I have just added all new stainless steel appliances. I have recently redecorated and have added some personal touches not often found in rentals. There is a microfiber sectional in the living room, new flat screens in the BRs, new beds in the guest room, new memory foam bed in the master, bar stools, patio set on the balcony, along with new linens, bedspreads, and towels.
Phoenix VII has everything you could want at the beach. Almost everyone is familiar with the Phoenixes at Orange Beach. If you have never stayed at a Phoenix, you are in for a treat.

This unit is decorated in neutral colors with many upgrades: mirrored walls, tile floors in the living areas and baths, new tile floors in the bedrooms, upgraded light fixtures and furniture. The kitchen has a tiled counter top and mirrored under cabinet walls.

From the balcony, there is a great view of Perdido Pass. You can watch the boats going in and out from the pass or enjoy the sunrise or sunset along with the dolphins
frolicking off the shoreline.

Awesome view of the gulf from a large balcony. Great pools and hot tubs. The room and all common areas were clean. Any staff i meet or spoke to were kind. One of the best places i have stayed at Orange Beach. Definitely marking this one down to stay again.

Enjoyed our stay! The toilet paper holder in bathroom with 2 beds was broken whoever cleans put paper on back of toilet. Also you might have the dryer checked took 3 cycles to dry. Good location we all had a good time. We have been staying at the phoenix’s for several years each July.

Great Getaway

Very nice and comfortable unit with a great view. Great location for eating out and shopping convenience. The beach was wonderful and so was the poolside.The owner communicated the check-in process as well as the house rules, also offering a contract number for any problems that we may have run into during our stay. We did not need this as everything was set up perfectly. Thanks for some wonderful memories.

Condo is as pictured. Great location. Beautiful view from master bedroom and balcony. Easy check in. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had your basic needs. Would stay again!

Simply Comfortable

Overall, the property is simply appointed, comfortable, and fulfilled the needs. Location is nice. The condo resort itself has good amenities, easy beach access, and very helpful employees. The unit is nice. Though not necessarily my ascetic and i would've preferred a more comfortable bed... it didn't effect the quality.

Perfect location

My husband and I took our 2 kids here for a long weekend at the beach and this was perfect for us- we loved the pools and beach, and the location is so close to tons of things to do and eat. Condo owner was very fast to respond to any needs (only had 1 minor issue the was handled quickly). Will be back!

Wonderful Spring Break!

Ideal location. Beautiful views. Super responsive host. The unit is somewhat dated (whole complex is) but very clean, comfortable and well-stocked.

Spring break getaway

We come down this time of year for a softball tournament and always look for a property with an indoor pool because you just never know what the weather will do. This was perfect for our family. Amazing views property had easy access to the beach, the hot tubs, the pools. Communication with the owner was great and would highly recommend…had everything you needed in the kitchen. Washer and dryer works great. It was dusty, but the building itself was undergoing construction so could’ve been just from the construction. Nothing the owner can do about that. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

Worst Vacation And Condo Experience

We arrived Saturday evening to find dirty silverware and dishes put up in the cabinet and draw. Took pictures of food on silverware. We had to wash everything that evening. Sunday morning went to go make coffee and found the coffee maker had 2-3 inches of mold and slime inside the coffee maker. Took pictures. We could hardly use the outdoor balcony due to all the smokers outside smoking cigarettes or marijuana. These are a no smoking units. Supposedly fined if caught smoking other than designated smoking areas. Kenny also left out that we would be charged a $56 parking pass. He also didn’t disclose that they were doing construction repairs for the next six months and we woke up every single morning at 8 AM to pounding hammers drilling and sawing equipment to floors above us. we called we complained we emailed never ever heard a response from Kenny the manager or host. This construction repairs went on all day long non stop until 430-500. I would never recommend this person to EVER rent from. Phoenix management really didn’t care either having the visitors smoke on the balconies. The manager just said they were happy to have them rented. This unit was a much cheaper unit then we have rented before. Maybe it’s just a class of people that rent these cheap units. We’ve never had any issues with Phoenix West or Phoenix West II.

Much needed get away!

My husband and I brought my parents down for a few days to get away and relax! We really enjoyed our time here. Kenny, the owner, was extremely nice and considerate. We were a day late getting here bc my grandson was in an accident, and Kenny was so gracious and let us stay an extra night. His kindness was much appreciated. These kind of things make a big difference!! Thanks for a wonderful time!!

Worked great for our stay

This property worked great for our stay. I was in town with my two sons for a weeklong baseball tournament. The condo was clean and comfortable and wifi worked well. The building is right on the beach and has a large pool and a sizable lobby which worked great for our team gatherings. Despite the size of the property, I never found parking to be a problem. Regarding parking, the email I got from VRBO estimated parking fees at $35 for my stay and they were actually $55, so that info needs to be updated. The owner was in the middle of having new blinds installed which was not mentioned until I arrived (lots of light coming in the primary bedroom) and I emailed asking for a temporary easy fix (I communicated that I was happy with some posterboard taped up!) with no response. However, the communication with the owner about checking in early and giving my friend access to retrieve an item I left in the unit were both very prompt.

Nice getaway

The place had everything we needed. The check in process was the easiest I’ve experienced. I brought my daughter and a couple of her friends for a few days to the beach for her birthday and this location was great! The only negative was that the shades to the porch from the den and the master bedroom were missing so when the sun rose I was awake. I’m an early riser though but not everyone is. All in all we had a good experience.

Lovely Beachfront Condo

Huge balcony with lounger, table and chairs. Easy entry. All cooking utensils you'll need. Clean and comfortable. Watched boats enter the ocean each morning. Direct ocean views, and quite area. Would stay here again.
