This newer 8th Floor Unit in Pearl Tower Mazatlan offers unobstructed ocean front views of one of the most beautiful quiet beaches in the area from every room in the unit. Sit on the oversized balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean, take a walk on the beach, lounge by the pool, have a massage, sit in the sauna, or exercise in the fully equipped gym. 24-hour security included. There are several restaurants within walking distance. This condo is located very close to the mall, cinema, Walmart, and Sams Club. No need for a car, there are plenty of taxis in the area.

WOW !!! What an awesome Condo in a beautiful location.

The condo is large & clean and has everything needed for a wonderful stay. The full sized fridge with a freezing unit was great for loading up on supplies lasting weeks at a time. It was also nice in having a washer/dryer in the condo ... saves bringing too many clothes. The King sized bed was very comfy & having two bathrooms was perfect. The balcony was huge with a table & four chairs ... was great for meals. The loungers were comfy & used a lot during our stay. The grounds were well maintained & secure.The heated pool & hot tubs were a great addition to the property Leslie & Hugo were a pleasure to deal with.

Great condo

We really enjoyed the condo, perfect for a couple or could add a kid or two with the pullout couch. Two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with laundry was really nice. Balcony and view were amazing, listened to the waves every night going to sleep. It’s so peaceful being away from downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic stay. We have stayed in this building before but this is by far the best condo with its larger deck which we throughly enjoyed. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful appartment with superb view!

This apparment at the 8th floor of Pearl Tower is beautiful! Everything is as described and shown in the pictures. Everyone at the tower is very attentive and always ready to help. We cannot wait to be back on our next vacations!

Amazing views, beautiful property

Leslie and Hugo host an amazing and beautiful condo; it is well equipped, comfortable, peaceful, and has the most incredible views you could ever hope for. The pool on the property is heated and so nice to swim in! There are several decent restaurants in walking distance and there is an Oxxo and a pharmacy just down the block for immediate necessities. Major shopping at Walmart or Sorianas is a short bus or cab ride away, just walk out to the main road to flag either down. Cerritos is away from the hubbub of centro so evenings on the deck are quiet and relaxing listening to the waves and watching the sunsets, but again any downtown excitement you crave is an easy bus or cab ride away. Leslie is a super responsive host and got back to us almost immediately with any questions or concerns we had. We absolutely LOVED our month long stay here and will definitely be booking again for a future visit! Thanks again Leslie!

Very nice property

Very good, quiet location with beach access just steps away. Unit was very clean and had all the essentials. Pearl Tower is constantly being maintained and upgraded and well taken care of. Concierge Mariah was very helpful. Entire property seemed very safe and welcoming at the same time.

Gorgeous view!

The beach view is one of the best I’ve ever seen. It’s great for taking long walks on. The only bad part about the beach is the water is very rough, there are lots of rip currents. The condo itself is very clean and nice inside with a fantastic view of the ocean. The only thing I could recommend for the inside is a more comfortable couch. The owners are very helpful. The dishwasher broke while we were there and it was replaced in a few days. My wife left her cell phone in the taxi on the way to the airport. We thought it was gone forever, but the owner helped us recover it and it was shipped back to us. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful Condo!

We loved staying here! The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. We had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. We want to stay again! The pool and the beach are wonderful. Carlos in security was very helpful. Couldn't be happier with our stay.

Beautiful!

Beautiful condo! We spent most of our time relaxing on the huge deck. View from the deck was spectacular. Beach is very nice for walking. We would definitely go back. Little taco stand across the street is a must go to 😊

The Balcony is the BOMB

Loved staying at the Pearl Tower. The condo was clean and for just me, the perfect size, although a couple or two would work as there are two full bathrooms and a king bed, or sofa sleeper and looked to be enough bedding to make it up. Everything worked fine. No problems. The beach is sugary soft sand for the most part, just a few areas where shells are left behind at low tide, but totally walkable in both directions. I had friends in Casa Bonita Pariasio II and walked there several times, as well as to Torres for dinner. Nice little farmer’s market across the street Saturday mornings and within walking distance to an OXXO, Guadalajara pharmacia and two Kioskus for essentials. There is a bus stop at the end of the road too. I did leave a few suggestions for Leslie to add some items to the kitchen, but surely there was nothing one would need or couldn’t make meals without. The only thing I strongly suggest, and I hope they follow through, is to add some lamps, maybe a floor lamp in the living area and a table lamp in the bedroom. The only lighting was from LED ceiling lights, which were harsh at night. The balcony is the best feature! The view and waves are gorgeous and the furniture was plenty and comfortable. All the people that work there were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Even with a language barrier, we did fine. I would definitely stay again if I return to Mazatlan.

Breathtaking Views

Amazing Views, spacious rooms, blackout blinds were a plus for sleeping in. Furniture was comfortable, spent alot of time out on the deck. Beautiful Sunsets!

Fabulous location and amazing view!

This property is just stunning! Great communication and easy check in with the security and the owner. The beach is beyond perfection and watching the sunset from the huge balcony is breathtaking. If you are a walker and love playing in the waves, this is your place! It is really easy to get to the Malecon and all other attractions via taxi or bus. We will be back for sure…this time for a longer stay.

Great View

A fantastic condo with a beautiful view. The only reason we gave this a 4 was to do with the overall building- The elevator was broken for 28 out of the 31 days we were there and the cleanliness of the 192 stairs (condo is on the 8th floor) we had to climb down and up each time we needed to go to the pool or just go out left something to be desired. With a fully operating elevator, you couldn't find a better condo to stay in for a fantastic vacation!

Amazing Place

This place was awesome and very affordable I would say, three college students were able to fork over the cash to stay two weeks so it’s not too bad. The view is amazing, staff and security is always very kind. I was there during a hurricane and even all the trash and broken glass was cleaned up within an hour or so. Place has a pretty good gym, awesome pool and great beach. Definitely going to stay there again and would recommend to anyone.

Loved loved loved the view

We stayed between December 26 to January 9. We found the condo very well equipped with all that was need and more. Monica was also very prompt to attend to our needs like a new blender. We loved having our meals out on the balcony. You can not beat the view and the sound of the surf. The pool was very lovely abd clean and the beach sand was raked each day. Security was around to ensure our safety and that the premises was only being used by the buildings guests. Even the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We are home now and missing the beautiful sunset. We hope to return one day. We would highly recommend this condo and our hosts. Cheers
