Be one of the first to enjoy this beautiful renovated 2 BR condo at Phoenix VII. Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,005 sq ft the unit is very spacious.



The views are unmatched from this 14th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a King bed in the master bedroom, 2 Fulls in the Guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8. There is a 55'' HDTV in living room, a 42" in the master bedroom and a 42'' HDTV in the Guest bedroom. In 2022 we installed all new beds, living room furniture, new countertops and custom cabinetry!!!!



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.



Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
