Direct Beach Access, 4,500 sq. ft., Renovated, Elegant, Great for Entertaining

Our newly renovated 6 bedrooms, four bathrooms, 4,500 square feet custom beach home is great for a multi-family vacation. It is situated on a quiet private loop in an upscale neighborhood away from the busy downtown area. Its backyard borders a forest park, and only few steps (less than 200) through a private walkway will take you directly to one of the best rated Oregon beaches. In a close proximity, there are lakes for fishing and kayaking. The Garibaldi's marina and Tillamook Creamery are only a few minutes' drive from the property.

The home sleeps comfortably 11 adults and 2 children. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor and two in the daylight basement. On the main floor, there is an additional small bedroom that has a single twin x-long bed. The main floor has an open concept plan with a large kitchen and dining area, living room and a TV room that provide plenty of space and comfort for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything a chef might need. The house offers a gas fireplace, 2 smart TVs, cable, wireless Internet, DVD, and Xbox One. In the daylight basement, there is a spacious entertainment area with a professional pool table, a slot machine, bar and an additional sitting/TV area. The backyard has a beach access, sitting area with a fire pit, gas barbeque, and a deck for dining.

Amazing in Every Way!

You will not go wrong booking this VRBO especially during a family vacation. We had 10 people staying in the home and it NEVER felt crowded. Even though the home is not directly on the beach, the trail leading to the beach is very convenient and not far from the ocean. The part of Rockaway Beach this home is located at is the very end of it. We had the beach basically to ourselves the entire stay. I HIGHLY recommend staying at this home for your next small family reunion!

Six bedrooms allows everybody to have their own privacy a few shared bathrooms, but all worked fin. Good kitchen and social area would stay there again

Family Beach Vacation

Wow we loved this house and our stay in Rockaway! The property was just as it seemed online, maybe even surpassed my expectations. We were comfortable and had enough space for all of us! The location next to the beach was amazing, the kitchen was fantastic and our family had such a memorable vacation - we are so appreciative of this host and the property. Thank you SO much!!!

Great Property!

This is a great, high-end property. Our party of two families thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the access to the beach. The only thing I would point out is that the primary bedroom (the Captain's Loft) is open to the Great Room (living / dining / kitchen) below, and so you may want to consider that (it is disclosed in the description).

Amazing stay in Rockaway

Wonderful property. Clean, beautiful, and well appointed, they had pretty much anything our party (ages 5-74) could need. No need to bring sand toys, they have a whole basket. The beach was amazing, very private compared to Manzanitas beach just 30 mins north. If you are looking for a house to hold your large group on the Oregon coast, this is it!!!

Spring Break Big Family Getaway

Nice house plenty of room great beach easy access to ocean. Was a little cold this year but that has nothing to do with the house the house was perfect. Kids like to fresh water fish and there are little lakes along the highway throughout rockaway there were a few within walking distance from the VRBO. Great choice and easy to book, very clean, had prettu much everything you would need for a sucessful stay. I would stay there again!

Excellent option in Rockaway Beach

This property was awesome in every way. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. The house was wonderful and very clean. Access to the beaches, exceptional. The small town of Rockaway is charming, and not as crowded as some of the other coastal towns. We really enjoyed our stay in this property!

This is a beautiful premium home - worth the higher cost.

Our whole family was able to stay together in this lovely home last August for our daughter's wedding at the Hydrangea Farm near Tillamook. The information and reviews on this home are accurate; very clean, well appointed and thoughtfully supplied. You are just steps away from the beach and can hear the ocean from the home. The deck and fire pit in the backyard was very fun to enjoy with the family roasting marshmallows. The downstairs "man cave" was very fun and a good way to give the teenagers a separate place to hang out- which the adults appreciated!! The kitchen was a delight allowing several people to work together at the same time. The kitchen is very well stocked with all you would need. This home has been professionally decorated and would be a wonderful backdrop for a photographer to take those special family portraits. The owner was very gracious and easy to work with. This home and owner deserve guests who can be respectful of this special home.

Beautiful Home!

This home is beautiful, next to the beach trail and perfect for a family getaway to the coast. We have rented this home several times and love it every time. One of our favorite features is the large family dining table where we can all gather and eat and hang out. We can't wait until next year!

Great family vacation

Loved that it was so close to the beach and everything (except wash cloths!) was provided. The kitchen has everything. Outside firepit and BBQ was very nice. We really appreciated that beach chairs were provided for us, too. Our 50th wedding anniversary trip with our children and grandchildren was so lovely. We watched 4th of July fireworks on the beach and had a beach fire our last night. Really enjoyed the house and our stay. Thank you, Lena!

Baker Get Away 3.16.23

The home was spacious (we were a group of 10 with an infant child), well equipped and very quiet. We had enough space for everyone to be together and apart when necessary. The beach access was a quick 2 minute walk. Lina, the host was easy to work with and communicated in advance for all of our needs. It was a great stay to reconnect with family members.

Family Retreat

We enjoyed our stay to celebrate our mom's 92nd birthday. The home was perfect for multi-generational families, aged 15 months to 92! This home has it all inside and out! The well appointed kitchen and big dining room table gave us an opportunity to both cook and eat together. The short walk to the beach was manageable for both the 15 month and 92 year old! The house was simply perfect for anyone who wants a quiet getaway, close enough to shopping, restaurants, the beach and the coastal railroad. Check in and check out were a breeze though we hated to leave. This is a great place rest, explore and replenish!
