Oceanfront Condo With Incredible Views Just Steps From The Water

Beautiful 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condo is conveniently located on the second floor overlooking two large ocean front swimming pools surrounded by palm trees and miles of sandy beach along the shore of the Atlantic Ocean.

Condo sleeps seven and is perfect for beach getaways and family vacations.

The spacious living area is perfect after long day on the beach, sit back and relax and watch the large flat screen TV or step out onto the private balcony. The adjacent fully stocked kitchen and dining area also have a perfect view of the ocean.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed and a single bed with another flat screen TV. There is a pull out queen bed in the living room.

Condo amenities include boogie boards, beach chairs, secure Wi-Fi and washer and dryer in the unit.

Pool area has 2 shuffle board courts as well as picnic tables and gas grills for your use. The large deck around the two pools has plenty of seating for sunbathing.

Great local restaurants and shopping are within a short drive of the Pelican.

Wonderful stay in NSB!

Pelican Resort vacation

My wife and I stayed for the month of April and we couldn’t have picked a better time. Weather was perfect (a little breezy at times), but always sunshine. Condo exceeded our expectations - great view and location. Close to Flagler Avenue and great bars and restaurants. Did not interact with the staff a lot but, in our limited interaction, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful family vacation!

We stayed from Aug 1-8 and the condo was exactly as advertised. We had great customer service and everything we needed at our fingertips. The building is a little older but maintained really well and the condo was spotless. The beach and area were gorgeous and we would definitely return!

Perfect Week

We could not have asked for a better week. We found B204 at The Pelican to be the perfect location. Comfortable king bed in the Master, plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. Easy access to the stairs and elevator, few steps to the pool and a few more to the beach. The view was amazing. Can’t wait to return.

LOVELY VACATION!!

Another family vacation in the books for us! Denise and the staff at the Pelican were great! The condo was exactly like the pictures! The pool and the surrounding facilities were beautiful and so relaxing (which was my goal)! The weather for the most part held up for us, only a couple of rainy days, but we took advantage of the wonderful balcony and the beautiful view!! Just what the docter ordered for our family! Thank you ♥♥♥

Wonderful family vacation!!

This was a very comfortable family condo. My husband & I were travelling with our son in law & 2 grandchildren ages 6 & 5. It was so nice to just get groceries, cook for my family & enjoy the condo. The kids loved the pool & location of the beach. This was our grandkids 1st vacation ever & our son in law's 1st time swimming in the ocean. There were rainy day games inside for the kids to play with, also sand toys, beach chairs & pool toys in the outside storage area. Our whole family absolutely loved our time here.

Elevators

Elevators only worked 5 out of 14 days during our stay. The stairwell stunk terrible. I have a heart condition and I slipped trying to use the steps and no one one was in the office to report it.

Perfect location

Easy access to parking, elevator, pool and beach. Even though there was roof work going on, noise was not a problem. Unit was immaculate and well stocked. Called for maintenance due to a small problem with the dishwasher and they arrived within minutes. I have stayed in this property twice and would come back if it were available. Highly recommend.

Great for families

Our condo was everything we needed plus more. We couldn’t believe how well stocked this unit was. The pools and grounds were great and well maintained. We would definitely love to come and stay again.

Great unit for a vacation in New Smyrna! Very clean and comfortable. King bed in master bedroom was comfortable. Everything was in great shape including the furniture, towels, beach chairs and kitchen amenities. We recommend this unit with it's great location, nice pool area and easy access on the second floor.

What a fabulous condo! The furnishings were beautiful and made for a very relaxing vacation. Everything we needed was provided so that we were able to cook whatever we wanted, although the endless number of close by restaurants made eating out our first choice. Our favorite activity was just sitting on the large balcony and enjoying the direct ocean view. The complex had many amenities including two fantastic swimming pools and direct beach access. We will definitely be back to NSB and this condo.

Relaxing Thanksgiving getaway

My husband and I took our 3 kids (14, 12, 9) to New Smyrna Beach for Thanksgiving week. We are from the Midwest, so the warmer weather was very appealing. The view is beautiful! We could hear the waves crashing every evening and drank coffee on the balcony ever morning. The condo was extremely clean and had plenty of towels. We loved that we could do laundry after a day at the beach. I was really surprised that I didn't need to buy any cooking supplies for Thanksgiving dinner. Cooking dinner and being able to literally look out at the ocean at the same time was so relaxing... I didn't even mind cooking! We did try a few of the local restaurants that were listed in a binder at the condo... JB's fish camp and Breakers. Both were GREAT suggestions. We went kayaking at JBs and saw Dolphins. Such great memories! Oh and the condo had 2 huge pools... One was warm (which we appreciated in Nov) and one was cooler... Which would be great during the summer. We also used the grills down on the patio over looking the ocean... Again we didn't mind cooking! Great week! Can't wait to go back!
