Guest safety is extremely important to us, and we take any reports of concerns in the surrounding area seriously. As the property is located in the city centre, there can be some external noise at busier times, which is reflected by the central location. We would also like to clarify that our contact number is provided to all guests prior to arrival and is monitored throughout the week, including weekends. Messages sent through third-party booking platforms may not always be monitored out of hours in the same way, which is why we encourage guests to contact us directly should urgent assistance be required during their stay.

We addressed these issues, including the sofa bed and the odor in the hallway, with our cleaning team to ensure improvements were made. We are sorry to hear your comments regarding your stay, however we must clarify that this is a strictly non-smoking flat and smoking of any kind, including cigarettes and marijuana, is not permitted anywhere within the property and is against our house rules. As this is a flat within a residential building, we only manage and have control over the individual apartment itself and not neighbouring properties, and therefore we cannot comment on or control activity outside of the flat. We also note that no contact was made with us during your stay regarding any of the issues raised. Had we been informed at the time, our team would have attended and assisted immediately to resolve any concerns, including providing guidance on the washing machine, which is fully operational with instructions available on the appliance and in the guest manual. We are sorry the property did not meet your expectations on this occasion, but we do encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can help resolve any issues promptly.
