Villa Mimas is a charming independent property located in Pollensa, Mallorca, ideal for a relaxing holiday in a natural setting. With capacity for 6 people, this single-storey villa perfectly combines rustic charm with modern amenities, offering a cosy and comfortable space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.



The villa has 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort throughout the year. Two of the bedrooms have single beds, while the third offers a double bed with an en-suite bathroom.



Inside, the open-plan living room is a perfect place to relax, with comfortable sofas, WiFi access, satellite TV and a dining area. The large glass doors lead to the stunning outdoor terrace surrounding the private pool, creating an ideal atmosphere for enjoying the outdoors.



In the exterior, Villa Mimas offers a spacious green garden, a large private swimming pool ideal for cooling off during the hot summer days, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying summer evenings with family or friends. Additionally, the villa has private off-road parking for greater convenience.



You can request a travel cot and a high chair at no additional cost. Air conditioning is free during the hours of 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



The villa is located in a peaceful and picturesque setting, ideal for those seeking to disconnect and enjoy the natural beauty of Mallorca. Additionally, the tourist tax is already included in the price, with no additional charges.



Villa Mimas is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, combining comfort, privacy and a privileged location in the heart of Pollensa.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Amazing villa, stunning location.

Wonderful single level property with beautiful pool (big and clean) very well equipped. Set off a main road but super peaceful. Did not notice road noise at all. This is our 5th villa rental in the same area and by far the best. Hidden gem! Only point to note there are no moveable parasols so either bring your own or prepare to roast! A minor niggle vs an amazing villa. Thanks.

Brilliant stay at this villa

Really comfortable, well equipped villa with a lovely outdoor garden, BBQ and pool area. Loved spending time eating, drinking and relaxing outside. We appreciated the interim change of bedding and towels and the use of the double garage for secure storage of our bikes. Good communication with the management company throughout. We had a car which meant getting to PollensaPort de Pollensa was just a few minutes drive, as was the local Lidl and Eroski for regular supplies. Definitely recommend for a family stay which feels like a home from home. The location was tricky to find at first (follow the directions provided, don',t rely on Google Maps) and it is just off the main road but it is nice and peaceful at the villa.

Lovely countryhouse with nice mointain views. Absolutely loved being there. Would be nice if toilet paper is also present when rental period starts. It was not a case with us but if guests arrive to house when shops are already closed then it would be a bad suprise.

Nice stay

nice, spacious house. clean everywhere. The kitchen is very well equipped, lots of plates and cutlery. towels for everyday use. swimming pool 1.2-1.9 m, quite large. The view from the window on the lemons on the tree - unforgettable. Large terrace. The welcome pack with oil, vinaigrette and other stuff was very nice and useful. comfortable beds, clean sheets, extra blankets in the wardrobe.

Wonderful and relaxing.

Good location, clean spacious villa . Lovely pool and gardens . Supplied slip mat for bath on request for our disabled guest . Responded quickly and sorted our leaking bathroom sink . Really helpful customer care teams . Sadly the Villa did not have the DVD available as stated in the details. We did mention this but it was not resolved during our stay . We had brought DVDs with us which we hoped to watch in the evenings as we had two guests with limited mobility. It did not spoil our holiday just wish we had known and we would not then have bothered bringing the DVDs !

Family Holiday

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our time in Villa Mimas. What a superb villa and even though it was one of the cheaper options, the facilities were top class. The pool was brilliant and was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. We basked in the sun for the whole day, until late in the evening, when it went down behind the impressive mountains. We dined al fresco every day at the large table on the terrace and used the barbeque a couple of times too. There are 2 supermarkets a minute away with much better options than we get in Northern Ireland! We went for the welcome pack option (food) which was good to nibble on in the morning after arriving, before stocking up at the supermarket. I would also recommend the pool towel option - we were left 5 extra large towels which we could dry on the washing line behind the house. The kids were also amazed by the lemon tree in the back garden! The location was also superb, about a 3 minute drive from the beautiful beaches of Port de Pollenca and a 5 minute drive the other way, to the impressive old town of Pollenca. The villa was around a 40 minute drive from Palma Airport. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend this villa, the holiday company and this part of Mallorca. The whole family (2 adults and 3 kids) had a fab holiday, which we had been waiting for since the Covid outbreak! We really didn't want to leave. We would definitely book again. One slight issue was we couldn't connect to any programmes or Netflix on the house TV, but we weren't that bothered and couldn't be bothered to contact the owner to sort it out. We ended up linking a laptop to the tv with a supplied HDMI lead and logged on to Netflix via the internet.

It’s just a few minutes', drive from all the essentials—grocery stores, a gas station, and the charming city of Pollenca, making it incredibly convenient. Whether we needed to grab suppliesexplore the local area, everything was close by, yet the villa itself felt private and secluded. t’s beautifully landscaped and features a lovely pool, which became our favorite spot for both relaxing and cooling off during the day. During our stay, we returned from a day trip to find that someone had been in the house without our knowledgeconsent. One of the taps from the sink had been removed, which we found both strange and unsettling. We immediately contacted the agency to express our concerns and specifically requested that no one enter the house again without our permission, as we felt our privacy had been violated.To our frustration, the next day, we discovered that someone had been in the house again and the tap had been replaced—despite our clear request for no further unannounced visits. This disregard for our privacy left us feeling bit uncomfortable throughout the rest of our stay.Additionally, the villa itself could benefit from more attentive cleaning.

