Golf, spa, sports, gym, shopping, groceries, tours and night life is just around the corner. Belmont is perfectly located for those who want to travel the North Cape Coastal Drive while equally being close to Cavendish, Charlottetown and the Confederation Bridge.
THE VACATION HOME: Our modern home includes 4 spacious bedrooms, an open concept kitchen & living room area with large island for entertaining that includes fireplaces and a wine rack. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, under counter lighting and endless storage space. The elegant dinning area seats 6-8 comfortably which is separated from the entertainment room by a large front door entry and hallway. The comfortable entertainment room has a flat screen tv, Bell HD satellite and secured unlimited high speed WiFi internet.
TRAVELLING COMFORTS: Laundry is perfectly located next to all of the bedrooms with front load HE high capacity washer & dryer and we provide the detergent and dyer sheets. Across the hall relax in our tub and gaze at the moonlight off the bay but if you prefer enjoy a the glassed in stand alone shower.
BACKYARD DECK: Enjoy the privacy on our large backyard deck by simply walking out the living room garden doors where you can, read, lay in the sun , watch your children play, barbecue and entertain friends. Prepare your own seafood with the mussel & lobster cooker available and roast marsh-mellows over the fire pit. After enjoying the hot sun, cool off with the easy to use A/C units that are available throughout the home.
ASK US ABOUT SEAFOOD: Fresh seafood is always available just minutes away but if you wish to experience meeting local fisherman as they sell their daily catch on the wharf - please let us know and that can be arranged at no cost. Learn where your lobster was caught and engage the fisher in some tall tails that you will forever relish.
BONUS FEATURES: The property boasts a 2 door garage that will keep your vehicle, car luggage and property extra safe out of the Prince Edward Island hot sun. Home is beautifully situated in Belmont at the south western shore of Malpeque Bay where dairy and beef cattle, as well as potato and corn crops grow. With a short scenic drive from the Confederation Bridge, you will be close to your vacation destination which is convenient after the drive to scenic Prince Edward Island. Belmont Provincial Park is located at Winchester Cape, jutting into the bottom of Malpeque Bay alongside the Grand River, a salt-water estuary of the Malpeque Bay. It is located 3 minutes away from the home. Watch the fisherman work for their daily catch of lobster, mussels and oysters throughout the area.

The cottage was in a great location. Curtis was very helpful; we needed more blankets and he brought them that night. There was an issue in one of the bathrooms and he fixed it the following day. Curtis went out of his way to make sure we had a nice stay in PEI and we did. Thanks you!

PEI reunion
Overall it was okay. However, we found it had Insufficient bathroom accommodations for our group of 7. Disappointed in the quality of the bedding and towels. Cleanliness of spa was lacking. Lack of space to hang clothes or unpack. Need of nightstands for charging electronics and nighttime items.

Wow, considering how generous we were in our rating of you especially around the cleanliness you left the property we are shocked at your review. The hot tub was new water prior to your arrival, it is up to you to maintain it with the bromine cleaners we left for you along with the instructions. If you did not maintain the levels that would be at your expense not ours. Not even going to comment on your response to the quality of the bedding and towels as we are quite happy knowing it is all new and quality items. You rented the property knowing there is 1 full bath including soaker tub, stand up glass shower along with a half bath downstairs - again not sure how much more you would want but I guess that is on you when you booked knowing the number of bedrooms and baths. We have a ton of pictures to demonstrate this. Take care,

Bit of a ride to the best beaches but not a problem
If we were giving some constructive advice we would say invest in some new beds and some fluffy towels!

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our property - we value everything that our guests say, suggest and share with us and our future guests. We will definitely look at the beds but in our defence 2 of the 4 beds are new mattresses within the last 3 years and if there is an issue with them we will correct it ASAP - thanks for making us aware.
As far as your comment about the so called "best beaches" I would like to point out that PEI has endless beaches - over 50 along the North Cape Coastal Drive alone. Many 'beaches & shores' are 3 to 75 kms away if you head west. If you go east again there are miles and miles of coast line with so many hidden gems. The more touristy beaches are found tip to tip across the Island and we pride ourselves in the fact that we are centrally located on the Island, so if you want to drive to Basin Head, Skinner's Pond, Brackley, Cavendish, West Point, Chelton, Cousins, Thunder Cove - our property is central to any of the ones you wish to drive to.

We loved the house and all of the space! It fit our large family well
We found the house to be in a great location for day trips and explored a lot of the island. Curtis had great tips and recommendations for us and we explored all of them! We loved opening the front door in the morning and smelling the ocean. We would definitely stay here again

Another successful visit
Thank you Curtis and Kelly for the use of your property for another visit. Again we enjoyed every aspect of our visit. After days of sun, sand and wind, my two granddaughters welcomed the quiet of the rural location of the house. Since their bedtime is roughly 7 p.m. we were grateful to have the quiet outside so they could rest without the sound of other travellers enjoying themselves in the evening. We love Belmont park as a wind down after a busy day. Blake and I went up and sat on the bluffs for a whole afternoon.. It was a great vacation and Harlow is asking to return to the "Yellow House" already.
