This beautiful home has an open floor plan, perfect for family gatherings and enjoying the amazing weather of Cabo San Lucas . The big pocket doors off the main living area open so you can enjoy the warm air and light breeze with the full screens opened or closed. This home has a large flat screen in the Living room and a smaller one in the master bedroom, both have an Amazon firestck, so you just need your Netflix and prime login information. The 2 spare bedrooms have their own en suite and the master bedroom has it's own private en suite. There is a half bath on the main level. The pool is deep enough for diving into or just lounging in your floatie, the pool and hot tub are sitting in the beautiful tropical garden. Enjoy cooking in your full kitchen with upgraded appliances and granite counters. The large BBQ is on the rooftop. Take in a sunset and city lights while sitting on the rooftop patio. The secured and gated development is quiet, and offers a community pool if you want to socialize. Friday a local fisherman comes with his fresh" catch of the day",including tuna,lobster,sierra,dorado,sea bass, prawns, scallops and crab. This beautiful development is quiet, well taken care of and has 24 hour security.
THIS DEVELOPMENT IS NOT GOOD FOR SPRING BREAKERS , BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE GATHERINGS!!! There are strict rules about quiet times and NO speeding in the development.

Crazy Christmas!

Despite all of the travel nightmares this trip, the place was amazing! Owner was wonderful to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Great CABO VRBO

This VRBO was an excellent choice for our group of three couples. It has a beautiful view, pool, and hot tub. It is just as described. It has a well-stocked pantry and kitchen. It is a safe, gated community, Quiet. Low density. The beds are comfortable, the showers have good pressure and hot water. No issues with wi-fi. Very quiet. Sandra and Chrys, the property managers, were very responsive to any question or issue. Definitely a great stay! 15 minutes from the Cabo marina.

Great home in Cabo!

We were a group of 6 adults and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was very spacious and clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. The views of Land's End and the ocean from this home are something we never got tired of and were truly amazing. The property manager, Sandra, was a sweetheart and was very accessible during our stay. She gave us great advice on where to eat and things to do, making our stay all that more special. Thanks Sandra for an amazing vacation!

Jan 2023 stay in LaVista

The property was clean and spacious. For the younger children there was a baby gate available and it was easy to install. The Pool was clean and fun for the family. It was equipt with a hot tub for the cooler days/evening. We would recommend this as a great family/Adult relaxing environment. The Security staff were very friendly. Travel to and from downtown with an Uber was fairly cheep.100-200 pesos. Good view towards the Arch and downtown. AC, if needed, worked well. Overall a good spot for a quiet, Relaxing vacation.

Winter 2023

We, and our dog, stayed here February 1, through April 15. Loved everything about this place. The host, Sandra, and her property manager Chrys were so helpful. They found us local contractors for car and house cleaning (Mexico is dusty) and took care of the odds and ends one always has with renting for a few months’ duration. The views of the ocean and the cape from this house are better than the photos show, which is a first in my rental experience. You can watch whales (in season) from either of the two balconies. The private pool was perfect. (There is also a pool for the development with a palapa with cooking facilities, we did not use.) It is in a gated community and feels very secure - the security people walk the neighborhood often. The pool service comes weekly, and the gardeners come twice a week. It is a well-cared for place. I cannot say enough good things about this rental. You should not be disappointed staying here. There is nothing not to like here.

Slice of Paradise - Amazing Property

Pictures of the property are very accurate as this home exceeded our expectations! Amenities are great and the community is nice and quiet. Chrys was a lifesaver and helped us out with whatever needs we had. Definitively recommend 5/5

Overall good stay.

Chrys basically was the equivalent to a concierge. She helped arrange several things that made my stay more convenient. I appreciate her efforts. Beautiful home.

Great house & pool!

We stayed over the holidays with my 2 small children. Sandra and Chrys were thoughtful enough to put up baby gates for us! This speaks volumes to what the experience was like. The house was clean and we were able to enjoy the amazing pool and hot tub every single day. Any issue that arose, a quick text to Chrys or Sandra resolved the issue. Gated community feels safe & has spectacular views. Pool is warm and they heated to our request (being winter and having little kids). We would love to stay again. Thank you!

Very nice property. Home was clean and exactly as pictured., the pool was fantastic. We enjoyed the location as we were close to everything in Cabo. The caretaker Chrys was only a text or call away and answered promptly. Thanks Chrys and Sandra.

AMAZING!!!

Can't beat this Villa in Cabo San Lucas! The location is perfect as it is just a few miles/short cab ride from downtown Cabo. The view of the ocean and Lands End is awesome. The villa itself has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, including a spectacular pool. The rooftop has a great view of Lands End and the downtown area...it is great place to enjoy a before or after dinner cocktail. Sandra was extremely responsive before, during, and after our trip. The staff at La Vista (guards, gardeners, etc) are all extremely friendly and helpful. The guards called us a taxi a couple of times to take us downtown. I highly recommend this Villa to anyone considering a vacation in Cabo. We will definitely be back!!

Had a lovely time

We absolutely loved this beautiful villa, spacious and with everything we needed. I have to say the pool is fantastic, the fact that was deep it made you feel that your actually swimming. Incredible ocean views and very fresh. Didn't need ac much, ( in May!) We highly recommend it for anyone that wants to relax, and have a nice time. Our hostess was super nice too:)

The owners are from Lethbridge Alberta Canada. They purchased the property in April of 2014. They purchased the property as a vacation home and eventually a retirement home.

They have family living in the development and after spending a couple vacations with them in LaVista in beautiful Cabo San Lucas , they decided to purchase their own home. Cabo San Lucas is beautiful and has so much to offer, from deep sea fishing, to paddling boarding, scenic drives up to La Paz or just relaxing at one of the beautiful beaches or out by the pool.
