Villa Martin for six people with pool

Spacious and roomy, Villa Can Martin is a fabulous independent holiday home perfectly located a short distance from the old town of Pollensa. Equipped with a generously sized private pool, extensive gardens and panoramic views, this villa offers a truly privileged location and all the amenities to turn a holiday into a memorable experience. With 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and cosy interiors, Villa Can Martin can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.



The entrance door opens to the cosy living and dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and wi-fi internet. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4 hobs, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine in a dedicated service area) with an adjacent dining area has direct access to the outdoor barbecue area and terrace (furnished for outdoor dining). A couple of stairs lead from the living room to a spacious double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. The main suite with a double bed (with air conditioning) and dressing room is also located on this level and has a full en-suite bathroom which, thanks to the double doors, can also be accessed from the hallway.



A staircase from the living room leads you to the first floor and a second comfortable living room. Also on the first floor is the third bedroom (with two single beds, air conditioning) with built-in wardrobes and direct access to a fabulous sun terrace that offers wide views of the pool area. There is also a family bathroom on the upper floor. The villa has been carefully renovated while preserving many of its original features, providing a traditional but sophisticated atmosphere for unforgettable holidays.



Outside, the extensive gardens offer a children's play area, a barbecue, a private L-shaped pool with an outdoor shower and table tennis. The terraces invite guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful panoramic views. This is the ideal place to relax in privacy or enjoy an outdoor dinner, away from stress and daily routine. However, with incredible sandy beaches just a few minutes by car!

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
