It is quiet and peaceful and the perfect place to relax and enjoy your alfresco meals under the pergola or read a book whilst fanned by a light breeze. The whole atmosphere makes it a wonderful home away from home.
The cottage is part of a charming traditional Tuscan farmhouse, built in stone and situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany. It is in the countryside and surrounded by olive groves and vines but close to the town of San Gimignano (2,5Km). It is also ideally located to explore the many historic towns in the surrounding area.

The cottage, has all its accommodation on the ground floor. It is very comfortably furnished in the traditional style with tiled floors and terracotta ceilings. All its windows enjoy fine views and most of them face on to the large private garden.
The garden has a large lawn, flowering plants and trees and enjoys a magnificent view of the countryside and the towers of the city. There are sunloungers and barbecue for guests' use.
The sitting room is separate from the house. It is a very comfortable room to relax in. It has a large arched glass door opening onto the kitchen / dining room entrance and a smaller glass door opening onto a large terrace with a pergola where there is a table and chairs and barbecue for outdoor eating. The apartment has one bedroom with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen / dining room, separate lounge and a terrace with pergola.

The apartment consists of: kitchen, double bedroom with bathroom, the living room sofa, is separate, it is accessed by a glass door, located in front of the kitchen entrance
The "Le Papere" apartment is part of the same farmhouse, the entrance is on another side of the house. The two apartments can be rented together and accommodate up to 4 people.
The two dogs Olivia and Mafalda are friendly and playful, sometimes they even take care of welcoming guests.
