Moulton-Barrett Barn at High Park, Indoor Pool

This spacious 3 bedroom 1 story Barn with 3 en-suite bathrooms & air-conditioning is an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway. The barn has underfloor heating throughout, and the bedrooms are fitted with integrated air-conditioning, making if perfect retreat for any season.

The Barns at High Park are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

High Park Barns has a secure, purpose-built 1 acre dog exercise field located on site. Designed with safety, freedom, and fun in mind, our fully enclosed field, with 1.8m high fencing, offers dogs the perfect space to run, play, and train off-lead in a safe and private environment. The dog field is open daily in the morning and evening for staying guests at no cost. Additional time can be booked during the day.

The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.

Converted in 2018, this barn features super king beds in the master bedroom & second bedroom, two single beds in the third bedroom, all with en-suites, solid oak furniture, underfloor heating & air-conditioning.

The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.

The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.

Beautiful barn and grounds great communication with the very friendly hosts nothing was to much trouble, very well equipped accommodation and very spacious rooms, was so amazing to have the pool and hot tub to ourselves together with private dog field. Thank you we had an amazing time.

Lovely accommodation, bathrooms super clean and spacious. Bedrooms clean and beds very comfortable. Accommodation has every thing you needed. Open living/kitchen area was spacious, perfect for the raining days. Beautiful gardens with lots of space, perfect for sitting out on a dry day. Swimming pool was a lovely addition and time table worked perfectly to ensure everyone had fair access to the pool. Would definitely recommend and love to return in future.

My 70th birthday celebration at High Park Barns

My family and dogs all came along. I can guarantee the dogs were smiling every day! The accomodation was very comfortable and welcoming. The owners could not have done enough for us. The location was perfect. Easy to reach both beaches and shops. We will certainly visit again. Loved it!

Stunning location, grounds and facilities, so much attention to detail and to ensuring all the creature comforts are catered for and that you feel welcomed. What a place!

A wonderful place for all ages. Comfy and spacious accomodation. Lovely indoor pool to use as one family with set times. Near to so many lovely beaches that were also dog friendly.

Great facilities

Lovely property, great for families. Good location . Attractions close by and supermarket and petrol 5 min away . They add little extras so everything is there for you . The milk kiosk attached to the dairy farm is a must .

Perfect home from home

We had a great time visiting Moulton Barrett. It was very comfortable, dog friendly and perfect location. The barn was clean and special touches like scones, milk, slippers etc was lovely. Dogs were so welcome and there was lots of safe and enclosed space for them. We’ll definitely be visiting again soon!

Lovely stay

Moulton-Barrett is a lovely property, we had a wonderful weeks stay. It’s very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need, a home away from home. We loved having daily access to the pool & hot tub, a lovely way to end our days after long walks on the local beaches. The location is perfect, Aldi & Asda less than 10 minutes away, beautiful beaches within a short drive! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for short or long stays.
