Great location Tidy and spacious place- the ground floor bedroom which is beside a shower room was perfect for my elderly mother 3 generations of my family all had a great home for the week.

Great location and lovely villa

Overall, we had a great experience using this lovely villa and would thoroughly recommend it. Location very good for beach, bars and supermarket too.

The villa itself was clean, spacious and in a fantastic central location, which were definite positives. Unfortunately, our overall experience was let down by the pool and the booking process.The pool was a major reason we chose this property, but it was very disappointing and not to the standard we expected from the listing. We experienced ongoing problems with green discolouration/algae and the filtration, and although it was eventually cleaned during our stay, the problems began returning.The booking and payment process was also unnecessarily stressful, with confusing communication and requests regarding cash payment on arrival, which resulted in us having to contact Vrbo repeatedly.One smaller point is that the table tennis is downstairs; it would be much nicer in the garden/pool area so the family could enjoy it together.It’s a real shame because the villa has a lot going for it, it is spacious, clean and brilliantly located but the pool, communication and booking experience were not at the standard we expected.

This villa made our family holiday!

We have just had the BEST holiday In Torremolinos and having such a beautiful villa really made our holiday. The house is beautiful, it’s very clean and the beds a very comfy. The hot tub was such a good extra too and if we ever had questions we were answered straight away. I would definitely stay here again Get some new pool table balls as some were the wrong size

Amazing Holiday

Ten of us (2 families) stayed at the villa and we had the best time. The place was very spacious so we were not on top of one another. The local supermarkets and restaurants were close by so we could walk everywhere. Would definitely go back again

We arrived very early and Aurelio kindly let us drop our bags. Situated so close to the beach,shops and restaurants was ideal for oir family. The villa is spread out over 3 floors and along with the garden and pool were clean and well presented. Wifi was good and relieable all week. We did use uber / Bolt for taxis when needed and they found the villa easily. For the location and space it proved food value and I would highly recommend.

The property was clean but didn’t have simple things like kitchen towel, washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets. Nor did it have spare bin bags. It’s annoying for people that stay for only few days. I traveled a lot and booked holiday accommodation through different portals but never had property that didn’t supply coffee, not even for one day.

Sorry , but this is a property, not a hotel, and we normally dont suply amenites, the guest normally must buy the oil or coffe or milk or what ever they want to eat. But we supply the hands wash or shower wash or toilet paper, etc, and about the towel ktichen of course, as towel bathroom and bedline , of course.

Lovely holiday for everyone

Lovely, spacious villa in great location for accessing the beach and restaurants all without needing a car. Added bonus of pool, table tennis, dart board and pool table so kept everyone happy. Good links to Malaga (very reasonable taxi) and access to organised bus tours to Granada and Ronda. Would recommend. Stay was first week in September.

Great villa for big family group

Great villa in a great location. Loads of nice restaurants around the villa, 2 min walk to the beach and about 15 min stroll in to town centre. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of room inside and out. My 15 year old loved having his own little annex downstairs. Aurelio was brilliant with anything we needed (including getting us back in when we locked ourselves out)

Excellent villa for a Family or a Group of Friends

Very Clean and Tidy Villa with lots of Space. Everything was in working order. Pool Hot Tub and Jacuzzi were all clean and working. Location was close to the beach shops and cafes and restaurants. Carrefour a 4 minute walk around the corner and cafes and restaurants about 300 meters away. The beach is about 700 meters down the road. Would recommend this for groups of friends or a family. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you

Beautiful villa

This lovely villa is in an ideal location with a nice mix of local residents and tourists. No need for a car as everything you need is so close. There is a really nice local restaurant just around the corner for breakfast/lunch and plenty of other restaurants too. The area is so nice as it’s sufficiently removed from the busy town centre with just a short walk to the beach. This beautiful villa is maintained to a high standard and I have no hesitation in recommending it. I will definitely book this again. Many thanks Aurelio.

Fantastic location

Amazing looking property and location. Only 5 minute walk to shops, bars and beaches. Property is tired inside and could do with an update. Leaky shower, light fitting hanging off,some kitchen items unusable as filthy, tired sofa and cushions outside. Jazuzzi looks like it's never been cleaned.. Pool is very deep even after steps in so not great if you have small children. Overall great location and villa could be amazing but does need some money spending.

Gracias por el comentario Steve. Todos los muebles son nuevos pero gracias por su consejo. De todas formas vamos a cambiar algunas decoraciones, lo tenemos en cuenta y lo vamos a hacer este otoño. La cocina va a ser renovada completamente este otoño, con lo cual sera mejor. El jacuzzi se limpia todas las semanas, igual que la piscina y el jardin. En relacion a su comentario de la piscina como sabe hay 2 piscinas, una grande con zona escaleras de muy poca profundidad y mas profundidad al otro lado , y otra piscina para niños con jets de muy poca profundidad, con lo cual no entendemos que mas necesita.

Unforgettable Holidays in a Dream Villa

The villa was the highlight of our vacation – the kids had a blast in both jacuzzis, the pool, and enjoyed playing billiards and ping-pong. There was plenty of space for everyone, and each of us had a cozy spot in beautifully decorated bedrooms. The house has its own unique charm, and our evening gatherings on the beautifully lit terrace will stay in our hearts for a long time One thing I would definitely change is the coffee machine. You also have to keep in mind that the villa is not brand new, so from time to time, something might stop working – that’s just the charm of a place like this. However, it’s always worth letting Aurelio know – he’s very helpful and will gladly assist you if he can.

Absolutely beautiful villa in a perfect location. Surrounded by restaurants and bars, supermarkets and playgrounds, beach on your doorstep. It is everything you could want for a luxury family holiday. The children loved the pool and whirlpool, adults loved the pool by day and jacuzzi by night. Enclosed garden is so private and safe. Aurelio was so welcoming and was always contactable if we needed anything. Thank you Maria and Aurelio for a lovely holiday, we will definitely be returning to Villa Saudi Maybe some extra towels and sheets would be nice if I were really trying to find something to improve on.

Nice Villa, needs some updating

Very nice villa, well situated. The rooms were spacious enough for two families in total 9 persons. Everything was clean and fresh, except the barbecue. Matrasses however, were soft and dented, so some of us didn't get to sleep very well. Unfortunaltely, next door there were serious buildingactivities, leading to loads of dust in the garden and loud noises of appliancies being used througout the day. A sign showed this was known for a few months. So we feel we should have been warned. A bit of a bummer. Nevertheless, the building is beautiful, communication with rentalservice was sufficient. We would stay another time.

Mooi huis en op loopafstand van het strand.

Het huis deed aan alle verwachtingen en we hebben een heerlijke week gehad . Zwembad is niet heel groot ,maar groot genoeg om een lekkere duik te nemen . De jacuzzi is lekker om even te ontspannen. Alles wat je nodig hebt is op loopafstand , supermarkt ,restaurants etc . Kortom een prima locatie om je vakantie te vieren .

Suojaisa piha kokosi perheen kasaan. Sijainti oli meidän porukalle loistava, koska kaipaamamme palvelut olivat sopivan etäisyyden päässä, autoa ei tarvittu. "Liikkuvissa osissa" kuten suihkut, wc, ovet, pimennysverhot ja ikkunat oli havaittavissa käytöstä johtuvaa kulumista. Pidimme talosta ja paikasta kovasti, tänne voisi tulla uudestaan.