The property is absolutely lovely, i woukd definitely say it is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The garden is very large and extremely well maintained by the gardeners.And to top it off you have access to the double garage for any vehicles you may bring.The closest town is very nice and peaceful with very friendly people and lovely restaurants all down the sea front.I would definitely recommend hiring a vehicle if you are here on holiday as its a littlebfar to walk to the towns /shops for most.The only downsides I could say is the en suite could do with some renovation as some bits are wuite outdated.And the tv is only in german so if you dont speak it, make sure you have a netflix account.Other than that the place is absolutely amazing with fantastic views too and i would thoroughly recommend itOther than that I fou

Great villa, under delivered on the location but excels everywhere else.

Spacious, great pool and gardens inc. BBQ. The kitchen was well equipped and heavily stocked. the pantry was a great size, and the dining area was ample. The bedrooms were a good size although an even number of bedside tables would make for an easier experience in sharing. The location appeared as being in the centre of Pollenca, but 1 week out from check-in, the ',actual', address was sent over email. If you didn',t have a hire carextra budget for a taxi, this would be a big problem as you are exactly 2 miles from both Pollenca &, Port Pollenca. The toilet leaked a little, but something that might be fixed soon.

Fantastic villa for our family

Fantastic villa for our family.Nestled below the stunning mountain rabge, with easy access to Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca and local supermarkets.Spacious living space both inside and out.Highly recommend, everything you need and more, plus the most amazing lemon tree in back garden.Rental company are polite, quick to respond and easy to communicate with.Thank you for making our stay so magical.

Villa mit super schönem Garten und Pool in ruhiger Lage

Wunderschöner Garten mit tollem Pool. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, trotzdem sind es nur wenige Minuten nach Porto de Pollenca bzw. Pollenca. Der nächste Supermarkt (Eroski, Lidl) ist nur 2 km entfernt. Die Innenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da man die meiste Zeit aber sowieso auf der Terrasse oder im Garten / Pool verbringt, fällt dies nicht so sehr ins Gewicht.

Estupenda villa

Casi todo. Piscina fantástica, porche, jardín, la distribución de la casa, equipamiento, la ubicación... La BBQ a pleno sol. Quizá mejorar el pack de bienvenida con más básicos. Algo más de limpieza en 15 días.

Villa muy bonita!

La Piscina y el Jardin es genial! La casa muy grande con mucho espacio. Todo en todo muy bonita y recomendable. La limpieza tendria que ser algo mas mejor. El frigorifico estaba con mucho aceite por fuera y migas por dentro! Limpieza!

Super location et situation !

Magnifique terrain très bien entretenu, superbe piscine, la maison nickel aussi, spacieuse, il ne manquait rien, et très bien située ! Idéale pour des vacances en famille. Seul bémol par contre, la piscine non protégée pour les enfants en bas âge !

Estancia muy agradable

La casa nos ha gustado mucho, tiene un buen tamaño para seis personas y está muy bien equipada. Se accede desde la carretera (es fácil pasarse la entrada) pero la casa está muy separada, después de un gran campo, por lo que es muy tranquila. El jardín está muy bien y hemos disfrutado mucho. La iluminación del baño pequeño y del salón.

Eine schöne Woche entspannten Urlaub verbracht

Die Lage der Villa sowie der Pool und der Garten sind super. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen, trotzdem sind es zum nächsten Einkaufszentrum (Lidl & Eroski) nur 2 km (auch sonntags geöffnet). Wir konnten auch 3 Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Check-In ins Haus. Wir haben die Tage und den Spaß am Pool sowie die Abende auf der Terrasse sehr genossen. Am Grill war auch alles da, was man braucht (incl. Grillzange). Etwa 1 km entfernt ist auch ein tolles Restaurant, das wir sehr empfehlen können (Piacenta Garden). Wenn das Inventar und die Sauberkeit besser wären, würde es 5 Sterne geben ! Das Inventar (innen) ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Bäder, aber auch die Liegen am Pool. Die Sauberkeit war leider auch nicht die allerbeste. Da man sich aber fast nur auf der Terrasse oder am Pool aufhält, fällt dies nicht so ins Gewicht. Die Zwischenreinigung wurde nicht erledigt, es war nur jemand da zum Blumen gießen. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft kein "Willkommenspaket" da, nur eine Flasche Wasser für 4 Personen - das fanden wir etwas wenig und kennen das anders von anderen Häusern. Normalerweise sind auch immer ein paar Sachen wie Gewürze, Salz oder Zucker (vom Vormieter) vorrätig, dies war nicht der Fall (kann aber sein, dass das wegen Corona ist). Was noch fehlt, ist eine Thermoskanne für den Kaffee :-)

Preciosa ubicación y paisajismo

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación, cerca de Pollença y de tiendas. También nos ha gustado la jardinería y la piscina. Hemos valorado la intimidad de la villa y su distribución. Yo mejoraría el mobiliario, especialmente los sofás y los armarios. Una renovación general lo convertiría en un 5 estrellas
