distance including Westward Ho!, Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton.
