Lovely Host that thinks of all the details. The home felt like a warm hug with everything you needed to enjoy our stay. Beautiful lake lot and the dock was amazing. Highly recommend.

Great Cabin!!

The location of the cabin was great. It’s very close to all the stores in Cumming and in a quieter part of Lake Lanier. It was perfect for our family!!

Lovely cabin- very cozy and welcoming- fantastic location!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was well-stocked and very charming, on a beautiful piece of property. It was conveniently located, making our tour of North Georgia and its wineries very easy.

We walked in and immediately felt at home. A welcome gift was on the table and extra ice and coffee creamer was in the fridge. It is obvious that the place is well loved by the owners. The gathering spaces are furnished for relaxing and enjoying the lake view. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms have everything that you need. The downstairs master suite provides a retreat with a sitting area, a work space, a king bed, and a nice bathroom plus a patio with a lake view. My husband and I had to be careful on the indoor stairs, but there was a secure railing. The dock was amazing. My grandson's family enjoyed the tubes. The weather prevented him from kayaking. My daughter and I were happy to sit and enjoy the breeze and the view.Communication was easy and replies were prompt. We appreciate the gracious host and hope to visit again.

Family Trip

This property is such a hidden gem. We had to change our Thanksgiving trip last minute from FL to GA and finding this location could not have been more perfect. Such a wonderful family house!!

Summer vacation

Rustic 3 bedroom with extra gathering areas. Beautiful section of lake Lanier with new dbl dock, kayaks, slips with moderate walk to the water. Owners reasonable and friendly.

Great weekend getaway

We brought our boats to the house for a weekend getaway for a 40th birthday party. The house is in a great location with easy access to the lake and ample room within. The owners were accommodating and great to rent from. We would definitely stay here again!

The house & property were special. We enjoyed our time there.

The house was very nice & well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with top of the line appliances & cookware. Great areas to sit & relax both inside & out. Very positive stay.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Great location on Lake Lanier - the two-story deck was fantastic. House was comfortable with plenty of space for our family of six. Owner was very helpful and easy to get hold of. Highly recommend this house.

Lovely setting

The property owner was very thorough and accomidating with our needs for the stay. Very relaxed environment which we needed after a long wedding production my wife was involved in. Beautiful, and the fish were biting too!

Peaceful!

Great spot for 3 couples or 2 with kids since there's a bunk bed in one of the rooms. Included everything needed to relax on the water, grill out, and sit around the sunroom playing games. Also close to the wineries if you are planning to visit. Would stay again!

Great location

Loved our stay in Dawsonville. The house was even better than described, very comfortable with all the amenities. Close to restaurants and shops. 40 min drive to Helen and 20 min to Dahlonega. Will look to stay here in the summer as the double decker boat ramp looked inviting.

Perfect location for family vacation and boating

This was our second time at this property and we loved our stay there - position on the lake and boat dock for our boat is fabulous and the house comfortable and well supplied. My husband and I had the suite on the lower floor and our grandchildren and their parents had the first floor which worked well. I recommend this property.

Fantastic Lake House

We enjoyed this property very much and would definitely rent here again! This house was equipped with everything we needed and has plenty of space for a family The brand new boat dock was perfect for our boat and we enjoyed floating around in the cove and kayaking!

Great lakefront home

The porch was my favorite spot, though the master suite was beautiful. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. Great experience!
