Relax in your private home away from home hide away. Surrounded by woods, private lake and creek this property location has something for everyone. Close by are the populated lakes of Prior and Spring, but Arctic Lake is a non motorized lake making It very peaceful and quiet.
A beautiful large 6 bedroom, 3 full bath, rec room , 3 season screened in porch, deck, patio with fire pit, private lake and creek awaits your arrival. Walking and bike trails are close also. Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall there is something to do. You never have to leave your retreat once you arrive. I found myself enjoying the variety of wildlife this property has to offer. Just a few are the bird species, beaver, deer, rabbits, muskrat, owls, and many more too numerous to mention.

Of course if you will be venturing out, this home has the perfect location for countless activities. Located just 30 minutes southwest of the Twin cities it makes Basketball (Target Center), Baseball (Target Field and CHS Field), Football (US Bank Stadium), Hockey (Xcel Energy Center), Science Museum (next to Xcel), and ELKO Speedway (seasonal) an easy commute.
If you choose to stay closer to home there are numerous restaurants, golf courses (The Wilds, Stone Brook, and The Meadows), casinos (Mystic Lake and Treasure Island in Red Wing) and night life (Canterbury Park) within minutes.

Well stocked kitchen - best I've seen

The house is large with more room than you need. We didn't use all the rooms or take advantage of all that was offered. The game room is huge and I believe only two people used it. Everything we needed. House is not new, but it is well maintained. Every spice you need is available.

We had a perfect stay. Everything was labeled and just as described

For our wedding we booked this property as a base for our crew. We had tons of space for hair and make up and the game room was perfect for hanging out.

Our family reunion was saved!

After being left on the front lawn with an owner cancellation at the time of check-in and VRBO sending our group to a hotel; Judy was able to accommodate our family of 18 at her house. I am so grateful to her for saving us from a bad situation! She was very easy to work with and her house was great to stay in! Even with all of us in the house it never felt crowded and we had plenty of room to spread out. Ages ranged from 3-67 years. There are more than enough beds for everyone to sleep in and plenty of blankets and pillows. The pool table and Foosball were a great addition in the basement to help keep everyone occupied. The dining room had a table large enough to seat 10 for eating or a couple of strategy games at other times of the day. The kitchen had plenty of storage and could accommodate more than one person cooking There is a bathroom on each floor - never had to wait for a bathroom and the water was always hot for showers/baths. Water pressure was good. There was also plenty of parking for vehicles. The secluded area this house is in was a great surprise and perfect for our gathering. Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful vacation. Once again could not have asked for a better outcome from the way our reunion started.

Very comfortable home

Great experience with this home, we had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone without feeling crowded. The outdoor space was a bit disappointing but the basement game room made up for it.

Beautiful, house in the woods. Well appointed with everything you can think of. Loved the canoe.

We had 12 people stay and we still had plenty of space. Comfortable, spacious, and was well equipped for so many people. The canoe was a hit, for paddling and fishing.

Fun for the family, great getaway

Our stay was very comfortable for all of the family. Great location that feels like a real vacation getaway. Beds, sheets, bathrooms, towels and rooms were all very clean. When we come back to the area we would love to stay here again.

Amazing size, needs some TLC

The home accommodated our family of 12 with ease. There are enough, beds, futons, couches and mattresses to sleep over 20 people if it were allowed. There is plenty of seating for meal times and the AC unit kept the home ice cold (it was 95 when we were there so, this IS a big deal) Complaints center around the overall cleanliness of the home. It appeared that it had been unoccupied for some time before our stay? Regardless, when being charged resort prices I would expect things to have been in better shape. It didn't ruin the overall experience but I felt it should be noted. The good outweighed the bad by far and I would rent there again if we ever have time to get away in the summer again.

My family lives in the area and I lived in this home for a few years. We just loved the location of the property.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

One of the few gravel roads left in Prior lake is located on this property. As you drive in the long gravel road you will see some neighbors. On the right the driveway is lined with mature majestic white pines. Once inside the home and looking to the right , left and back of the property is where you will feel the privacy of the property. Looking out the front door you will see 2 houses but as you can see in the pictures it is very secluded.Heavily wooded agreage, a private lake and a creek is what makes this property so special.
