This is a real, very comfortable family home, not a professionally-managed property. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, 2 master suites, 2 dens, and lots of great space to relax and entertain your family and friends inside and out.

You'll enjoy Keurig coffee, cream and sweeteners, a wine fridge, wifi, full Alexa capability, music in most rooms, super comfy beds for 10 people (with extra blankets and pillows), lots of towels, soaps, shampoos and hair dryers, a large yard for kids, and a great deck. You can gather out back for drinks and food - or just watching the animals that gather at the deer feeder!

All in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from the Grove and the stadium!!

Thankful

This was the perfect house for my family and my best friends family to enjoy over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious, comfortable, convenient and had everything we could have wanted. The owner was available to answer any questions. The added touches were the smart features. You could ask Alexa to do just about anything. There also were charging stations throughout the house. We loved sitting on the back porch for our morning coffee and watch the deer. Although our Rebs werenā€™t winners, this egg bowl. We sure were and were so thankful for our time together spent in this wonderful home.

Great for families

Plenty of space for families to spread out yet enough space for gathering as well. Very clean. Nice touch for amenities to be provided. Plenty of kitchen counter space. Detailed instructions for location and usage of house were given. In a quiet area thatā€™s a short, easy drive into town. Would definitely recommend.

Great House

This was a very spacious and comfortable home. I would highly recommend for large groups, especially adults. Very kid friendly if you have that age as well. David goes above and beyond and you feel very pampered during your stay! He has all you need for a great stay in the Oxford area.

This property was fantastic! The property manager was attentive and very nice! The house is gorgeous and very comfortable. There is plenty of space for everyone and the backyard is a beautiful relaxing area! I highly recommend this property.

Ole Miss vs Arkansas tailgating in the Grove

I canā€™t say enough good things about this property and itā€™s owner. The house exceeded our expectations on many levels. The pictures just donā€™t do it justice. The dreamy beds and smart home features with instructions made it a very comfortable stay. Thank you for anticipating our needs and we look forward to our next visit in Oxford!

Beautiful home, great host, fun times

This is a beautiful home a little west of Oxford. Itā€™s a really nice location as you feel like youā€™re in the woods but can be almost anywhere in 10 min or less. They have a deer feeder, so we were able to watch them several times a day. We had a really relaxing time. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Weā€™d definitely check with this host if weā€™re in Oxford again. And the host left a graduation surprise for our daughter, so wonderful!

Better than expected

This property far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were comfortable & well appointed. The owner was very communicative & accommodating. They even had a surprise gift for our graduate! The outdoor deck was spacious & we loved watching the deer come in in the evening. I would recommend this house for a large family or group of customers. Great value & a perfect get away for hanging out before or after Ole Miss events. Thank you David!

Ballgame weekend

We were in Oxford for the Texas A & M and Ole Miss football game and had guest in from Texas. Overall, we had 7 people staying and it was perfect for our group and didn't even use the entire space available. The kitchen and deck for great for visiting when not at Grove or Downtown. I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group that needs a number of bedrooms. I have David's information in my contact list for future reference. We communicated during the entire time before we arrived at the property and he was available, if needed, during our stay. You can't go wrong renting this property.

Great place for graduation weekend

We brought 3 couples and 2 other adults and had plenty of room for everyone. Two living areas and a great kitchen for entertaining. There is a huge deck that overlooks a beautiful yard. We would definitely stay there again.

House is fabulous and owner is very easy to work with.

I had a group of 9 stay over a weekend to attend an Ole Miss game. The house was very spacious and accommodating for this large of a group. It sits on a beautiful wooded lot that offers great views while sitting on the deck. We had to call David a few times to get help with the stereo and tv-he was very nice and not bothered at all by our questions. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Home in Oxford

The house was great! Plenty of room for all 8 of us to stretch out and relax. The home has a great kitchen and a huge deck overlooking the back yard. All the rooms are very comfortable and the upstairs suite is a great addition. David the host was very accommodating and easy to work with! We look forward to renting this home in the future.

Positive experience

We didn't actually stay in this property, but read on. Had the house booked for graduation weekend, but it turned out the owner accidentally double-booked it (and the other party arrived first). It was an honest mistake, and the owner sprung into action to find alternatives and make it right. We're picky, and wanted a nice place (that's why we booked this house to begin with), and he came through and did so with minimal disruption to us. Bottom line - while I can't comment on the house itself, this is the kind of owner you want to rent from.
