The location of the property is excellent but thats one of the only positives.
On our arrival we were very unimpressed to find a lot of dirty cobweb covered junk at the side of the apartment outside the window, meaning we couldn't open the curtains to let light in.
The mosquito screen kept on falling off.
There are no cushions for the sunbeds.
The sockets in the kitchen and the oven are absolutely filthy, as is the space between the dishwasher.
The kitchen is rickety and has a large dirty metal cover on the floor.
The bathrooms were clean but had a bad smell.
The stairs are steep and have no rails at the top, not safe for kids or anyone with any mobility issues.
The balcony is dirty and shabby with bits of duct tape stuck all over it.
The second bedroom has a metal cover on the floor, like the one in the kitchen, but raised about an inch off the floor so an absolute hazard for bare feet!
Overall the bedrooms and living areas were clean and the bed was quite comfy.
We had walked past here so often and really wanted to stay but it was very disappointing and too expensive for the state it is in.
Needs a lot of work and cleaning up.
