Beautiful Clearwater Beach. One bedroom villa on waterfront property located on the Mandalay Channel. THIS IS A WATER FRONT PROPERTY BUT THIS UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A WATER VIEW !! Kitchen, dining, one bath, and pullout couch in living room. Just bring your clothes, we have everything else you need. Large waterfront dock and sitting area perfect for watching dolphins and water life. just a few steps to the beautiful open water views from our spacious sitting dock. Quiet area but walking distance to everything including the beach. No car necessary, bikes available for rent as well as paddle boards and kayaks.

Nice for beach goers

We enjoyed our stay as the unit had everything we needed. The location was great as we intended to spend most time at the beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were a thoughtful addition to the unit making it easier for us to relax by the water. My only real complaint is that the unit is connected to other units causing some unease because you could hear everything going on next door including talking and when they are eating. Overall, it was worth it! Nice place if you just want beach time and close to the activity downtown.

Clearwater Beach Getaway

Clearwater Beach is one of our favourite beaches in the US, white sand and clearwater, hence the name. Our VRBO location was excellent, on the inter coastal which has its own charm and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The hosts of the property were very nice, friendly, professional and accommodating. Definitely we will go back.

Great location

The close distance to the sugar sand beach and the private dock right at the villa were my favourite things about this property. The rental unit was nice and clean and had beach necessities such as lawn chairs, a beach umbrella, a cooler and a wagon to haul it all there in available for use. Also appreciated was the onsite laundry.

Adorable and affordable!!

Upon arriving, the property was extremely clean— just found a couple dead roaches (but at least they were dead and we saw no critters ANYWHERE around or in the property). The decorum is so lively, colorful, and really puts you in that vacation mindset. If you want to enjoy the beach, no worry about tracking sand! The property has a shower head right outside the front door so that you can rinse off yourself and even your beach materials before going in so that the property can stay nice and clean! Oh, and don’t even get me started with the dock behind the property. The dock was a big factor in what sold me to go with this property, and the pictures on the posting don’t do it Justice! It really is so beautiful! But if you go and sit back there at night time, it is the most calming, amazing experience ever.

Family vacation

This place was a perfect location and walking distance to the beach. We had everything we needed since we took a plane. Beach toys for the kids and umbrella, chairs and beach towels.

Great location and friendly host

The location was great and we were able to see several Dolphins from the dock! Patti was very accommodating and ensured that we had a very enjoyable stay. The laundry and some of the beach toys onsite were also a nice plus.

A great week

The property was a great location and had everything we needed for our week vacation. The beach chairs, beach towels & laundry area were great for us since we traveled by air. Patti was great if we needed anything extra such as toilet paper & trash bags. Perfect place for a couple. The unit was very clean & the bed very comfy. We will definitely book again. The dock was great to relax on when the beach was windy & we got to see dolphins swimming around.

The stay after

The property was comfortable minus the front door not closing always had to lock it when inside to keep it shut. After we left I received an e-mail saying we smoked in the property. We never smoked in the property. We only use vapes so it could not have smelled lile cigarettes. When I recived the e-mail about it I was very confused. I wrote the owner back and never heard from her. Very poor communication with the owner if they will not even write you back. Especially after being accused of something we do not do. Will never stay here again even though we liked it because of very poor communication and being accused of something that never happened.

Pre-Memorial Day Vacation

Very pleasant and comfortable villa on Clearwater Beach that allowed us to relax and feel like we were truly on vacation. The beach and the barrier island channel were all within minutes walking distance, to include restaurants, bars, and shopping. The perfect getaway.

Beautiful Villa Close to Everything

I loved being close to the beach and close to the trolley pickup. We didn’t have a car and was so glad we used the trolley as it was busy. Lots of things to see and do and the Villa was nice and comfortable too.

Great place to stay!

Great location!! Not right on the water but the pier is just 200 feet away and you have direct access to it. Walking distance to restaurants. Short walk to the beach. I would love to stay there again.

Dock was the highlight of the experience

The place was great. It was worth staying here just to hang out on the dock at the rear of the property! A huge egret walked past me while I was sunning myself, and we saw osprey and blue heron. We saw quite a few dolphins as well. And if you prefer being on the beach, it is super close. Maybe a five minute walk. As others have noted, the bathroom was dated, but it was clean so it was fine. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided in the shower, and there were plenty of towels. We cooked one night and found all we needed in the cabinets. Coffee and cream were provided, which was a relief! We ran out of creamer and Patti gave us more right away! Thanks for an outstanding vacation. I would definitely recommend.

We are located on the island of Clearwater Beach and the Mandalay channel is in our backyard. Our units have been here since the 1950’s and have the feel of “old florida”….don’t worry we have done some major upgrades since then, but we like to keep the character and colors of old clearwater beach- we are a family-owned business and can’t wait to host you at Clearwater Bay Club.
