Casa Virgo - Luxury 5-bedroom house with hot tub+pool, only 5min walk to beach

Erik was an excellent guest at Casa Virgo! He was polite, easy to communicate with, and treated the space with great care. The house was left in perfect condition, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. We truly appreciated his respectful attitude and would be happy to host him again anytime. Immediately after Yvonne made the reservation, I informed her that this is a quiet community where noise is not allowed. This information is also clearly stated in the listing, and parties are strictly prohibited at any time of day or night. Yvonne requested an early check-in, and I kindly allowed her and her friends to enter free of charge starting from 1 PM. However, they arrived already before 12 PM. As soon as they arrived, a loud bachelorette-style party started — 10 women laughing, shouting, and playing music outside. Naturally, this disturbed the neighbors, who quickly contacted me. I tried several times to reach Yvonne and also contacted Vrbo, but was unable to get hold of anyone. The party went on for many hours and upset many neighbors. Only the following day did Yvonne reply and apologize for the disturbance caused. The decibel meter is installed purely for self-monitoring. During normal conversation, it remains well within the allowed limit. It does not record any sound, it simply displays the current noise level to help guests remain mindful. If 10 people talk calmly, it stays within limits even at night. But if 10 people are shouting and partying, the reading naturally exceeds the allowed level. In one thing I fully agree with Yvonne — this apartment is not suitable for parties, and definitely not for bachelorette parties. Unfortunately, the apartment was left very dirty and in poor condition after their departure. Furthermore, even though I had kindly offered them a free late check-out until 3 PM, Yvonne did not leave until 6 PM.
